The Scotsman ACM57 is a self-contained ice cubing machine that produces and stores cube ice within a single compact unit. It generates up to 33kg of ice per 24-hour period and holds up to 12kg in the integrated storage bin. Because production and storage are housed together, no separate bin or modular head-and-bin arrangement is required — a straightforward advantage where space is constrained or a simpler installation is preferred.

The machine produces Scotsman's Supercube format: individual, thimble-shaped, clear ice pieces that melt slowly and present well in glassware. In a bar, café, or hospitality setting where the quality of a served drink matters, that clarity and melt rate have practical value beyond aesthetics. For moderate-volume service — a small bar counter, a hotel suite, a café drinks station — the ACM57 handles daily demand reliably without the complexity of a larger modular setup.
