It consists of a rear panel that shields the wall directly behind the range, combined with an integrated shelf positioned above — completing the back-of-range area in a way that is properly dimensioned to suit Blue Seal's 8-burner configurations.
The space immediately behind a working range takes a sustained hit during service. Grease, steam, and heat build up quickly, and an unprotected wall becomes difficult to maintain and can deteriorate over time.
