The Victor TL is a countertop hot lamp unit designed for front-of-house food service and display. It combines a heated stainless steel base with an overhead three-lamp gantry, each lamp fitted with a copper-effect shade housing an infra-red heat bulb. The unit keeps plated or portioned food at acceptable serving temperatures while remaining visible and accessible to guests and service staff throughout the service period.

In a busy servery environment — carveries, buffet counters, hotel food stations, staff restaurants — maintaining food temperature without drying out the product is a genuine operational challenge. The infra-red lamps deliver directed radiant heat from above while the heated base works from below, giving reasonable temperature retention across the service run.
