Steelite Concorde

These porcelain lids are designed to pair with beverage pots in Steelite's Concorde range, which sits within the broader Folio collection. The Concorde line has a clean, off-white finish with simple lines — a style that works comfortably across casual dining, hotel breakfast service, and traditional café environments without leaning heavily in any particular direction.

In practical terms, the lids do what replacement and top-up stock lids need to do: fit consistently, resist the knocks of a busy pass, and survive the dishwasher cycle after cycle without dulling or chipping prematurely. The rolled edges are a deliberate design choice rather than a decorative one — they distribute impact along the rim rather than concentrating it at a single point, which meaningfully extends service life on a busy table.

A few things worth noting for day-to-day use:

• Suitable for dishwasher, microwave, oven and freezer use
• Rolled chip-resistant edges across the rim
• Hard porcelain construction — consistent glaze finish across the batch
• Off-white Concorde colourway coordinates across the full Folio range
• Supplied as a pack of 12, suited to topping up existing Concorde sets

These lids are most commonly purchased as replacement stock rather than initial set-up quantities, though the 12-pack format is practical for smaller operations setting up a Concorde service from scratch. If you're building out a larger Concorde tea or coffee service and need guidance on quantities or complementary pieces in the range, we're happy to help you work that through.

The Steelite Concorde beverage pot is a hard porcelain lidded pot designed for table service of hot drinks in restaurants, hotels, cafés, and contract catering environments. Part of Steelite's Folio Concorde range, it carries a clean, off-white finish with a mid-century profile that sits comfortably across both formal and informal cover styles.

In a busy service environment, durability matters as much as appearance. The Concorde pot is made from hard porcelain, which offers good resistance to the thermal stresses of regular commercial dishwashing cycles. Rolled edges on the rim and lid reduce the likelihood of chipping during handling and stacking — a practical detail that becomes significant when pieces are turning over quickly during service and wash-up.

From an operational standpoint, these pots offer a number of day-to-day advantages:

• Dishwasher safe, suitable for commercial glasswashing and rack-based dishwasher cycles
• Microwave safe for reheating or keeping beverages at temperature
• Oven and freezer safe, adding flexibility in preparation workflows
• Chip-edge guarantee provides a degree of assurance on longer-term stock retention
• Supplied in a pack of six, suited to initial stocking or topping up existing covers

No installation considerations apply to tableware of this type, though operators should factor appropriate storage and racking into their back-of-house setup to protect pieces between service periods. As with all porcelain, stacking height and handling procedures during wash-up will influence long-term chip rates.

These pots are well suited to hotels, restaurants, and café operations looking for reliable, presentable beverage service ware that will hold up under regular commercial use. For operations running high covers with heavy daily cycling, it is worth considering stock quantity carefully — having adequate backup pieces reduces pressure on wash-up turnaround.

If you'd like guidance on quantities or how the Concorde range fits alongside other tableware in your operation, the team is happy to help you think it through.

The Steelite Concorde range is a straightforward, well-made porcelain jug intended for everyday table service. The 142.5ml size is a practical portion for cream, milk, or sauces, and suits a wide range of covers — from café breakfast service to formal restaurant settings. The off-white finish and clean, uncluttered lines sit comfortably alongside most tableware schemes without competing with them.

In a busy service environment, durability is as important as appearance. The Concorde range is produced in hard porcelain, which handles the repeated handling, stacking, and warewashing that comes with high-volume operations. Rolled edges provide added resistance to chipping at the rim — the point where tableware typically takes the most punishment during clearing and stacking. Supplied in packs of 12, they suit a staged replacement approach or building up stock for a new opening.

• Hard porcelain construction for durability in heavy daily use
• Rolled edges for improved chip resistance at the rim
• Safe for microwave, dishwasher, oven, and freezer use
• Steelite chip-edge guarantee included
• Consistent off-white finish suits most tableware schemes

These jugs are well suited to cafés, restaurants, hotels, and contract catering operations where consistent presentation and long service life matter. For operations running very high covers with rapid table turns, it is worth considering whether a higher pack quantity would better support your replacement cycle.

If you are specifying tableware for a new opening or looking to standardise across a site, our team is happy to talk through what quantities and formats make sense for your service style.

The Steelite Concorde range is a mid-century influenced porcelain tableware collection, finished in a warm off-white with clean, unfussy lines. These 227.5ml sugar bouillon bowls sit comfortably within that range, offering a consistent presentation that works equally well in casual dining, hotel breakfast service, or café settings where a neat, cohesive table layout matters.

Hard porcelain construction means these bowls hold up well in high-turnover environments. They are microwave, dishwasher, oven, and freezer safe, which gives kitchen and front-of-house teams practical flexibility across service. The rolled edges are a considered detail — they reduce the likelihood of chipping at the rim, which is typically where tableware takes the most damage in daily handling and warewashing.

For operators managing stock across a busy dining floor, the Concorde range is designed with stackability in mind. Pieces stack neatly together, and compatibility across the range means mixed items can be stored together without wasted space — a practical consideration when back-of-house storage is limited.

• Rolled rim edges reduce chipping during everyday handling and warewashing
• Stackable design with cross-range compatibility for efficient storage
• Suitable for microwave, dishwasher, oven, and freezer use
• Warm off-white finish supports consistent table presentation
• Hard porcelain construction suited to high-turnover service

These bowls come with a chip-edge guarantee, which is worth noting when budgeting for ongoing replacement costs. Sold in packs of 12, they are straightforward to quantity-order for larger covers or to supplement an existing Concorde setting.

