The Kubus KMDA3 is a drop-in ambient multideck display designed to sit recessed into a countertop, with a stainless steel and aluminium superstructure rising above the surface to form a self-contained self-service unit. It is intended for wrapped and unwrapped ambient products — sandwiches, pastries, snacks, bottled drinks — and is commonly found in cafés, delis, staff restaurants, and food-to-go operations where customers select their own items.

The three toughened glass shelves are adjustable in both height and angle, which gives operators genuine flexibility to configure the display around their product mix and sight lines. Each shelf includes a front product stop and a ticket strip for pricing or product labelling. Below the shelves, a recessed well provides additional merchandising space at counter level, with modular removable steel deck plates that lift out cleanly for routine maintenance. Diffused overhead lighting within the gantry profile is operated by a push-button switch, giving the display a consistent, well-lit finish without direct glare on products.

Placement near heat sources, hot food wells, or poorly ventilated areas should be avoided, and operators working in warmer kitchens should consider whether ambient display alone is sufficient for their food safety requirements.
