The Buffalo Manual Hamburger Press is a straightforward, hand-operated tool for producing consistent 100mm burger patties. It works by pressing portioned mince into a uniform shape and size each time, which removes the variability that comes with hand-forming burgers and helps keep presentation consistent across a service.
