Steelite Aurora Revolution Jade Bowls 110mm (Pack of 12)

The Steelite Aurora Revolution Jade bowl is a 110mm ceramic bowl finished with a reactive glaze that produces natural variation in colour and tone across each piece. No two bowls look identical, which is a deliberate characteristic of the Aurora range rather than a quality inconsistency — operators should be aware of this when ordering for a uniform table setting.

Aurora is designed to sit within an existing Steelite ecosystem. The range is backwards compatible with both the Revolution and Vesuvius collections, which means kitchens already using either range can introduce Aurora pieces without mismatched profiles or footprints. At 110mm, this bowl is suited to sides, amuse-bouche, desserts, or small starter portions depending on how the kitchen plates.

The alumina vitrified ceramic construction is a practical choice for busy front-of-house use. Alumina vitrification increases the density and hardness of the ceramic body, making it more resistant to chipping and crazing under the thermal cycling and mechanical handling that comes with regular dishwasher use and stack storage.

• Reactive glaze finish gives each piece a distinctive, individual appearance
• Compatible with Revolution and Vesuvius ranges for mixed-collection presentations
• Alumina vitrified body offers improved chip resistance for daily commercial use
• Sold in packs of 12, suited to restaurant and café covers

This bowl is well suited to independent restaurants, hotel dining, and casual dining operations looking to add some visual interest to their tableware without moving away from their existing Steelite collection. For operations running very high covers or requiring additional sizes within the Aurora range, it is worth discussing the full collection before ordering to ensure consistency across the table.

If you are building a table setting across multiple Aurora pieces or need guidance on compatibility with an existing Steelite range, our team is happy to help you work through the options before you place an order.
