The Victor TL is a countertop hot lamp unit designed for front-of-house food service. It combines a heated stainless steel base with an overhead three-lamp gantry, each lamp fitted with a copper-effect shade housing an infra-red heat bulb. The unit is intended to keep plated or portioned food at acceptable serving temperatures while remaining visible and accessible to guests and service staff throughout the service period.

In a busy servery environment — carveries, buffet counters, hotel food stations, staff restaurants — maintaining food temperature without drying out the product is a genuine operational challenge. The infra-red lamps deliver directed radiant heat from above while the heated base works from below, providing reasonable temperature retention across the service run.
