The EAIS EZ Store is a three-tier wire shelving unit built on chrome poles with grey nylon coated wire shelves. Standing 1650mm high, it is a straightforward storage solution designed for the full range of commercial kitchen environments — ambient dry stores, coldrooms, freezer rooms, chemical stores and wet areas such as potwash zones.

Nylon coated wire shelving is a well-established format in professional kitchens for sound practical reasons. The open wire construction allows air to circulate freely around stored product, which matters particularly in refrigerated areas where airflow supports temperature management. The nylon coating provides meaningful protection against moisture and chemical exposure, making it more durable in demanding conditions than bare wire, and easier to maintain than solid shelving, which tends to trap debris and moisture underneath.

• Shelf positions adjust in 25mm increments, allowing reconfiguration as stock profiles change
• Non-marking plastic feet protect floor surfaces and provide a small degree of levelling adjustment
