The APS Frames Rolltop Cover is a clear plastic lid designed to fit the 1/1 GN module within the APS Frames modular buffet system. Its primary function is straightforward: it covers a full-size GN base module to protect food on display whilst allowing guests to see the contents clearly, with a rolltop action that makes self-service access easy without removing the cover entirely.

In a buffet or banqueting environment, presentation and practicality need to work together. The Frames system is built around that principle — each element is designed to be mixed and matched, so operators can build a buffet layout that suits the occasion and the space available. This rolltop cover slots into that system, adding a hygienic barrier whilst keeping the display visible and accessible throughout service.

A few practical points worth noting for day-to-day use:

• Clear plastic construction keeps food visible without lifting the cover
• Rolltop mechanism allows easy guest access during self-service
• Designed to sit over a 1/1 GN base module within the Frames range
• Easy-grip edges make handling straightforward, even during a busy turnaround
• Stackable for compact storage between events

This cover is the rolltop lid only. It is intended for use with APS Frames base modules, which are sold separately. If you are building a complete Frames setup, it is worth confirming which base modules and accessories are needed before ordering individual components — the system has enough flexibility that it is easy to miss a piece.

The Frames rolltop cover suits contract caterers, hotel banqueting teams, and hospitality operators who run regular buffet services and want a consistent, presentable display system. It works equally well for cold or ambient food presentation. Operators running very high-volume or outdoor events may want to consider more substantial cover options.

If you are putting together a full Frames buffet setup and want to check you have the right components, we are happy to go through the range with you.