If you are building out a full table setting or matching to an existing range, our team are happy to advise on which Concorde pieces work well together.

The Steelite Concorde soup cup is a straightforward, well-made piece of porcelain tableware designed for commercial food service. The 285ml capacity suits standard soup and starter portions, and the stacking design means a reasonable quantity can be stored in a compact footprint — useful in kitchens and service stations where shelf space is limited.

Hard porcelain construction holds up well under the daily demands of commercial use: repeated dishwasher cycles, temperature variation between service passes, and the general handling that comes with a busy operation. The rolled rim is a practical detail rather than a decorative one — it distributes impact along the edge and reduces the likelihood of chipping compared with a straight-edged cup. Steelite back their ware with a chip-edge guarantee, which is worth noting when budgeting for replacement stock.

From an operational standpoint, the Concorde cup works across a range of service styles. It is microwave, oven, and freezer safe, which gives kitchen teams flexibility in how soup or other dishes are prepared and held before service. The clean, off-white finish presents well without requiring any particular plating effort.

• Stacking design reduces storage footprint in service stations and kitchens
• Rolled rim construction lowers chipping risk through repeated service use
• Suitable for dishwasher, microwave, oven, and freezer use
• Consistent off-white finish works across casual and semi-formal covers
• Sold in a pack of 12, suitable for supplementing existing Concorde tableware

These cups are a practical choice for cafés, restaurants, hotel dining rooms, and contract catering operations running a consistent soup or starter course. If you are building out a full table setting or need to assess quantities for a specific cover count, our team are happy to help you work through what you need.

The Steelite Concorde mug is a hard porcelain mug finished in a warm off-white glaze, designed for everyday hot beverage service in commercial settings. Clean lines and a simple profile mean it works across a range of front-of-house styles without looking out of place — from casual café counters to more structured restaurant service.

In practice, porcelain of this grade handles the wear of continuous commercial use reasonably well. Rolled edges reduce the likelihood of chipping at the rim, which is where most damage occurs in a busy service environment, and the chip-edge guarantee reflects that design consideration. The glaze holds up consistently through repeated dishwasher cycles without significant dulling over time.

• Safe for microwave, dishwasher, oven, and freezer use
• Rolled edges for improved chip resistance at the rim
• Chip-edge guarantee included
• Off-white glaze suits a range of table settings
• Supplied in a pack of 12, practical for topping up existing sets

There are no special installation or storage requirements beyond standard crockery handling. As with all porcelain, stacking height should be managed sensibly to avoid base damage from excess load. The pack size of 12 suits smaller operators or those expanding an existing Concorde set rather than fitting out a large site from scratch — larger volume requirements may be better served by ordering multiple packs.

These mugs are well suited to cafés, hotel breakfast service, staff restaurants, and similar operations where a clean, unfussy presentation is the priority. They are not a premium fine-dining piece, but that is not their purpose — they sit comfortably in the mid-range for everyday commercial use.

If you are fitting out a new site or want to discuss how this range fits alongside other Steelite pieces in your tableware scheme, the team is happy to help you work through the options.

The Steelite Concorde mug is a hard porcelain mug finished in a warm off-white that sits comfortably within the Folio Concorde range. The design takes a clean, unfussy approach — no pattern, no embellishment — making it straightforward to pair with a wide range of tableware and table settings. It holds 340ml, which covers standard servings of tea, coffee, and hot drinks without being oversized.

In a busy service environment, durability matters as much as appearance. The Concorde mug is manufactured from hard porcelain, which resists staining and retains its finish under repeated washing cycles. Rolled edges at the rim reduce the likelihood of chipping during handling and stacking, which is a practical consideration in any operation that is putting mugs through a commercial dishwasher several times a day.

• Hard porcelain construction resists staining and retains its finish under repeated commercial washing
• Rolled edges provide additional chip resistance during stacking and handling
• Suitable for microwave, dishwasher, oven, and freezer use
• Supplied with a chip-edge guarantee from Steelite
• Warm off-white finish works across a range of table settings and service styles

These mugs are well suited to cafés, hotel breakfast services, staff restaurants, and similar operations where a clean, consistent presentation is needed without a high replacement cost. They are sold in packs of 12, which suits initial stock builds or topping up existing sets. Operations running larger volumes may want to consider ordering multiple packs to maintain adequate cover through busy periods and account for breakages over time.

If you are building out a full table setting or matching these to other items within the Steelite Concorde range, the team is happy to help you work out quantities and compatibility before you order.

The Steelite Concorde can cups are part of the Folio Concorde range — a hard porcelain tableware collection finished in a warm off-white that works equally well in casual dining and more considered hospitality settings. At 85ml, these cups are sized for espresso, pre-dessert sauces, dips, and small condiment portions, making them a versatile addition to a working cover set.

Hard porcelain is a practical choice for commercial service. It withstands the thermal shock of repeated dishwasher cycles, resists staining, and holds its appearance across a high volume of covers. The rolled edges on these cups are a deliberate design feature rather than an aesthetic one — they reduce chipping at the rim, which is typically where smallwares fail first in a busy kitchen environment. Steelite backs this with a chip-edge guarantee, which offers genuine reassurance when purchasing at volume.

