Steelite Willow

The Steelite Willow mid-rimmed bowl is a 240mm all-purpose bowl from Steelite's established Willow range. The mid-rim profile suits a broad range of covers — starters, soups, pasta, and dessert presentations — and the woven detailing on the rim adds a degree of visual texture without being overtly decorative. The white vitrified finish keeps the focus on plated food rather than the crockery itself.

Made from alumina vitrified ceramic, these bowls are built to hold up in busy commercial environments. The material is appreciably denser and harder than standard porcelain, which translates directly into better resistance to chipping, scratching, and staining over time. In a high-turnover operation where crockery goes through the dishwasher multiple times a day, that durability matters. The bowls are fully dishwasher safe, and also rated for microwave and freezer use, which gives kitchen teams flexibility in how they prepare and hold portions.

• Resistant to chipping, scratching, and staining under repeated commercial use
• Dishwasher, microwave, and freezer safe for operational flexibility
• Lifetime edge chip warranty from Steelite
• Consistent white finish works across a range of service styles
• Sold in a pack of 24, suitable for building or replenishing covers

These bowls are a practical choice for restaurants, hotel restaurants, banqueting operations, and staff dining facilities where reliability and consistency across a large number of covers are the priority. They sit comfortably in a mid-market fine dining or brasserie setting. Operations with very high daily cover counts may want to consider deeper stock levels or higher-capacity packs to reduce the frequency of reordering.

If you're unsure how many packs to order relative to your cover count and wash cycle, or whether the Willow range suits your existing tableware, we're happy to talk it through.

The Steelite Willow bowl is a small, round tableware piece finished in plain white with a subtly textured woven surface pattern. Made from alumina vitrified ceramic, it holds 140ml and is sized for condiments, dips, sauces, sides, or small amuse-bouche portions. The pack format — 36 units — is intended for commercial dining operations where consistent stock levels across a cover count matter.

Alumina vitrified ceramic is a practical choice for front-of-house use. It is denser and harder than standard porcelain, which means it handles the routine stacking, knocks, and repeated dishwasher cycles that come with high-volume service without the chip rate you would expect from lighter tableware. The Willow pattern holds its appearance well over time, and the white glaze does not show staining easily under normal use.

From an operational standpoint, this bowl suits a range of service styles:

• Portion control for sauces and dips without the need for ramekins
• Side dish presentation on sharing boards or set menus
• Consistent sizing across all covers, reducing front-of-house variation
• Dishwasher safe, supporting quick turnaround between services
• Pack of 36 aligns with standard cover counts and reduces reorder frequency

Because these are sold in packs of 36, they are best suited to restaurants, hotels, contract catering, and event venues that need a reliable stock of matching pieces. For operators running very high covers or fast-casual environments with a high breakage rate, it is worth considering whether a larger pack quantity would be more practical.

If you are unsure how this bowl fits alongside your existing tableware programme or need guidance on quantities for a particular cover count, the team is happy to help you work it through.

The Steelite Willow mug is a standard-format hot drinks mug produced in alumina vitrified ceramic, carrying the Willow pattern across the full exterior. At 280ml it sits comfortably in the standard mug range — large enough for a generous tea or coffee without being oversized — and the pattern gives it a degree of visual character without straying into novelty.

Alumina vitrified ceramic is a practical choice for commercial hospitality. The material is harder and denser than standard earthenware, which translates directly into better resistance to chipping along the rim and foot ring — the two points where mugs most commonly fail in a busy wash cycle. Each mug weighs 310g, which gives it a reassuring feel in the hand without adding unnecessary weight to a fully loaded tray.

For front-of-house operations, the key practical points are:

• Chip-resistant glaze suited to repeated commercial dishwasher cycles
• Uniform pattern finish supports consistent table presentation
• Pack of 36 reduces the frequency of repeat ordering for mid-sized operations
• Stackable profile helps manage storage in compact service areas
• Suitable for standard commercial dishwasher programmes

Sold in packs of 36, this mug is well suited to cafés, hotel breakfast operations, staff restaurants, and similar settings where a reliable, presentable mug is needed in volume. Operations with very high covers or those running multiple sittings may want to consider a larger opening quantity to maintain sufficient stock through peak service and washing cycles.

If you are unsure how many covers this pack size will support for your service pattern, or whether the Willow range works alongside your existing tableware, the team is happy to talk it through.

The Steelite Willow 100mm bowl is a compact, all-purpose bowl from Steelite's established Willow range. Made from alumina vitrified ceramic, it carries a subtle crosshatch embossed pattern across its full height and is finished in a bright white glaze. At 100mm in diameter, it sits comfortably as a dessert bowl, amuse-bouche vessel, side dish, or small soup course, depending on how your menu is structured.

Alumina vitrified ceramic is a well-proven material in commercial tableware. It is harder and more chip-resistant than standard porcelain, which matters in high-turnover environments where crockery is handled repeatedly through service, dishwashing, and stacking. The Willow range is designed to withstand the everyday rigours of restaurant and hospitality use without the glaze crazing or dulling quickly under commercial dishwasher cycles.

Practical advantages for front-of-house operations include:

• Consistent sizing across the range supports neat, uniform table presentation
• Bright white finish works well under varied lighting conditions
• Stackable form reduces storage footprint in service stations
• Dishwasher-safe construction suits high-volume cover operations
• Sold in a pack of 12, practical for bulk stocking or topping up existing sets

The 100mm diameter is on the smaller end for bowl sizes, so it is worth confirming this suits your intended use before ordering in volume. If your menu calls for a larger soup or pasta bowl, other sizes within the Willow range are available. The pack-of-12 format is a sensible unit for most operators looking to maintain or expand an existing Willow cover.

If you are building out a new table setting or want to confirm the Willow range will coordinate with existing Steelite pieces on your floor, the team is happy to help you work through the options.

