The Rational iCombi Pro XS is the compact variant of Rational's current iCombi Pro range, built around the 2/3 GN pan format rather than the full GN size used on larger models. It is a countertop electric combination oven, combining convection heat, steam, and a combination of both, and is intended to bring the same cooking intelligence found in full-size iCombi Pro units to kitchens where space, throughput volumes, or counter constraints make a larger cabinet impractical.

In a working service environment, the iCombi Pro range has developed a strong reputation for consistency and reduced operator dependency. The iCooking Suite monitors and adjusts humidity, temperature, and airflow automatically in response to the load inside the cabinet — a genuinely useful capability during busy service when kitchen teams cannot devote constant attention to the oven.