From an operational standpoint, the Concorde range is designed with back-of-house practicality in mind:

• Stackable design reduces storage footprint and speeds up post-service organisation
• Compatible with other items within the Concorde range for mixed stacking
• Safe for microwave, dishwasher, oven, and freezer use
• Hard porcelain surface resists staining and maintains presentation over time
• Chip-edge guarantee supports cost-of-ownership planning when buying in bulk

These cups are well suited to restaurants, hotels, cafés, and contract catering operations looking for reliable, presentable smallwares that can handle the pace of daily service without requiring careful handling. They are sold in packs of 12, which suits both initial setup and top-up purchasing as part of an ongoing tableware programme.

If you are fitting out a full cover set or selecting across multiple Concorde pieces, our team is happy to help you work through quantities and compatibility before you order.

The Steelite Concorde can cups are part of the Folio Concorde range — a hard porcelain tableware collection finished in a warm off-white with clean, unfussy lines. The can cup format is a familiar choice for hot beverages in café, restaurant, and hotel settings, offering a slightly taller, narrower profile than a standard mug.

In a busy service environment, durability matters as much as appearance. These cups are made from hard porcelain, which handles the daily cycle of dishwashing, stacking, and general kitchen handling better than softer ceramic alternatives. The rolled edges are a practical detail — they reduce the likelihood of chipping at the rim, which is typically where tableware takes the most punishment during service and washing.

• Hard porcelain construction for robust day-to-day commercial use
• Rolled edges reduce chipping risk at the rim
• Stackable design supports efficient back-of-house storage
• Safe for microwave, dishwasher, oven, and freezer use
• Chip-edge guarantee included for added confidence

From a practical standpoint, the stackability of the Concorde range is worth noting for sites with limited storage — cups can be stored compactly and the range is designed so that different items within the collection are compatible for stacking together. This helps keep storage organised without dedicating excessive shelf space to tableware.

These cups are well suited to cafés, hotel breakfast operations, staff restaurants, and mid-range dining venues looking for reliable, presentable tableware that can take sustained use without constant replacement. For very high-volume operations running multiple sittings daily, it is worth considering whether a larger pack quantity or a heavier-duty specification would better meet throughput demands.

If you are specifying tableware across a new opening or a full refresh and want to ensure the Concorde range fits your service style and storage setup, the team is happy to help you work through the options.

The Steelite Concorde Can Cups are part of the Folio Concorde range — a hard porcelain tableware line designed with a clean, off-white finish and straightforward proportions. The can cup format is a familiar choice for hot beverages and dessert sauces, and these sit comfortably within a casual dining or café setting without demanding a particular style of service.

In practical terms, the key qualities here are durability and handling. The rolled edges reduce the likelihood of chipping during everyday stacking, tray clearing, and dishwasher cycling — an important consideration in any operation where crockery is turned around quickly. Hard porcelain holds up well under repeated high-temperature washing, and the pieces are rated safe for microwave, oven, and freezer use, which adds flexibility during prep and service.

• Stackable design keeps storage compact and stable on shelves or in racks
• Compatible with other items in the Concorde range for mixed stacking
• Rolled edges provide added resistance to chipping during service
• Hard porcelain surface is easy to clean and resists staining over time
• Microwave, dishwasher, oven, and freezer safe for operational flexibility

There are no unusual installation or preparation requirements — these are standard tableware pieces ready to use from the box. The 12-pack quantity suits operators restocking an existing set or building out a new cover count. For higher-volume sites needing larger case quantities, it is worth checking whether a larger pack size is available.

These cups are well suited to cafés, casual dining restaurants, hotel breakfast operations, and contract catering environments where consistent presentation and reliable durability matter more than a premium aesthetic. If you are building a full table setting from the Concorde range or want to confirm the right quantities for your cover count, the team are happy to help.

The Steelite Concorde range is a practical hard porcelain tableware collection with clean lines and a warm off-white finish. These 85ml cups are sized for espresso and similar short coffee serves, and are designed to perform reliably in commercial environments where tableware takes sustained daily use.

Hard porcelain is a sensible choice for high-turnover operations. It handles the repeated thermal cycling of dishwasher runs without degrading quickly, and the rolled edges on the Concorde cups provide meaningful resistance to the chipping that typically occurs during stacking, racking, and general handling. The off-white tone works across a range of table settings without imposing a strong stylistic direction, which makes these cups a practical option where the same crockery needs to work across different service styles or times of day.

From an operational standpoint, the cups are worth considering for the following reasons:

• Stackable design reduces storage footprint in confined back-of-house areas
• Cross-compatible stacking within the Concorde range aids organised storage
• Microwave, dishwasher, oven, and freezer safe for versatile service use
• Rolled edges reduce chip risk during racking and handling
• Chip-edge guarantee provides added confidence for front-of-house use

These cups are well suited to cafés, hotel breakfast operations, restaurants offering espresso service, and contract catering environments. A pack of 12 is a practical entry quantity for supplementing existing stock or trialling the range. For larger openings or high-volume operations, buying in greater quantities from the outset tends to make sense to maintain consistent presentation as breakages occur over time.

If you're building out a full table setting or want to confirm which other Concorde pieces work alongside these cups, we're happy to help you think it through.

The Steelite Concorde cup is a hard porcelain stacking cup in an off-white finish, designed for everyday front-of-house use in cafés, restaurants, and hospitality operations. Clean lines and a neutral tone mean it sits comfortably alongside a wide range of tableware without looking out of place, while the 212.5ml capacity makes it a practical choice for standard hot drinks service.

In busy service environments, durability and storage efficiency matter as much as appearance. The Concorde cup is built with rolled edges, which meaningfully reduces the risk of chipping at the rim — the point most vulnerable to contact damage during stacking and washing. The stacking design also keeps storage tidy and compact, which is a genuine day-to-day benefit when working with limited shelving or counter space behind the bar or pass.