The Steelite Willow 130mm bowl is a compact, multipurpose piece from Steelite's established Willow tableware range. Made from alumina vitrified ceramic, it carries a full-height crosshatch relief pattern and a bright white finish. At 130mm in diameter, it sits comfortably as a soup bowl, dessert bowl, or side dish depending on the cover requirement.

Alumina vitrified ceramic is a well-regarded choice for commercial table service. The material is harder and more resistant to chipping than standard porcelain, which matters in environments where crockery is handled and stacked repeatedly through a busy service. The bright white finish holds its appearance over time and shows food presentation clearly without competing with the dish.

Practical considerations for operators include:

• Alumina vitrified construction resists chipping under regular commercial handling
• Consistent white glaze suitable for matching with other Willow range pieces
• 130mm diameter works across soup, dessert, and side course applications
• Sold in packs of 12, suited to building or topping up cover stock
• 310g per bowl — a comfortable weight for front-of-house service

This bowl is a straightforward choice for restaurants, hotels, contract caterers, and café-style operations running a formal or semi-formal table service. It coordinates directly with other pieces in the Steelite Willow range, which helps operators build a consistent look across courses. For very high-volume sites turning multiple sittings daily, it is worth considering the full quantity requirement carefully before ordering to avoid running short during service.

If you are specifying tableware across a new site or want to confirm the right pack quantities for your cover count, the team is happy to assist.

The Steelite Willow Bowl is a 160mm all-purpose bowl finished in white alumina vitrified ceramic. It carries a subtle crosshatch relief pattern that runs the full height of the bowl, giving it a quiet visual detail without competing with the food being served. It forms part of Steelite's broader Willow range, making it straightforward to build a coordinated table setting across multiple courses.

Alumina vitrified ceramic is the standard material choice for commercial tableware that sees regular, heavy use. It offers good chip resistance relative to standard porcelain and holds up well through repeated dishwasher cycles — both important factors in a busy restaurant, hotel, or contract catering environment where breakage costs accumulate quickly.

• Crosshatch relief pattern adds surface detail without affecting practical use
• Brilliant white finish presents food cleanly under both natural and artificial light
• Alumina vitrified construction resists chipping through daily commercial service
• Versatile sizing suits soup, dessert, side dishes, and breakfast covers
• Part of the Willow range for consistent table coordination across courses

As with any tableware purchase for commercial use, it is worth considering your anticipated breakage rate and covers-per-service when deciding on pack quantities. The 160mm size sits in the middle ground — large enough for a generous soup or dessert portion, compact enough not to overwhelm a smaller cover.

If you are building out a full Willow table setting or need guidance on quantities for your cover count, the team is happy to help you work through what you need.

The Steelite Willow soup cup is an unhandled, stackable cup produced in alumina vitrified ceramic with a gloss white finish and a subtle decorative band around the upper rim. At 285ml it is sized for a starter or side portion of soup rather than a main-course serving, which suits operations that want a consistent, controlled portion presentation.

Alumina vitrified ceramic is a practical choice for commercial tableware. The material is appreciably harder and more chip-resistant than standard vitreous china, which matters in environments where cups are cycled through a commercial dishwasher multiple times a day and stacked and unstacked at pace during service. The stacking profile keeps storage compact, and the unhandled design simplifies racking and dishwashing handling.

• Stackable design reduces storage footprint on busy pass or service counters
• Unhandled form simplifies dishwasher racking and reduces handling time
• Alumina vitrified ceramic resists chipping under regular commercial use
• Gloss white finish with rim detail suits formal and casual dining settings
• 285ml capacity supports consistent starter or side-portion soup service

The pack of 36 suits an opening order for a small to medium operation, though higher-volume restaurants or contract catering sites running multiple sittings may find they need a larger quantity to maintain adequate cover through a full service and dishwasher cycle. It is worth accounting for attrition when deciding on opening stock levels.

If you are specifying tableware across a full menu and want to discuss quantities or how the Willow range fits alongside other Steelite pieces, the team is happy to help you work through the detail.

The Steelite Willow Can Cup is a straight-sided ceramic cup from Steelite's established Willow range. Made from alumina vitrified ceramic, it carries a subtly textured exterior finish that references the wicker-like pattern the range is named for. Each cup holds approximately 220ml, making it a practical size for espresso-based drinks served with milk, filter coffee, or tea service.

Alumina vitrified ceramic is a material commonly specified for front-of-house tableware in commercial environments because of its resistance to chipping and its ability to withstand the repeated thermal cycling of dishwasher use. In a busy café or restaurant, cups go through a great deal of daily handling, and the Willow Can Cup is built to absorb that without the rapid surface deterioration you often see with lower-grade ceramics. The clean white finish also holds its appearance well over time, which matters when presentation is part of the customer experience.

Practical advantages for operators include:

• Alumina vitrified construction for improved chip resistance during daily service
• Consistent straight-sided shape suits standard saucer pairings and stacking
• Dishwasher safe and suited to commercial glasswash cycles
• Sold in packs of 36, reducing reorder frequency for busy sites
• Neutral white finish works across a range of table settings and branding styles

These cups require no installation considerations — they are a straightforward tableware purchase. The main practical decision is quantity: for high-footfall sites running continuous table turns, it is worth calculating cover numbers and dishwasher cycle times to ensure adequate stock is held. Buying in pack quantities helps manage this.

The Willow Can Cup is well suited to cafés, hotels, restaurants, and contract catering operations looking for a reliable, presentable ceramic cup at a sensible price point per unit. It is particularly appropriate where consistency of appearance across a large number of covers matters. If your operation requires significantly higher volumes, or a different cup profile for a specific drink format, it is worth discussing your full requirements with us before ordering.

If you are specifying cups across a new or refurbished venue and want to talk through quantities or coordinating pieces within the Willow range, we are happy to help.

