The Onis Mosaic cooler glass is a 470ml beverage glass featuring an embossed surface pattern that gives it a distinctive tactile quality in the hand. The curved silhouette is practical as well as considered — it sits comfortably in the grip, which matters when glasses are being handled at pace during service.
In a hospitality setting, glassware takes considerable punishment. The Mosaic's embossed texture is part of the moulded glass structure rather than a surface coating, so it holds up through repeated commercial dishwasher cycles without degrading in appearance. That durability makes it a practical choice for venues where presentation matters but glassware needs to earn its keep over time.
This style works well across a range of drinks service — long cocktails, iced coffees, mocktails, fruit-infused waters, and soft drinks all suit the format. The 470ml capacity gives a sensible pour volume without being oversized, which helps with portion consistency and presentation.
- Embossed texture formed into the glass, not a surface treatment
- Curved ergonomic profile suits comfortable single-handed service
- Suitable for commercial glasswashers
- Versatile format across cocktail, soft drink, and coffee menus
- Pack of six provides a practical starter quantity for most operations
The pack of six is well suited to smaller venues, new menu additions, or operators looking to trial a style before committing to a larger quantity. Venues with higher-volume requirements or multiple service areas may want to consider ordering in greater quantities to maintain cover through a full service without over-reliance on fast turnaround from the glasswasher.
If you're putting together glassware across a full drinks menu and want guidance on quantities or styles, the team is happy to help you think it through.
Frequently asked questions
Are these glasses suitable for commercial dishwashers?
Yes, the Onis Mosaic glasses are designed to withstand the temperatures and wash cycles typical of commercial glasswashers. The embossed texture is formed into the glass itself rather than applied as a coating, so it remains intact through regular high-volume washing.
How many packs would a typical bar or restaurant need to keep up with service?
That depends on your covers and glasswasher turnaround time, but as a general guide most operators aim for three to four times their peak cover count in glassware to avoid bottlenecks during busy periods. A pack of six is a useful starting point for lower-volume venues or for trialling the style before placing a larger order.
What types of drinks are these glasses best suited to?
The 470ml cooler format works well for long cocktails, mocktails, iced coffees, soft drinks, and fruit-infused waters. It is a versatile everyday capacity that suits most casual dining and bar menus without being over-sized.
