Dessert Bowls and Glasses

The Arcoroc Jazzed bowl is a clear glass dessert bowl designed for catering and hospitality use. At 250ml capacity, it is a practical size for individual dessert portions, chilled starters, breakfast accompaniments such as yoghurt and granola, and small sharing dishes. The distinctive profile — a wide rim tapering to a weighted base — gives it a considered appearance without veering into novelty territory.

In a busy service environment, glassware takes a great deal of punishment. Arcoroc manufacture these bowls from high-transparency glass with a robust base, which holds up well through repeated dishwasher cycles and the general handling of a commercial pass. The 390g weight gives the bowl enough solidity to feel substantial on the table without being unwieldy for front-of-house staff stacking and clearing at pace.

• Consistent 250ml volume supports reliable portion control across service
• Dishwasher safe — handles high-cycle commercial dishwasher use well
• Wide rim makes for straightforward plating and garnishing
• High-clarity glass presents cold desserts and layered dishes cleanly
• Uniform shape allows stable stacking for storage and transport

These bowls arrive in a pack of 24, which is a practical opening quantity for most operations — enough to run a full section without stretching into surplus stock. For higher-volume venues or those with larger dessert covers, buying in multiples is straightforward. There are no installation or electrical considerations; these are ready to use from delivery.

The Jazzed bowl is well suited to restaurants, hotels, café-bars, and contract caterers where a clean, contemporary presentation is expected but practicality and durability remain the priority. If you are equipping a larger operation or want guidance on quantities relative to your cover count, we are happy to help you work that through before you order.

270ml/9oz. Pack quantity: 12 Made from durable polycarbonate, these dessert glasses from Utopia's Bali collection are very versatile and can be used to serve a wide range of desserts. Boasting a footed hourglass shape and a vintage-inspired panelled design, they are ideal for serving sorbets and ice cream sundaes. The glasses are resistant to stains, breaks and chips, making them a safe and practical alternative to traditional glassware. They are also glasswasher safe, allowing for quick and easy clean up after every use, saving you time during busy service.

The Utopia Dolce Vita dessert dishes are polycarbonate serving dishes designed for ice cream, sundaes, and similar cold dessert presentations. Each dish holds 250ml and features a footed base with a gently waved rim, giving them a more considered appearance than standard plain-sided alternatives. They are sold in packs of six.

Polycarbonate is a practical choice for high-turnover dessert service. The material resists chips, breaks, and staining in a way that standard glassware does not, which matters when dishes are being moved quickly through a busy pass or handled in outdoor and event settings. The appearance closely resembles glass, so presentation quality is not significantly compromised.

• Polycarbonate construction — resistant to chips, breaks, and staining
• Footed design with waved rim for a more refined dessert presentation
• Glasswasher safe for quick turnaround between covers
• Suitable for outdoor events, poolside service, and licensed premises
• Lighter than glass, reducing handling fatigue during high-volume service

From an operational standpoint, these dishes are glasswasher safe, which keeps cleaning straightforward during and after service. Their lighter weight compared to glass reduces breakage risk and handling strain when staff are clearing and resetting covers at pace.

These dishes are well suited to casual dining, dessert bars, hotels, and event catering where a glass-like aesthetic is desirable but the durability and safety of polycarbonate is preferred. They are particularly practical in licensed outdoor areas where glass may not be permitted. For operations running larger dessert portions or requiring a different profile, it is worth checking whether alternative sizes within the range better match your serve specifications.

These double-walled dessert dishes from Utopia are made from borosilicate glass and are designed to present both hot and cold desserts at the table. The double-wall construction creates an insulating air gap between the two layers of glass, which helps retain the temperature of the contents while keeping the outer surface comfortable to handle — useful when serving warm desserts or chilled preparations where condensation on the dish would otherwise be a concern.

In a restaurant or café setting, they work well across a range of dessert covers: set pannacottas, mousses, sorbets, warm puddings, and layered preparations all present clearly through the glass. The contemporary shape lends itself to modern plating styles without demanding a specific menu format.

From a practical standpoint, borosilicate glass offers better thermal resistance than standard soda-lime glass, making these dishes more tolerant of temperature changes during service and warewashing cycles. They are dishwasher safe, which matters in any operation where covers move quickly and glassware needs to turn around reliably between services.

• Double-wall construction keeps outer surface cool when serving warm desserts
• Clear glass allows dessert presentation to remain the visual focus
• Borosilicate construction handles thermal cycling better than standard glass
• Dishwasher safe for straightforward turnaround between services

These dishes are well suited to restaurants, hotel dining rooms, and cafés running a structured dessert menu. For high-volume operations or venues prone to high breakage rates, it is worth considering whether a larger pack quantity or a more robust alternative material would be more practical. If you are unsure which option fits your service style and volume, the team are happy to advise.