The Steelite Willow Stacking Cup is a white vitrified ceramic cup from Steelite's Willow range, designed for everyday beverage service in commercial hospitality settings. The exterior carries a subtle grid embossed detail, giving it a degree of visual interest without straying from the neutral, versatile aesthetic that works across most front-of-house environments.

Made from alumina vitrified ceramic, these cups are built to withstand the rigours of commercial use — repeated machine washing, high throughput service, and the general handling that comes with busy covers. The stacking profile is a practical consideration for operations where storage space is limited, allowing cups to nest without risk of chipping from unstable stacking arrangements.

In practical terms, the Willow cup suits a broad range of service contexts — café counter service, hotel breakfast operations, restaurant dessert and coffee service, and staff or canteen catering alike. The white finish integrates cleanly with most existing crockery programmes, which is useful when purchasing as a replacement or supplement to an existing range.

• Stackable form reduces storage footprint in tight back-of-house areas
• Alumina vitrified ceramic offers good resistance to chipping and cracking under daily commercial use
• Neutral white finish works alongside most existing tableware programmes
• Suitable for commercial dishwasher cycles without specialist handling

These cups are sold in a pack of 12, which suits smaller openings or supplementary stock orders. For higher-volume operations requiring larger initial quantities, it is worth considering bulk pack options if available.

If you are building out a new crockery programme or matching into an existing Steelite range, we are happy to help with quantity guidance and range compatibility — feel free to get in touch before placing your order.

The Steelite Willow saucer is part of a coordinated tableware range designed for hotel and restaurant tea and coffee service. The pattern features a delicate interlocking design that gives each piece a more considered, refined appearance compared to plain whiteware, without moving into ornate or overly decorative territory. These saucers are sized to complement standard tea cups and espresso cups commonly used in hospitality settings.

Made from alumina vitrified ceramic, the construction is well suited to the demands of commercial use — high firing temperatures and the alumina content in the clay body produce a material that is denser and more resistant to chipping than standard vitrified china. In a busy hotel breakfast service or restaurant pass environment, that durability matters. Saucers take more physical handling than most items on the table, and the Willow range holds up reliably under daily commercial conditions.

Practical advantages for front-of-house operations include:

• Chip-resistant alumina vitrified ceramic body for extended working life
• Consistent glaze finish supports a professional table presentation
• Dishwasher safe for high-volume warewashing cycles
• Patterned design adds visual interest without requiring specialist handling
• Sold in packs of 36, practical for stocking a full section or topping up existing sets

As with all patterned ranges, it is worth confirming that the Willow pattern coordinates with your existing cup range before ordering, particularly if you are supplementing an established service rather than setting up fresh. The pack quantity of 36 suits mid-sized operations well, though larger establishments may need to consider multiple packs to cover full service and breakage float.

If you are building a complete tea and coffee service or matching saucers to an existing Willow cup stock, we are happy to advise on quantities and range compatibility before you place an order.

The Steelite Willow Deep Rimmed Bowl is a 315mm whiteware bowl produced in alumina vitrified ceramic — a material Steelite are well regarded for in professional foodservice. The wide, flat rim and deep bowl profile make it a practical choice for plated pasta dishes, soups, bisques, and similar presentations where a defined rim is part of the service style. The Willow range is characterised by a fine hatch detail on the rim, giving it a quietly refined appearance that sits comfortably in contemporary restaurant settings without being fussy.

In a busy front-of-house environment, durability is as important as appearance. Alumina vitrified ceramic is considerably harder and more chip-resistant than standard porcelain, which matters when crockery is going through a commercial dishwasher multiple times a day and being handled at speed. This is not decorative tableware — it is designed to hold up under the daily demands of a working kitchen and dining room.

• Wide rim suits plated presentations and portioned pasta or soup service
• Alumina vitrified ceramic resists chipping better than standard porcelain
• Consistent white glaze keeps the range looking uniform as stock is replaced
• Dishwasher safe for high-frequency commercial wash cycles
• Sold in packs of six, practical for building or topping up covers

These bowls are sold in packs of six, which suits operators looking to build cover sets or replace breakages without over-ordering. The 315mm diameter is a generous size — well suited to main-course portions rather than small sides or amuse-bouche service, so it is worth considering your menu and portion sizes before ordering.

If you are building a full table setting or unsure whether this size fits your service style, we are happy to talk it through.

The Steelite Willow Oval Plate is a 330mm oval flatware piece finished in a clean, bright white glaze with a traditional interwoven relief pattern around the rim. It is part of Steelite's established Willow range and is constructed from alumina vitrified ceramic — a material chosen for its resilience in commercial dishwashing and daily service use rather than for any decorative reason.

In a working kitchen, this size of oval plate earns its place as a general-purpose serving piece. It handles large individual protein portions comfortably — whole flatfish such as sole or plaice sit well within the rim — and it works equally well as a sharing board for starters or sides. The generous surface area gives chefs room to plate without crowding, which matters during a busy service when there is no time to rework a dish.

Practical advantages for front-of-house operations include:

• Alumina vitrified ceramic construction resists chipping and crazing under repeated commercial use
• The defined rim keeps sauces and dressings contained during table service
• Consistent white glaze makes food colour stand out clearly on the pass
• Stackable oval profile suits standard plate storage and reduces shelf footprint

These plates are supplied in cases of 12, which suits initial range builds or topping up existing Willow stock. Being dishwasher-safe and compatible with standard rack systems, they fit into existing warewashing workflows without adjustment. There are no special handling requirements, though as with all vitrified ceramic, care with loading and unloading the dishwasher will extend the life of the glaze.

The Willow Oval is well suited to restaurants, bistros, and hotel dining rooms where a classic, understated presentation style is preferred. For high-turnover canteen or banqueting environments where a lighter plate or different profile might be more practical, it is worth considering whether the format fits your service style before committing to volume.