• Hard porcelain construction handles the wear of repeated commercial dishwasher cycles reliably
• Rolled rim reduces chipping risk during stacking and service
• Stackable profile keeps storage organised and space-efficient
• Suitable for microwave, oven, and freezer use as well as dishwasher
• Off-white finish presents neutrally alongside most tableware ranges

These cups are sold in packs of 12, which suits topping up an existing set or kitting out a smaller operation. For higher-volume sites running larger covers, it is worth considering whether a larger quantity order better fits your breakage and replacement cycle.

If you are unsure whether the Concorde cup fits your current tableware range or service style, we are happy to help you work through the options.

The Steelite Concorde saucer is part of the Folio Concorde range — a practical, mid-century-influenced tableware collection finished in a warm off-white. The 117.5mm format is sized to pair with standard espresso and coffee cups and is a common choice for cafés, hotels, and restaurant beverage service where a clean, unfussy presentation is the priority.

Hard porcelain construction gives these saucers the durability expected in high-turnover commercial environments. Rolled edges provide meaningful resistance to chipping at the rim — the point most vulnerable to damage during stacking, clearing, and washing. For operators running multiple covers per service, that resistance directly affects replacement frequency and long-term cost.

Practically, the range is designed with busy back-of-house operations in mind:

• Dishwasher, microwave, oven, and freezer safe — no restrictions on handling or reheating workflows
• Stackable design reduces storage footprint and speeds up resetting between covers
• Cross-compatible stacking with other Concorde pieces simplifies storage management
• Chip-edge guarantee provides additional reassurance on long-term durability
• Warm off-white finish suits a wide range of front-of-house styles without looking clinical

These saucers are supplied in packs of 12, which suits initial setup as well as ongoing stock top-ups. They work well in cafés, hotel breakfast operations, restaurants offering beverage service, and anywhere a reliable everyday saucer is needed in volume. For lighter-use settings or smaller openings, individual packs are straightforward to scale.

If you are building out a full tableware specification or need guidance on quantities for your cover count, the team is happy to help you work through the requirements.

The Steelite Concorde saucer is part of a well-established tableware range that balances a clean, mid-century aesthetic with the practical demands of commercial service. The off-white porcelain finish and unfussy lines make it a versatile choice that sits comfortably in everything from hotel breakfast rooms to café counter service, without demanding attention away from the food or drink being served.

In practice, these saucers hold up well under the repetitive handling, stacking, and washing that come with high-turnover service. The hard porcelain construction resists the everyday wear of a busy pass, and rolled edges reduce the likelihood of chipping at the rim — the point most vulnerable to contact damage in a commercial environment. The range is also designed with stackability in mind, which matters when storage space is limited or turnaround between services is tight.

• Rolled edges provide additional chip resistance at the most vulnerable contact point
• Dishwasher, microwave, oven, and freezer safe for flexible service use
• Stackable design aids efficient storage and fast table reset
• Compatible stacking with other items in the Concorde range
• Chip-edge guarantee included for added operational confidence

No special storage conditions are required. These saucers stack neatly and integrate with other pieces in the Concorde range, which can simplify purchasing and keep the table setting consistent across different cover types. The pack quantity of twelve makes it straightforward to top up existing stock or build out a new setting.

Well suited to cafés, hotels, restaurants, and contract catering operations looking for reliable, consistent tableware that won't create unnecessary replacement costs. If you're equipping a larger operation or need advice on quantities across a full range, the team is happy to help you work through what's required.

The Steelite Concorde range is a mid-century-influenced porcelain tableware collection finished in a warm oatmeal hue. These bowls sit comfortably between formal and casual dining — clean enough for a considered breakfast or brunch menu, unfussy enough for everyday café or bistro service. The off-white tone works well with a wide range of food presentations without competing with the dish itself.

In a busy service environment, durability and consistency matter more than aesthetics alone. Steelite's hard porcelain construction is well regarded in the industry for holding up under the repeated handling, stacking, and warewashing cycles that commercial tableware faces daily. The rolled edge is a practical detail — it distributes impact at the rim, which is typically where chips occur first, and helps extend the working life of each piece.

From an operational standpoint, these bowls offer a number of practical advantages:

• Stackable design makes storage efficient and trolley loading straightforward
• Compatible with other items in the Concorde range, allowing mixed stacking
• Safe for microwave, dishwasher, oven, and freezer use
• Chip-edge guarantee provides some reassurance on longer-term replacement costs

There are no unusual service requirements. These bowls go through a standard commercial dishwasher without issue and can move from freezer to oven, which is useful where mise en place involves pre-portioned cold dishes that need brief warming before service.

The Concorde range suits hotels, restaurants, cafés, and contract catering operations looking for tableware that presents well without being fragile or difficult to manage at volume. Operations running very high covers may want to consider whether a larger pack format or additional stock depth makes sense to keep the range consistent across all tables.

If you're building out a full table setting or want to check how Concorde sits alongside other ranges in your current setup, the team are happy to help you work through the options.

The Steelite Concorde soup plate is a rimmed, flat-based piece from the Folio Concorde range — a practical tableware line designed with commercial foodservice in mind. The 240mm format is a standard soup plate size, suitable for both plated soup service and lighter starter presentations. The off-white glaze gives a clean, neutral backdrop that works across a range of cuisines and table settings without drawing attention to itself.

