The Vito FT440 is a handheld instrument designed for use in commercial kitchens that operate deep fryers. It measures two values simultaneously — the temperature of the frying oil and its TPM level (Total Polar Materials) — giving kitchen managers an objective, data-driven basis for deciding when oil genuinely needs to be changed.
