EAIS PBTL-B Dishwash Basket Lowerator

The EAIS PBTL-B is a gravity-fed basket lowerator designed to hold a stack of dishwash baskets and present the top basket at a consistent working height as each one is removed. The mechanism is spring-loaded — entirely passive, with no motor, no power supply, and no moving parts beyond the rising platform itself. As the stack reduces, the platform rises gradually to keep the next basket at the same comfortable height throughout the shift.

During a busy service, warewashing stations can become disorganised quickly. Operators reaching into low trolleys or managing loose stacks of baskets on a worktop adds unnecessary movement and slows the rhythm of the wash cycle. A lowerator removes that friction — the basket is always at hand, always at the right height, and the area around the dishwasher stays tidier as a result. Before ordering, it is worth confirming that your existing dishwash baskets are compatible in terms of footprint — baskets are not supplied with the unit. For very high-throughput operations running multiple dishwashers simultaneously, running two lowerators in parallel or stepping up to a higher-capacity model may be a more practical arrangement.