In a working kitchen, durability and consistency matter as much as appearance. Steelite produce ware that is intended to hold up under repeated machine washing, stacking, and daily handling. The rolled edge on the Concorde plate provides additional resistance to chipping at the rim — the area most vulnerable during clearing and washing. The range is also microwave, oven, and freezer safe, which gives kitchen teams flexibility during service preparation and plating.

• Rimmed profile supports clean, uncluttered food presentation
• Rolled edges provide added chip resistance at the most vulnerable point
• Stackable design for efficient storage in tight back-of-house spaces
• Dishwasher, microwave, oven, and freezer safe for flexible kitchen use
• Supplied in a pack of 12, suitable for building or replacing stock

The Concorde range is designed for stackability, and different pieces within the range are compatible with one another — a practical consideration when storage space is limited. Steelite back the range with a chip-edge guarantee, which provides some reassurance when purchasing in quantity for high-turnover environments.

These plates are a sensible choice for restaurants, hotels, pub kitchens, and contract catering operations running a soup or starter course. For very high-volume operations needing larger pack quantities or a heavier-weight alternative, other options in the Steelite catalogue may be worth considering. If you're unsure which format or pack size best suits your covers and service style, we're happy to talk it through.

The Steelite Concorde range is a straightforward, well-made coupe bowl in an off-white vitrified china finish. The clean, rimless coupe profile keeps the focus on the food rather than the crockery, making it a reliable choice for operators who want a consistent, unfussy presentation across their covers. The warm off-white tone sits comfortably within both contemporary and more traditional dining settings.

In a busy service environment, the practical qualities of this bowl become apparent quickly. The rolled edge provides meaningful resistance to chipping during normal handling, stacking, and washing cycles — a genuine operational consideration when bowls are moving between the pass, the table, and the dishwasher dozens of times a day. Vitrified china holds up well under sustained commercial use and retains its appearance over time without the surface degradation that cheaper materials can show.

From a day-to-day operational standpoint, the Concorde bowl offers several practical advantages:

• Stackable design reduces storage footprint in tight back-of-house spaces
• Compatible stacking across the wider Concorde range simplifies storage organisation
• Dishwasher, microwave, oven, and freezer safe for flexible service use
• Chip-edge guarantee provides confidence in long-term stock replacement
• Sold in packs of twelve, suited to building or topping up covers efficiently

There are no unusual storage or handling requirements. As with all fine china, impact against hard surfaces should be avoided, and standard commercial dishwasher cycles are appropriate. Operators running high covers or particularly demanding environments may find it worth considering a heavier or more heavily glazed option from within the broader range.

This bowl is well suited to casual dining restaurants, hotel food and beverage operations, cafés, and contract catering where a clean, professional presentation is required without a premium price point. It works equally well as a soup bowl, a dessert bowl, or a side dish depending on service style.

If you are building out a full table setting or want to confirm compatibility with other pieces in the Concorde range, the team are happy to help you work through the options.

The Steelite Concorde pasta bowl is part of the Folio Concorde range — a straightforward, well-made piece of commercial tableware in an off-white finish with clean lines and a rimmed profile. At 285mm, the bowl offers a practical serving size for pasta dishes, risottos, and similar plated food, with enough depth to present a portion cleanly without looking sparse. The warm, neutral tone works across a range of restaurant styles without competing with the food.

In a busy service environment, these bowls hold up well. The rolled rim reduces the likelihood of chipping during stacking, washing, and handling — a meaningful consideration when front-of-house staff are moving covers quickly. The range is designed for stackability, which helps on the pass and in the pot wash, and different items within the Concorde range can be stacked together, making storage more practical where space is limited.

From an operational standpoint, the bowls are microwave, dishwasher, oven, and freezer safe, which gives kitchen teams flexibility in how they use them. Steelite backs the range with a chip-edge guarantee, which reduces the ongoing cost of replacing damaged stock over time. The pack format suits initial builds and top-up ordering without over-committing.

These bowls are well suited to restaurants, hotel restaurants, pub kitchens, and contract catering operations running regular pasta or bowl-dish services. For operators needing a deeper bowl for larger portions, or a smaller-format bowl for starter or side portions, there are other sizes within the range worth considering.

If you're building a full table setting or need guidance on quantities for a specific cover count, the team is happy to help you work through it.

The Steelite Concorde oval coupe plate is a practical, well-proportioned service plate designed for everyday use in busy restaurant and hospitality environments. The classic coupe profile — shallow, rimless, and clean — provides a simple canvas for food presentation without the fuss of a traditional rim, making it straightforward for kitchen and front-of-house staff to plate up consistently under pressure.

In operational terms, these plates are built for the realities of commercial service. The rolled edges offer meaningful resistance to chipping, which is where most tableware losses occur in kitchens running multiple covers per session. The off-white glaze sits within the Concorde range's broader aesthetic — warm enough to suit relaxed dining settings, neutral enough to work across a range of menu styles and table dressings.

From a practical standpoint, the plates offer a number of features that matter in daily service:

• Rolled edges provide added resistance to chipping during handling and stacking
• Compatible with microwave, oven, dishwasher, and freezer use
• Stackable design supports efficient back-of-house storage
• Consistent glaze and shape across the Concorde range aids mixed stacking
• Supplied in a 12-pack, suited to batch restocking

There are no complex installation or infrastructure requirements for tableware of this type, though it is worth considering your existing china pattern if consistency across the table is a priority — the Concorde range includes complementary pieces that may be worth reviewing at the same time.

These plates are well suited to restaurants, hotels, and contract catering operations looking for reliable, mid-range tableware that holds up under regular commercial dishwashing cycles. For very high-volume operations with rapid table turns, it may be worth discussing your full cover count and wash frequency with us before ordering quantity.