If you are building out a new range or matching existing tableware, we are happy to talk through what works best for your covers and service format.

The Steelite Willow Mid Rim Plate is a compact side or starter plate from Steelite's Willow range. At 157.5mm in diameter, it sits in the classic mid rim format — a shallow, defined rim surrounding a broad well — and is finished in a gloss white glaze that carries a subtle raised texture across the surface. The result is a plate that reads as clean and professional on the table without requiring elaborate presentation to carry it.

Made from alumina vitrified ceramic, the Willow range is engineered specifically for the demands of commercial table service. Alumina enrichment increases the density and impact resistance of the body, which matters in high-turnover operations where plates are stacked, racked, and handled at speed throughout a long service. The gloss glaze is resistant to cutlery marking and maintains its appearance through repeated commercial dishwasher cycles, which is a practical consideration in any operation running a fast table turn.

For front-of-house teams, the consistent finish across the Willow range supports a uniform table presentation without relying on careful plate matching. The 157.5mm size works well as a side plate, bread plate, or starter in more considered service formats. Key operational characteristics include:

• Alumina vitrified body for improved chip and crack resistance in daily service
• Gloss glaze resists cutlery marks and staining over repeated use
• Consistent white finish supports uniform table presentation across covers
• Compatible with commercial dishwashers and standard plate racking systems
• Supplied in a pack of 36 to support batch stocking for active service sections

The pack-of-36 format suits operators looking to stock or top up a section without committing to a full case order of a single size. The Willow range extends across multiple plate sizes and complementary pieces, so it is worth considering the full service requirement before ordering individual sizes in isolation.

If you are specifying tableware for a new opening or refreshing an existing cover, the team is happy to talk through quantities, size selection, and how the Willow range fits alongside your current service style.

The Steelite Willow Mid Rim Plate is a 202.5mm all-purpose plate from Steelite's Willow range, finished with a raised textured pattern beneath a gloss glaze. It is a mid-rim design, meaning it offers a modest raised border around a generous flat well — a practical format for starters, desserts, and lighter main courses across a wide range of dining styles.

Made from alumina vitrified ceramic, these plates are built to perform under the repeated demands of commercial dishwashing cycles and busy pass-side stacking. Alumina enrichment is a recognised approach in commercial tableware for improving chip resistance and durability, which matters in any operation where crockery is turned around quickly between covers. The gloss glaze finish holds its appearance well in day-to-day service and wipes clean without retaining colour from sauces or dressings.

At 202.5mm, this plate sits in a versatile mid-size bracket — large enough to present a composed starter or dessert with proper spacing, compact enough to work across smaller table settings or tray service. Supplied in a pack of 24, the quantity is well suited to operations needing to stock a consistent number of covers or top up an existing set. Practical points worth noting for buyers:

• Alumina vitrified ceramic construction for improved chip resistance in daily service
• Gloss glaze finish that reflects light and cleans easily after service
• Mid-rim format suits starters, desserts, and lighter plates
• 202.5mm diameter — a flexible size across varied dining formats
• Supplied in a pack of 24, supporting consistent cover counts

For operations running high cover volumes with frequent crockery turnover, it is worth considering whether a heavier or thicker-profile plate from the wider Steelite range would better suit the pace of service. Equally, smaller or larger rim plate options exist within the Willow collection if a different diameter fits your plating style more closely.

If you are unsure whether this size and format fits your menu presentation or cover count, the team is happy to help you think it through before you order.

The Steelite Willow Mid Rim Plate is a 230mm all-purpose plate designed for use across a wide range of hospitality covers. The mid rim profile gives it enough border to support neat plating and sauce work, while keeping the well proportioned for standard starter and side portions. The surface carries a raised textural pattern beneath a gloss glaze, which gives the range a degree of visual distinction without straying into decorative excess.

Steelite's alumina vitrified ceramic construction is the practical detail that matters most in a busy operation. Alumina enrichment improves the density and impact resistance of the body, which translates to a plate that holds up better against the daily handling, stacking, and mechanical wash cycles that a high-turnover kitchen puts tableware through. These are not display pieces — they are working plates built to a commercial standard.

From an operational standpoint, the Willow range offers a few practical advantages worth noting:

• Gloss glaze resists staining and supports quick turnaround through commercial dishwashers
• Consistent weight and profile makes stacking and service handling straightforward
• Neutral white finish suits a wide range of food styles and plating approaches
• Pack of 24 provides a sensible opening quantity for most service sections
• Mid rim format works across starters, sides, and sharing portions

At 230mm this plate sits in a versatile mid-size bracket. It works well as a starter plate in most table service settings or as a side plate in more substantial cover configurations. Operators running high-volume covers or looking to build a larger opening stock may want to consider higher-quantity formats. The Willow range also extends into other plate sizes and shapes, which is worth bearing in mind if you are building a coordinated tabletop.

If you would like guidance on quantities, range coordination, or which plate sizes best suit your menu format, the team is happy to help you think it through.

The Steelite Willow Mid Rim Plate is a 255mm all-round plate from Steelite's Willow range, finished in a gloss white glaze with a subtle raised texture. It sits in the mid rim category, giving a defined rim edge that helps with plating presentation while keeping a practical, versatile profile suited to a wide range of dishes. Each plate is made from alumina vitrified ceramic, which is the material of choice across most serious front-of-house operations.

Alumina vitrified ceramic is meaningfully harder and more resistant to chipping than standard vitrified china, which matters in busy service environments where plates pass through dishwashers multiple times daily and are stacked, transported and handled at pace. The Willow range is designed to take that kind of sustained daily use without the glaze crazing or the rim chipping prematurely — both common failure points with lesser tableware.

