The Designline AG4 is a worktop-mounted ambient display gantry designed for self-service counters where food presentation and hygiene protection need to work together. Built from polished aluminium, stainless steel, and curved toughened glass, it sits across a 1500mm counter run and accommodates four full 1/1 GN containers at ambient temperature. Diffused overhead lighting is integrated into the canopy structure, with the switch positioned at the end of the unit for easy access during service without disrupting the display.

In practice, this type of gantry is well suited to salad bars, grab-and-go counters, and self-service buffet lines where customer-facing presentation matters and cross-contamination is a genuine operational concern. The curved glass sneeze screen protects displayed items without blocking sightlines, which keeps service moving and allows customers to identify food clearly. The diffused lighting lifts the display in a way that direct overhead light typically does not — food looks more appealing without the harsh shadows or glare that can work against presentation.