If you are building or refreshing a tableware set and want to talk through sizing, compatibility across the range, or quantities that suit your service, we are happy to help.

The Steelite Concorde coupe plate is a compact side or starter plate suited to casual dining, café service, and covers where a clean, unfussy presentation matters. The coupe profile — no rim, gently curved sides — keeps the focus on the food and works well across a range of plating styles. The off-white glaze sits in the warmer end of the white spectrum, giving it a slightly softer look than bright-white alternatives without straying into the heavily aged tones that date quickly.

In a working kitchen, the practical advantages of this range become apparent in day-to-day handling. The plates are designed to stack consistently, which keeps storage compact and speeds up mise en place during busy covers. Rolled edges provide meaningful resistance to the chipping that inevitably occurs during stacking, washing, and general handling in a busy pass — Steelite back this with a chip-edge guarantee. The body is robust enough for standard commercial dishwasher cycles without discolouration or glaze degradation over time, and the plates are also suitable for microwave and oven use where your service workflow requires it.

• Compact coupe shape keeps presentation clean and uncluttered
• Rolled edges reduce chipping during stacking and daily handling
• Dishwasher, microwave, oven, and freezer safe for flexible service use
• Consistent stack profile for efficient storage and smooth service flow
• Warm off-white glaze suits both casual and semi-formal table settings

At this size, the plate is best suited to side dishes, bread, petit fours, or amuse-bouche rather than main course plating. For operations needing a broader range of sizes within the same aesthetic, the Concorde range extends across multiple plate diameters and flatware pieces, making it straightforward to build a consistent table setting without mixing styles.

If you're building or refreshing a tableware set and want to talk through quantities, mix of sizes, or compatibility with other pieces in the range, the team is happy to help.

The Steelite Concorde coupe plate is a mid-century influenced piece from the Folio Concorde range, finished in a warm off-white glaze with clean, uncluttered lines. The coupe shape — characterised by its shallow, gently curved profile with no defined rim — keeps the focus on the food and gives front-of-house a tidy, consistent look across the table.

In a busy service environment, consistency and durability matter as much as appearance. These plates are designed to hold up under the daily stresses of commercial use: repeated pass-throughs, stacking in transport, dishwasher cycles, and the occasional knock. The rolled edges reduce the risk of chipping at the most vulnerable point of any plate, which in practical terms means fewer write-offs and a longer useful life per piece.

From an operational standpoint, the range is built with back-of-house efficiency in mind as well as front-of-house presentation:

• Rolled edges provide additional chip resistance at the rim
• Stackable design simplifies storage and reduces shelf space required
• Compatible stacking across the Concorde range allows mixed-item storage
• Safe for microwave, dishwasher, oven, and freezer use
• Supplied with a chip-edge guarantee for added purchasing confidence

At 202.5mm, this is a versatile mid-size plate — commonly used for starters, side dishes, or lighter main courses depending on portion style and menu format. For operations running multiple sittings or high cover counts, buying in pack quantities helps maintain an adequate working stock and reduces the impact of attrition over time.

This plate suits cafés, restaurants, hotels, and contract catering operations looking for a reliable, presentable everyday piece. If you are unsure which size or range best fits your cover count and menu style, the team is happy to talk it through.

The Steelite Concorde coupe plate is a straightforward, well-made piece of tableware from Steelite's Folio Concorde range. The coupe profile — flat base running cleanly to a minimal rim — gives a simple, uncluttered presentation that works across a wide range of food styles without dictating a particular aesthetic. The off-white glaze sits in the warmer end of the white spectrum, which tends to complement most plating styles without the clinical feel of a stark bright white.

In service, the practical considerations matter as much as appearance. Rolled edges reduce the risk of chipping during daily stacking, clearing, and dishwasher cycling — a meaningful detail in high-turnover environments where tableware takes consistent daily punishment. The plates are verified safe for dishwasher, microwave, oven, and freezer use, which gives kitchen teams flexibility in how they're used across a service day. Steelite backs the range with a chip-edge guarantee, which reflects reasonable confidence in durability under normal commercial use.

• Coupe profile for clean, uncluttered food presentation
• Rolled edges reduce chipping during stacking and handling
• Stackable design supports efficient storage in busy back-of-house areas
• Compatible with other pieces in the Concorde range for mixed stacking
• Dishwasher, microwave, oven, and freezer safe for flexible service use

These are a sensible choice for restaurants, cafés, and casual dining operations looking for reliable, presentable tableware that holds up in daily commercial use. The 230mm size suits starter portions, desserts, or side dishes, and works as part of a broader table setting using other Concorde pieces. For operations needing a larger main-course plate, other sizes are available within the range.

If you're building out a full table setting or working out quantities for a new opening, the team is happy to talk through what works best for your covers and service style.

The Steelite Concorde coupe plate is a straightforward, well-made piece of tableware from Steelite's Folio range. The coupe profile — flat, with a shallow rise and no pronounced rim — gives a clean, uncluttered surface that lets the food sit centre-stage. The off-white, warm-toned glaze sits comfortably between formal and casual, making it a practical choice across a range of dining styles from brasseries and hotel restaurants to neighbourhood bistros.

In day-to-day service, the Concorde holds up well under the demands of a busy kitchen pass. The vitrified construction resists staining and crazing over repeated dishwasher cycles, and the rolled edge provides meaningful protection against the chipping that inevitably occurs when plates are stacked, slid, or handled quickly during a rush. These are not cosmetic features — in a high-turnover environment, edge durability directly affects how long a set remains presentable and how often replacements are needed.

