The cabinet is divided into two independently controlled temperature zones, allowing operators to hold red and white wines — or still and sparkling — at their respective optimal serving temperatures simultaneously within a single unit. With capacity for up to 197 bottles, it occupies the space between a compact single-zone cooler and a larger dedicated wine cabinet.

In a working bar or restaurant, wine temperature consistency throughout a busy service is a practical requirement, not a nicety. The low-vibration compressor addresses this directly: sustained vibration disturbs sediment in aged wines and degrades quality over time. The unit also incorporates a heating function, which allows it to maintain set temperatures in cooler ambient environments — useful in a back-of-house area, a cellar-adjacent position, or any space that drops significantly overnight. This makes it more reliable year-round than coolers without this capability.
