Hot Tops are designed to keep pre-cooked food at serving temperature and are suitable for the display of most types of hot foods.

Complete with easy to clean, 6 full Gastronorm size toughened glass thermo panels with built in elements that guarantee even heat distribution, with no cold spots distortion or discoloration
The energy regulated surface temperature is controlled at approximately 90å¡

The Controls are housed conveniently within the over head gantry for easy access
Quartz heated illuminated gantry is mounted above the hot top for increased heat and food presentation.

Supplied with a 2 meter long cord set with moulded 13 amp plug for easy installation

Please note these units have to be built into a counter (not supplied). It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure there are suitable sneeze screen or covers for the purpose it is being used for, and that airflow within the unit is not interrupted and suitable cooling is allowed around the condenser.
Incorrect installation will invalidate any warranty. Installation must comply with relevant environmental health and food safety standards.