From an operational standpoint, the practical advantages are straightforward:

• Chip-resistant alumina vitrified construction reduces breakage and replacement costs over time
• Gloss glaze is smooth and non-porous, supporting thorough cleaning and hygiene compliance
• Consistent white finish photographs well and presents cleanly under varying dining room lighting
• 255mm diameter works across starters, mains, and sharing plates depending on kitchen style
• Sold in packs of 24, which suits initial par stock planning or topping up existing sets

There are no particular installation considerations for tableware of this type, but it is worth noting that alumina vitrified ceramic, while durable, is not indestructible. Correct stacking practice and appropriate plate racks will extend service life considerably. At 630g per plate, the Willow sits at a weight that feels substantial in service without being unwieldy for front-of-house staff.

This plate is well suited to hotels, restaurants, contract caterers, and pub kitchens running a mid-to-high volume cover count where consistent, presentable tableware and manageable replacement costs both matter. Operations needing a larger main plate diameter or a different rim profile will find other sizes and styles within the Willow range worth considering.

If you're building out a full table setting or matching to an existing Steelite range, it's worth having a conversation with us before placing a larger order — we're happy to help you confirm the right sizes and quantities for your service style.

The Steelite Willow Mid Rim Plate is a 270mm white tableware plate manufactured from alumina vitrified ceramic — a dense, reinforced ceramic composition that is commonly specified in professional food service environments precisely because of its resistance to chipping, crazing, and the general wear that comes with continuous commercial use. The raised surface texture sits beneath a gloss glaze finish, giving the plate a clean, light-reflective appearance that works well across a range of plating styles without competing with the food.

In a busy service environment, tableware takes a considerable amount of punishment — stacking, dishwasher cycling, and handling across multiple covers every day. Alumina vitrified ceramic holds up well under these conditions. It maintains its glaze integrity and appearance over extended use, which matters when you are running consistent covers and need a plate that looks presentable from the first service of the day to the last. The 270mm diameter makes this a practical all-round plate, suitable as a main course plate in most standard and contemporary covers.

Practical advantages for operators include:

• Durable alumina vitrified ceramic construction resists chipping under daily commercial use
• Gloss glaze finish is straightforward to clean and maintains its appearance through repeated machine washing
• Mid rim profile suits a wide range of plating presentations and service styles
• White finish integrates easily with existing tableware, reducing the complexity of mixed covers
• Supplied in a pack of 24, practical for building or refreshing par stock without over-ordering

There are no particular installation or infrastructure requirements for tableware, but it is worth considering storage. A pack of 24 plates at the combined weight of 17.28kg needs appropriate shelving. Stacking height should follow standard front-of-house practice to avoid undue pressure on lower plates and reduce the risk of rim damage over time.

This plate is well suited to restaurants, hotels, contract catering operations, and any professional kitchen where a reliable, presentable white mid rim plate is needed in quantity. For operations running very high covers with rapid turnaround, it is worth reviewing the full Steelite Willow range, which includes additional piece types and sizes that may complement this plate within a coordinated table setting. If you are specifying tableware across a larger opening or a refurbishment and want to talk through quantities or compatibility with your existing range, the team is happy to help.

The Steelite Willow Gourmet Plate is a 185mm coupe-style plate produced in alumina vitrified ceramic, part of Steelite's established Willow range. It carries a textured rim pattern and ornate centre detailing that give it a considered, formal appearance without being decorative to the point of impracticality. At this diameter it sits comfortably as a side plate, bread plate, or starter plate, and its presentation lends itself equally well to petit fours and pre-dessert courses.

Alumina vitrified ceramic is a well-regarded material in professional tableware. It offers a notably higher resistance to chipping and crazing than standard vitreous china, which matters in operations where plates cycle frequently through service, clearing, and commercial dishwashers. The 310g weight keeps the plate manageable without feeling insubstantial in service, and the finish holds up under repeated dishwasher use without the glaze deteriorating quickly.

In practical terms, this plate works well in operations where tableware is expected to maintain its appearance over a long service life:

• Withstands repeated commercial dishwasher cycles without significant glaze wear
• Microwave and oven safe, supporting flexible plating and pass workflows
• Chip-resistant alumina vitrified ceramic reduces replacement frequency
• Consistent coupe profile suits structured plating across multiple covers
• Formal Willow pattern supports fine dining and banqueting presentation standards

This plate is sold in packs of 12, which suits initial cover builds or topping up existing Willow range stock. Operations running the full Willow collection will find it integrates cleanly with larger plates and bowls in the range. For very high-volume banqueting environments where attrition rates are significant, it is worth considering whether a larger pack quantity or sturdier everyday range might be a more practical fit.

If you are building a full table setting around the Willow range or want to discuss quantities suited to your cover count, the team is happy to help you work through the options.

The Steelite Willow Gourmet Deep Rimmed Bowl is a 285mm tableware piece designed for front-of-house use in commercial dining environments. The bowl features a broad, textured rim that frames the centre of the plate, naturally drawing the eye to the food presentation. It is made from alumina vitrified ceramic and finished in a brilliant white glaze, giving it good resistance to chipping and the everyday wear associated with busy service environments.

In practice, these bowls work well across a range of menu applications — pasta dishes, soups, bisques, and composed salads all sit comfortably within the deep well, while the wide rim provides enough space for plating detail without feeling cramped. The textured rim surface adds visual interest without requiring any additional garnish or decoration to make a dish feel considered.

From an operational standpoint, alumina vitrified ceramic holds up reliably through repeated commercial dishwasher cycles, and the white glaze maintains its brightness over sustained use better than lower-specification earthenware alternatives. The 900g weight per piece gives the bowl a solid feel on the table, which tends to read well to diners in mid-range to fine dining settings.

• Durable alumina vitrified ceramic construction handles commercial dishwasher cycles well
• Textured rim frames plating without additional garnish
• Deep well suits pasta, soups, and composed dishes
• Brilliant white glaze retains appearance through sustained use
• Supplied in packs of six, practical for phased stock building

These bowls are well suited to restaurants, hotel dining rooms, and bistros where tableware presentation matters but durability is equally important. They are less suited to very high-turnover, stack-heavy environments where lighter, more compact pieces tend to be more practical.