Practically, the range is designed with back-of-house workflow in mind:

• Rolled edges reduce chipping during stacking and rapid handling
• Dishwasher, microwave, oven, and freezer safe across standard commercial cycles
• Cross-stackable with other Concorde items for compact, organised storage
• Chip-edge guarantee provides cover against early edge failure
• Consistent glaze finish supports uniform presentation across a large cover count

These plates are well suited to operations serving mid-market to premium covers where a clean, classic plate presentation is preferred without the fragility of fine bone china. They are equally at home in hotel banqueting, where stackability and durability matter, and in smaller restaurants looking for reliable everyday plates with a degree of style.

If you are building or refreshing a full table setting and want to discuss quantities, mixing sizes within the Concorde range, or how these fit alongside your existing tableware, we are happy to help you work through the detail before you order.

The Steelite Concorde range is a coupe-style plate finished in a warm off-white glaze, designed to provide clean, uncluttered presentation across a wide range of dishes. The 280mm diameter makes it a practical main-course plate suitable for most service styles, from plated restaurant dining to high-volume catering operations.

In a busy kitchen environment, durability and consistency matter as much as appearance. Concorde plates are manufactured to Steelite's commercial vitrified china standard, which means they hold up well under the repeated handling, stacking, and mechanical washing that comes with heavy daily use. Rolled edges reduce the likelihood of chipping at the rim — one of the most common points of damage in a working kitchen — and the off-white finish is resilient enough to maintain its appearance over time without fading or crazing under normal service conditions.

From an operational standpoint, the range offers several practical advantages:

• Stackable profile allows compact, stable storage in back-of-house racks
• Cross-compatible with other items in the Concorde range for mixed stacking
• Safe for dishwasher, microwave, oven, and freezer use
• Chip-edge guarantee provides added reassurance for procurement teams
• Consistent sizing across packs supports uniform plating across a brigade

These plates are sold in packs of 12, which suits both initial setups and topping up existing cover counts. There are no special installation or utility requirements to consider. Storage space and rack compatibility are worth checking if you're integrating these into an existing plate-warmer or pass system.

The Concorde range is well suited to restaurants, hotels, contract caterers, and event venues looking for reliable everyday tableware that presents well without requiring careful handling. If you're fitting out a larger operation or need guidance on cover quantities and pack volumes, the team is happy to help you work through the numbers.

The Steelite Concorde is a coupe-profile dinner plate from the Folio range, finished in a warm off-white that sits comfortably in both casual dining and more formal settings. The clean, rimless shape gives chefs an uncluttered canvas for plating, and the profile works well across a broad range of cuisines and presentation styles.

In a busy service environment, durability and stackability matter as much as appearance. The Concorde is built with rolled edges that provide meaningful resistance to chipping at the rim — the area most vulnerable to knocks during clearing, stacking, and pot-wash. The range is designed so that different Concorde pieces stack together, which makes storage and retrieval more straightforward in cramped back-of-house conditions.

• Rolled edge construction reduces chipping risk during everyday service handling
• Stackable design, including cross-compatibility across Concorde range pieces
• Safe for dishwasher, microwave, oven, and freezer use
• Warm off-white finish suits a wide range of plating styles
• Supplied in a 12-pack, practical for topping up existing covers

As a 300mm plate, this is a substantial main-course size suited to full-service restaurants, pub kitchens, and hotel dining. It is worth considering your storage capacity before ordering in volume — larger plates take up more rack and shelf space, and that can become a practical constraint in smaller operations. For sites needing a smaller plate for starters or sides, Concorde is available in additional sizes.

If you are building a new cover set or matching into an existing Steelite Concorde collection, the team is happy to talk through quantities and sizing before you commit to an order.

The Steelite Concorde range is a well-established choice in commercial tableware, offering a rimmed plate profile with clean lines and a warm off-white glaze. The 165mm size sits at the smaller end of the plate range, making it well suited to side dishes, starters, desserts, and snack covers rather than main course plating.

In a busy service environment, the practical benefits of this range become apparent quickly. The rolled edges provide meaningful resistance to chipping — a common source of breakage and replacement cost in high-turnover operations. Plates are stackable and cross-compatible with other items in the Concorde range, which helps with organised storage and efficient mise en place in tight back-of-house spaces.

• Rolled edges reduce chipping during handling and stacking
• Stackable design supports efficient storage in busy kitchens
• Compatible with other Concorde range items for mixed stacking
• Safe for microwave, dishwasher, oven, and freezer use
• Chip-edge guarantee included for added peace of mind

Being fully dishwasher safe makes these plates straightforward to turn around during service, and microwave and oven compatibility gives kitchen teams flexibility in how they use them through the pass. The off-white finish is neutral enough to work across a range of food styles without dictating a particular aesthetic.

This pack of 12 suits operators who are building out tableware stock or replacing breakages in an existing Concorde setup. For sites with higher covers or where larger plate sizes are the primary requirement, other sizes within the Concorde range are worth considering alongside this one.

If you're unsure how many packs to order for your service volume, or whether this size is the right fit for your menu, we're happy to help you work through it.

The Steelite Concorde range is a straightforward, well-made vitrified china plate aimed at professional foodservice operations. The 202mm rim plate sits at a practical size for starters, desserts, and side presentations, offering a clean, lightly rimmed profile with a warm off-white finish that works well across a range of dining styles without being prescriptive about the food it carries.

