In practice, these boxes perform reliably with dressed salads, grain bowls, fruit portions, and light snack preparations at counter service or in grab-and-go chilled displays. The paperboard holds its form well under cold conditions, and the kraft presentation is tidy enough to sit on a display shelf or in a chilled cabinet without additional wrapping or labelling.

These are cold-use containers. As with all paperboard packaging, prolonged contact with heavily sauced or wet preparations will affect structural integrity over time, and they are not suitable for microwave use or hot-hold service. They are best used for food that will be consumed within a normal food-to-go timeframe.
