Dudson Harvest Norse Nova Plate Grey 152mm (Pack of 12)

The Dudson Harvest Norse Nova Plate is a 152mm side plate finished in grey vitrified fine china. It sits within the Harvest Norse range, which draws on Nordic craft aesthetics — minimal radial lines that suggest hand-carved texture, paired with a hand-glaze finish that gives each piece the appearance of artisan pottery. Despite this handcrafted look, the decoration is applied in-glaze, meaning the surface pattern is integral to the china rather than sitting on top of it.

In a busy dining environment, that in-glaze construction matters. It resists the fading and wear that affects overglaze decoration over repeated commercial dishwasher cycles, helping the plates maintain their appearance through extended service life. Vitrified fine china as a material is well suited to professional use — it is denser and more chip-resistant than standard earthenware, which is relevant in any kitchen where plates move quickly between service, clearing, and the wash.

The Norse grey finish works well in casual dining, contemporary bistro, and Nordic or Scandi-influenced restaurant concepts, though it sits naturally within a broader range of earthy, textured tableware where operators are building a cohesive cover story. At 152mm it functions as a side plate, bread plate, or small sharing plate depending on the concept.

• In-glaze decoration resists fading through heavy dishwasher use
• Vitrified fine china construction offers durability in commercial service
• Pairs with the wider Harvest Norse collection for a coordinated table