If you are putting together a full table setting or want to check compatibility with other Willow Gourmet pieces, our team is happy to assist before you place an order.

The Steelite Willow Gourmet Deep Coupe Bowl is a 280mm rimmed bowl finished in brilliant white gloss, produced in alumina vitrified ceramic. The coupe profile — a broad, shallow curve with a raised web detail around the rim — gives the piece a clean, considered appearance while the smooth, untextured interior keeps the focus on the food being served.

In a busy front-of-house environment, serviceware takes considerable punishment. Alumina vitrified ceramic is a well-regarded choice for commercial use because it resists chipping and crazing better than standard earthenware, handles repeated pass-through dishwasher cycles reliably, and holds its gloss finish over time. At 980g, this is a substantial bowl that sits firmly on the table without feeling heavy-handed for the diner.

Practically, the Willow Deep Coupe Bowl works well across a range of menu applications:

• Pasta, risotto, and gourmet grain dishes where depth and presentation matter
• Sharing starters or chef's tasting portions requiring a defined rim presentation
• Soup and broth service where the coupe shape retains heat without the rim obscuring the dish
• Dessert and small plate service in fine dining or brasserie settings

The 280mm diameter is a versatile size — large enough for a generous main portion, considered enough for a composed starter or dessert. Operators running high-cover services should factor in stock depth carefully; supplied in packs of six, it is worth calculating covers-per-sitting against available storage and washing cycles. For lower-volume or more casual operations, smaller coupe bowls within the Willow range may offer a better fit.

If you're building out a new cover set or refreshing existing whiteware and want to talk through quantities, mix-and-match options within the Willow range, or suitability for your service style, the team is happy to help.

The Steelite Willow Gourmet Rimmed Coupe Bowl is a 285mm whiteware bowl finished in brilliant white gloss, made from alumina vitrified ceramic. The profile is a broad, shallow coupe shape with a smooth, uninterrupted interior and a raised web-pattern rim that provides visual definition without overpowering plated food. It is sold in packs of six.

Alumina vitrified ceramic is widely used in commercial dining because it resists chipping and crazing better than standard earthenware under the repeated thermal cycling of a busy dishwasher programme. These bowls are suited to high-turnover covers where whiteware needs to look presentable service after service without requiring frequent replacement.

From an operational standpoint, the Willow range offers a few practical advantages worth noting:

• The rimmed coupe profile presents starters, pasta, and composed desserts cleanly without requiring deep bowl management on the pass.
• The smooth interior clears quickly in a commercial glasswasher or rack dishwasher with no recessed texture to trap residue.
• Uniform gloss white finish allows the range to sit alongside other Steelite whiteware without visible tonal mismatch.
• The raised rim detail adds tactile interest for the guest without complicating stacking or storage.

At 285mm these bowls are a mid-to-large serving size, well suited to main-course pasta or risotto presentations, generous starter portions, or sharing-style service. Operators running smaller starter covers or tasting-menu formats may find a smaller size within the Willow range more appropriate. The pack size of six is practical for topping up existing sets rather than outfitting a full new section.

If you are building out a full Willow cover or matching across multiple bowl sizes, the team is happy to talk through quantities and range compatibility before you order.

The Steelite Willow Gourmet Plate is a 285mm round plate designed for refined plating presentations. Its defining feature is the small, shallow well at the centre combined with an exceptionally wide, textured lip that frames the plate around it. Made from alumina vitrified ceramic, it is built to the durability standards expected in busy commercial environments.

In practice, the proportions of this plate suit smaller courses particularly well — starters, amuse-bouches, intermezzo courses, or individual components on a tasting menu. The generous lip creates a distinct visual boundary that encourages precise, considered plating and draws the eye to the food at the centre. Kitchens running a la carte or multi-course menus tend to find that this format brings a degree of structure to presentation that a conventional plate does not.

Alumina vitrified ceramic is a reliable choice for commercial tableware. It resists chipping and crazing better than standard earthenware and holds up well through repeated cycles in a commercial dishwasher. The plates are also suitable for oven and microwave use, which supports mise en place workflows where pre-plated dishes need brief warming before service.

• Wide textured lip supports precise, structured plating
• Dishwasher, oven, microwave, and freezer safe
• Alumina vitrified ceramic resists chipping under daily commercial use
• Consistent finish across the pack supports uniform table presentation
• Well suited to starters, tasting courses, and a la carte service

These plates are best suited to restaurants, hotel dining rooms, and private dining operations running structured menus where presentation is a priority. For operations needing a deeper well or a larger plate diameter, alternative sizes within the Willow range may be worth considering.

If you are building out a full cover count or matching these into an existing Willow collection, the team is happy to talk through quantities and format options before you order.

The Steelite Willow Gourmet Medium Well Plate is a 285mm main course plate designed for professional front-of-house use. It features a broad, textured lip with a subtle grid pattern and a narrow central well, which encourages plated food to sit with height rather than spreading flat across the surface. The body is produced from alumina vitrified ceramic, a material widely used in commercial hospitality for its combination of strength and consistent glaze finish.

In a busy service environment, the narrow well aids portion control and gives kitchen pass staff a consistent plating reference point. The broad lip provides sufficient space for sauce work or garnish placement without crowding the well, making it a practical choice for kitchens where presentation consistency matters across multiple covers. The textured edge retains its appearance under regular commercial use and does not show minor handling marks as readily as a plain polished rim.

