Fan assisted convection oven for perfect cooking results with an illuminated heated display area for holding potatoes ready to serve.
Removable shelves for maximum cooking flexibility, a 90 minute audible timer and Steam vented to rear to ensure safe cooking.

With a Capacity in oven to cook 55 8 oz potatoes and to display 60 more. An average cooking time for 1 load of potatoes is 1 hour approx.

Slide out serving tray in top display area and removable toughened glass write on / wipe off menu board
Black finish and 1 Year parts and labour warranty.
