The Victor RW30MS is a mobile refrigerated salad well designed to sit alongside hot cupboards and servery counters in buffet and cafeteria environments. It holds three full-size 100mm-deep GN pans in a chilled well, keeping cold food displays at a consistent serving temperature, while the enclosed section beneath provides additional ambient storage for backup stock or serving accessories.