Key practical points for operators:

• Alumina vitrified ceramic construction offers good chip resistance for everyday commercial service
• Suitable for dishwasher, oven, microwave, and freezer use, supporting flexible kitchen workflows
• Broad lip accommodates sauce work and garnish placement at the pass
• Narrow well encourages stacking with stability during transportation from kitchen to table
• Consistent 285mm diameter simplifies portion sizing and plating uniformity across a section

At 830g per plate, this is a reasonably substantial piece that communicates quality to the diner without being unwieldy for front-of-house staff handling multiple plates during service. The pack size of six is practical for smaller operations building stock, though larger sites will typically order in greater multiples to ensure adequate covers and breakage contingency.

This plate is well suited to restaurants, hotel dining rooms, and event catering operations serving plated main courses where presentation consistency is a priority. It sits within a broader range, so if your operation requires a different well depth, rim style, or diameter, it is worth exploring other plates within the Willow Gourmet collection to find the closest match to your plating style.

If you are equipping a full section or are uncertain which plate best suits your menu format, our team is happy to talk through the options with you.

The Steelite Willow Gourmet plate is a 285mm well plate produced in alumina vitrified ceramic, finished with a woven-grid relief detail around the rim. The textured lip adds visual character to plating without competing with the food itself — a practical balance that works well across a range of menu styles, from modern European to contemporary British.

In a busy restaurant or hotel setting, tableware takes sustained punishment — repeated high-temperature dishwasher cycles, thermal shock between cold storage and hot service, and the general rigours of a working pass. Alumina vitrified ceramic is well regarded in the trade for its resistance to chipping, crazing and staining under these conditions, which matters when you're running multiple covers per evening and can't afford pieces dropping out of service.

Practical benefits for front-of-house operations include:

• Compatible with dishwasher, oven, microwave and freezer environments
• The well profile helps contain sauced dishes and prevents run-off during plating
• Consistent glaze finish supports presentation standards across covers
• Sold in packs of six, which suits both initial purchases and topping up broken stock

At 850g per plate, these are a solid, substantial piece that feels appropriate for a main course setting without being unwieldy for front-of-house staff carrying multiples. Storage considerations are straightforward — standard plate stacking applies, though as with any relief-textured rim, take care when stacking height gets excessive to avoid rim-on-rim contact causing wear over time.

This plate is well suited to restaurants, hotels and private dining rooms where presentation matters and tableware is expected to withstand regular commercial use. It sits within Steelite's broader Willow Gourmet range, so matching pieces for other courses are available if you're building a coordinated table setting. For very high-volume operations — busy brasseries or function catering running hundreds of covers — it's worth discussing quantity requirements and alternative formats before committing.

If you're specifying tableware across multiple covers or want to confirm the Willow range fits your existing service style, we're happy to help you work through the options.

The Steelite Willow Mid Rim Plate is a 300mm round plate from Steelite's Willow range, finished with a subtly textured interwoven pattern around the rim. Made from alumina vitrified ceramic, it is a well-established material choice for commercial tableware — harder and more chip-resistant than standard porcelain, with good resistance to thermal shock from dishwasher cycles and handling in busy service environments.

In practice, the 300mm diameter makes this a suitable main course plate for restaurant, hotel, and events catering. The mid rim profile gives chefs a clear presentation area without the deep well of a coupe style, and the understated rim pattern adds visual interest without competing with plated food. Alumina vitrified ceramic holds up reliably under the repeated mechanical and thermal stress of high-volume covers — it is a practical material choice rather than a decorative one.

Key operational characteristics of this plate:

• Thermal shock resistant — handles repeated dishwasher cycling without crazing
• Stain resistant glaze reduces marking from sauces and fats over time
• Oven, microwave, and freezer safe for flexible service and prep use
• Consistent weight and profile supports stable stacking in service and storage
• Sold in packs of 12, suited to building or topping up a working cover set

These plates are best suited to restaurants, hotels, and event caterers looking for a durable, presentation-friendly main course plate with a degree of surface detail. They are not a budget line, so they are more appropriate where longevity and appearance both matter. If you are covering very high-turnover or canteen-style service where breakage rates are a primary concern, it is worth discussing whether the specification is the right match for that environment.

If you have questions about quantities, mix-and-match options within the Willow range, or how this plate fits alongside other tableware you are sourcing, the team is happy to help you work through it.

The Steelite Willow Beverage Pot is a porcelain serving pot designed for front-of-house use in fine dining and banqueting environments. At 455ml it is a practical size for individual tea or coffee service, and it is sold in a pack of six — a sensible quantity for operators setting covers or building out a matched table setting.

In a busy service environment, uniformity and durability both matter. The Willow range is produced in commercial-grade porcelain, which holds up well under the pressures of repeated handling, dishwasher cycles, and the general demands of a high-volume hospitality operation. The embossed design with colour glaze finish means it contributes to the overall presentation of a table without requiring additional styling effort from front-of-house staff.

• Porcelain construction suited to commercial dishwasher use
• 455ml capacity appropriate for individual hot beverage service
• Embossed glaze detail adds table presence without additional dressing
• Part of the wider Willow range for consistent, matched table settings
• Sold as a pack of six, practical for cover-based purchasing

There are no special installation or infrastructure requirements — these are purely front-of-house serviceware. Storage space and breakage replacement planning are worth considering for any operator running a full Willow setting across a large number of covers.

The Willow Beverage Pot is best suited to restaurants, hotels, and banqueting operations where premium table presentation is a priority and a coordinated range is preferred. For operators needing larger serving formats or different capacities, the broader Steelite Willow range includes additional pieces that may better fit specific service styles.

If you are building out a full table setting or are unsure which pieces from the Willow range suit your covers and service format, the team is happy to help you work through the options.

The Steelite Willow Beverage Pot is a porcelain serving pot designed for table beverage service in fine dining and banqueting environments. With a 600ml capacity, each pot is practical for individual or small-table service of hot drinks including tea, coffee, or hot water, and is sold in packs of six to support consistent table settings across a full service.

