Cogir

These are single-use embossed white paper placemats, supplied in packs of 500. They provide a clean, consistent table presentation for each cover without the laundering costs and turnaround time associated with linen or fabric alternatives.

In practical table service, disposable placemats help protect tablecloths or bare table surfaces, reduce reset time between covers, and give a tidy uniform appearance across the dining room. They are commonly used in cafés, casual dining restaurants, hotel breakfast service, and any operation where speed of table turnover matters. The embossed finish adds a degree of texture that improves the look over plain paper alternatives.

• Single-use format eliminates laundering and linen management costs
• Consistent presentation across every cover throughout service
• Faster table reset compared to fabric alternatives
• Suitable for both tablecloth and bare-table settings
• Bulk 500-pack reduces frequency of reordering

There are no installation requirements. Storage is the main practical consideration — a pack of 500 has a combined weight of around 2.5kg, so bulk ordering will require adequate dry storage space. For high-volume operations turning over a large number of covers daily, it is worth calculating consumption per service period to ensure you hold sufficient stock without over-ordering.

These placemats are well suited to casual and mid-range dining operations, hotel breakfast and lunch service, and any venue where a clean table presentation is needed without the overhead of linen management. Operations with more formal table settings or specific branding requirements may want to consider custom-printed or heavier-weight alternatives.

If you are unsure about quantities, pack sizes, or whether these fit your table service setup, the team is happy to help you work it out before you order.
