Churchill Alchemy Abstract White Deep Oblong Tray 300mm (Pack of 6)

The Churchill Alchemy Abstract deep oblong tray is a fine china serving piece from Churchill's established Alchemy portfolio, supplied in a pack of six. The tray carries a subtle geometric embossment on a plain white body — understated enough to keep attention on the food, while giving the piece a considered, contemporary finish that reads well in formal and informal dining settings alike.

Fine china with an added alumina content is harder and more resistant to chipping than standard vitrified hotel china, which is a practical consideration when trays are handled repeatedly through service and stacked in the pot wash. The white body also holds its colour reliably through repeated commercial dishwasher cycles, which helps maintain consistent presentation across a full sitting without the dulling or staining that can affect lower-grade pieces over time.

In service, the depth of this piece gives it more flexibility than a flat plate. It works well as a sharing board, an amuse-bouche presentation, a bread server, or a small accompaniment tray — anywhere a shallow-sided piece would leave sauced or garnished elements vulnerable. Key practical points for operators:

• Fine china body with added alumina improves chip resistance in daily service
• Embossed geometric pattern adds refinement without heavy decoration
• Coordinates with other pieces across the Alchemy portfolio for mixed-table setups
• Suitable for commercial dishwasher use
• Pack of six supports consistent cover quantities

This tray is well suited to restaurants, bistros, and hotel dining rooms running a contemporary menu where a clean, minimal aesthetic is preferred. For very high-volume canteen-style operations, a more utilitarian piece may offer a better cost-per-unit balance for the level of throughput involved.