The Willow range is built around a contemporary aesthetic that suits premium presentation. The embossed design detail and colour glaze finish give each piece a considered, refined appearance without veering into novelty — appropriate for venues where tableware forms part of the overall guest experience. Being hand decorated, there is natural variation between pieces, which is characteristic of the range rather than a quality concern.

From an operational standpoint, porcelain is a practical choice for beverage service: it handles thermal cycling well, maintains heat during service, and is straightforward to clean through standard commercial dishwasher cycles. The pack format helps with stock management and replacement planning, particularly useful for larger banqueting operations where attrition over time is a routine consideration.

• Consistent presentation across a full table or service station
• Porcelain construction suited to commercial dishwasher use
• Complements other pieces within the Willow tableware range
• Suitable for both à la carte and banqueting beverage service
• Hand-decorated finish supports a premium table aesthetic

This pot is well suited to restaurants, hotels, and event caterers presenting beverages as part of a considered table setting. Operations running very high cover volumes may want to consider pack quantities carefully to ensure adequate par stock.

If you're building out a full table setting or want to discuss how the Willow range fits alongside your existing service ware, the team is happy to help you think it through.

The Steelite Willow Azure Accent Gourmet Plate is a 185mm porcelain side or starter plate finished in a distinctive blue colourway with an embossed decorative border. It forms part of Steelite's Willow Azure range, which is designed to bring a consistent decorative identity to table settings without sacrificing the practical durability that commercial front-of-house use demands.

Steelite produces this plate using an alumina-enriched porcelain body, which increases chip resistance compared to standard vitrified china. In a busy restaurant environment — where plates cycle repeatedly through dishwashers, pass through service at speed, and stack heavily in plate stores — that added resilience is a practical consideration rather than a marketing claim. The embossed pattern is part of the plate body itself rather than a surface glaze, so it holds up through repeated commercial washing without fading or wearing away.

From a service perspective, the 185mm format works well as an accent or side plate, a starter or dessert plate, or as part of a composed sharing presentation. The blue accent colouring is intended to complement both the broader Willow Azure collection and neutral table linen, giving front-of-house teams a straightforward way to build a cohesive cover.

• Alumina-enriched porcelain body for improved chip resistance in service
• Embossed pattern integrated into the body, not surface-applied
• Consistent colourway designed to work across the Willow Azure collection
• Suitable for commercial dishwasher use in high-cycle environments
• Supplied in a pack of 12 to support standard cover planning

If you're building out a full cover or matching to an existing Willow Azure collection, it's worth speaking with us to confirm the right plate formats and pack quantities before ordering.

The Steelite Willow Azure Gourmet Deep Rimmed Bowl is a porcelain bowl finished in a distinctive blue glaze with an embossed pattern along the rim. The deep rimmed profile makes it well suited to plated starters, pasta dishes, risottos, and desserts where a defined presentation edge is part of the plating approach. It is supplied in packs of six, in line with standard commercial cover requirements.

Steelite porcelain is produced with an alumina-enriched body, which improves resistance to chipping and cracking under the daily demands of commercial service. In a busy restaurant or hotel environment — where crockery is handled at pace, stacked in quantity, and passed through commercial dishwashers repeatedly — that additional durability makes a practical difference to stock life and replacement costs. The glaze holds its colour well under regular machine washing, which matters when colour consistency across a table setting is part of the front-of-house presentation.

Key practical points for operators:

• Porcelain construction with alumina enrichment for improved chip resistance
• Embossed rim detail frames plated dishes without requiring additional garnish
• Consistent blue glaze finish suits structured table settings and tasting menus
• Commercial dishwasher safe for high-frequency warewashing cycles
• Pack of six supports standard cover counts and reduces per-unit cost

At 285mm this is a generous bowl suitable for main course portions as well as generous starter servings. It is worth considering how this sits alongside other pieces in your current Willow Azure range if you are building or extending a cover set — bowl depth, rim width, and glaze consistency can vary across sizes, so it is worth confirming compatibility before ordering in volume.

This bowl is well suited to restaurants, hotel dining rooms, and private members' clubs where a coordinated fine dining aesthetic is maintained across the table. For higher-volume or more casual operations, a plainer and more robust alternative from the wider Steelite catalogue may be a better fit for the throughput involved.

If you are building out a full cover set or matching to an existing Willow Azure selection, the team is happy to talk through quantities and compatibility before you commit.

The Steelite Willow Azure Gourmet Deep Coupe Bowl is a 280mm porcelain bowl from Steelite's Willow Azure range, finished in a distinctive blue glaze with an embossed decorative pattern around the rim. The deep coupe profile makes it suitable for presenting pasta, risotto, noodle dishes, soups, and composed desserts where depth and presentation space both matter.

Steelite porcelain is alumina-enriched, which gives it meaningfully better chip and scratch resistance than standard porcelain — a practical consideration in any operation where crockery passes through commercial dishwashers repeatedly and is handled at pace during service. At 980g per bowl, there is a reassuring solidity to the piece without it becoming impractical to carry in multiples.

From an operational standpoint, the Willow Azure range works well in settings where the tableware is expected to contribute to the overall dining aesthetic — the blue glaze and embossed detailing provide a clear visual identity that frames plated dishes effectively. Key practical points:

• Alumina-enriched porcelain provides improved durability under daily commercial use
• Deep coupe profile suits a wide range of plated dishes, from pasta to desserts
• Consistent glaze and pattern finish supports cohesive table presentation
• Dishwasher safe for high-frequency commercial washing cycles
• Sold in packs of six, practical for building or replenishing covers

This bowl is best suited to restaurants, hotel dining rooms, and casual fine dining operations looking for distinctive crockery with genuine durability. It is a mid-to-upper-tier piece in terms of presentation quality, and operators running high covers may want to consider the pack quantity relative to their cover count and dishwasher cycle time when deciding how many packs to order.

If you are building a full table setting around the Willow Azure range or need guidance on quantities for your cover count, the team is happy to help you work through it.
