Victor BM21MS Bain Marie Hot Cupboard
British made general purpose hot cupboard with a dry heat bains marie with the capacity for two Gn1/3 x 150mm deep pans with a top serving area and either 10 plated meals or 80 x 10" plates in the hot cupboard below.
This Countess junior model is mobile with 4 x 100mm swivel castors, two of which are braked. It has a robust pull/push bar and a curly power cable with a convenient plug park for when the unit is not in use.
The hot cupboard is accessed via two top hung sliding doors with zero dirt traps to the front edge. The two shelves and support sets are fully removable for cleaning.
The exterior of the cabinet is constructed from double skinned stainless steel making this a robust, rigid hot cupboard. Insulation between the skins ensures that the unit is energy efficient and that the exterior is cool to the touch for operator safety.
The interior is of a satin finish stainless steel and with its radius corners and removable element cover cleaning has been made as easy as possible.
