Fryers

Our commercial fryers cover countertop and floor-standing models in gas and electric, with single and twin tank options. Brands include Blue Seal, Falcon Dominator, Lincat, Parry, Roller Grill, Imperial and Valentine, so you can match a fryer to your menu, fuel supply and space.

Brands and ranges

The collection covers more than the range listed here, but these are the main names and model families:

  • Lincat: Silverlink 600 countertop and freestanding fryers (such as the DF36, DF49 and J12), Opus 800 free-standing electric fryers (OE8108, OE8112, OE8114), and gas models including the J5 and J10.
  • Blue Seal: Vee Ray gas fryers (GT45, GT46, GT60) and electric E43 and E44 models.
  • Falcon Dominator Plus: gas and electric single and twin basket fryers, including the G3830, G3865, E3830 and E3860.
  • Parry: countertop and pedestal fryers in gas and electric, single and double tank.
  • Roller Grill, Valentine and Imperial: compact electric countertop fryers from Roller Grill and Valentine, and single tank gas fryers from Imperial.
  • Perfect Fry Company: the PFA720/1 ventless countertop fryer.

How to choose a commercial fryer

Start with fuel. Gas and electric versions are available across most ranges, so check which supply you have in your kitchen. Next, decide on size and layout: countertop fryers suit smaller kitchens and bars, while pedestal and free-standing models suit busier services.

Single tank fryers are simpler and take up less room. Twin tank models let you cook two products separately, or run one side at a time on quieter shifts. Capacity is stated on many Roller Grill listings, from 5 litres to 16 litres, and in the product details for other brands, so compare it against how much you cook at peak.

If you do not have an extraction canopy, ask us about the Perfect Fry Company PFA720/1 and whether it suits your set-up.
