The Sammic ECM is a manually operated citrus juice extractor designed for commercial counter use. It works via a lever-press mechanism, drawing juice from oranges, lemons, grapefruits and similar citrus fruit without any electrical supply. A stainless steel internal strainer separates pulp during extraction, producing a clean, consistent glass of juice in a single step.