In a working kitchen environment, the details that matter most are durability and consistency across a large cover count. The Concorde range is produced to Steelite's standard vitrified body, which performs reliably through repeated commercial dishwasher cycles without significant crazing or colour shift over time. Rolled edges reduce the risk of chipping during handling and racking, which is a common source of breakage loss in high-volume operations. The plates are microwave, oven, and freezer safe, which gives useful flexibility where finishing or holding is part of the service flow.

• Rolled edges reduce chipping during daily handling and dishwasher racking
• Stackable design supports efficient back-of-house storage
• Compatible with other Concorde range pieces for uniform table presentation
• Safe for use in microwave, oven, dishwasher, and freezer
• Warm off-white glaze suits both casual and more formal dining settings

At 202mm, this plate is best suited to starter and dessert courses, or as a side plate in a multi-course cover. It is less appropriate as a main course plate for substantial dishes where a larger diameter would give the kitchen more plating room. Covers running at high volume will benefit from having adequate pack quantities in reserve to allow for breakage and rotation through the dishwasher without service pressure.

If you are specifying tableware across a new opening or a full replate and want to talk through quantities or range compatibility, the team is happy to help.

The Steelite Concorde rim plate is a 230mm all-round plate suited to everyday service across a wide range of food styles. The rimmed profile keeps food presentation clean and contained, while the warm off-white glaze works well with most plating styles without drawing attention to itself. Supplied in packs of twelve, these are designed to be bought and used in volume rather than as occasional replacements.

In a busy service environment, durability and handling speed matter as much as appearance. The rolled edges on the Concorde plate provide practical resistance against the chipping that tends to occur during stacking, clearing, and washing — the most common causes of attrition in any commercial kitchen. The range carries a chip-edge guarantee, which is worth noting when calculating replacement costs over time.

From an operational standpoint, the plates are designed to be genuinely practical to manage across a full shift:

• Stackable design reduces storage footprint and speeds up mise en place
• Compatible with other items in the Concorde range for uniform stacking
• Safe for dishwasher, microwave, oven, and freezer use
• Off-white glaze suits a wide range of plating styles
• Available in multiples to support consistent cover counts

These plates are best suited to cafés, bistros, hotel restaurants, and contract catering operations looking for a reliable, mid-range tableware option that holds up under daily machine washing. The 230mm size works well as a starter or dessert plate, or as a side plate in more formal covers. For operations running higher covers or requiring larger plate sizes, other options in the Concorde range may be worth considering.

If you're building out a full table setting or need to match existing Concorde pieces, the team is happy to help confirm compatibility and quantities before you order.

The Steelite Concorde range is a straightforward, well-made rim plate in vitrified china with a warm off-white finish and clean, unfussy lines. The 255mm size sits comfortably as a main course plate across a wide range of service styles, from casual dining through to more formal à la carte covers. The rimmed profile gives chefs a clear plating boundary, keeping presentation consistent across a full service.

Vitrified china holds up well in commercial environments. The rolled edges reduce the risk of chipping during stacking, handling, and pass-through, which matters when covers are high and crockery is moving quickly between kitchen and floor. These plates are rated for dishwasher, microwave, oven, and freezer use, so they fit into most service workflows without restriction. Steelite backs the range with a chip-edge guarantee, which is worth noting when budgeting for replacement cycles.

From an operational standpoint, the Concorde plates offer a few practical advantages for busy kitchens:

• Stackable design reduces storage footprint in cramped plate stores
• Cross-compatible with other items in the Concorde range for consistent table presentation
• Rolled edges help reduce chipping loss during normal daily handling
• Neutral finish works across varied cuisine styles without looking mismatched
• Dishwasher-safe construction suits high-cycle pass-through and rack machines

Supplied in packs of 12, this format suits operators topping up an existing Concorde set or opening a new section. For higher-volume sites running multiple sittings, it is worth considering how many covers you need to support simultaneously before ordering — the pack size scales sensibly but larger quantities may be more practical from the outset.

If you are building out a full table setting or matching to existing Steelite ranges already in service, the team is happy to talk through what works together before you commit to an order.

The Steelite Concorde rim plate is a mid-sized, rimmed flatware piece finished in an off-white glaze with clean, unfussy lines. It sits within Steelite's Folio Concorde range, which is designed to offer a consistent, versatile look across a full table setting. The rolled rim profile provides a modest border that frames plated dishes without dominating the presentation.

In a busy service environment, durability and consistency matter as much as appearance. Steelite's vitrified porcelain construction is well regarded in the industry for its resistance to the daily demands of commercial dishwashing cycles, stacking pressure, and the general wear of high-volume covers. The rolled edges reduce the likelihood of chipping at the most vulnerable point on any plate, which helps maintain a presentable front-of-house over a longer service life.

From an operational standpoint, the Concorde range is practical to manage:

• Stackable design reduces storage footprint and speeds up clearing and resetting
• Cross-compatible with other items in the Concorde range for flexible table builds
• Safe for microwave, dishwasher, oven, and freezer use
• Chip-edge guarantee provides added reassurance on long-term stock management
• Off-white finish suits a wide range of food styles and plating approaches

This plate is well suited to restaurants, hotels, cafés, and contract catering operations looking for reliable, mid-range tableware that performs consistently across heavy daily use. The 12-pack format is a practical purchasing unit for most hospitality settings, though operators covering larger covers or needing breakage stock may want to consider ordering in greater quantity.

If you're building out a full table setting or matching to an existing range, the team is happy to help you work through what you need before you order.
