SURE Cleaner and Disinfectant Ready To Use is a plant-based surface cleaner and disinfectant in a 750ml trigger spray bottle, produced by Diversey. It is formulated to clean and disinfect food preparation surfaces, equipment, and utensils in commercial kitchens without the use of hazardous chemical ingredients. The product is fully biodegradable and manufactured from plant-derived materials.
Despite its environmentally considered formulation, SURE RTU is tested and certified to BS EN 1276, BS EN 13697, and BS EN 14476, confirming its effectiveness against bacteria, fungi, and enveloped viruses under practical use conditions. This makes it a credible choice for kitchens that need to meet food safety obligations alongside sustainability targets — it is not a compromise product.
From a day-to-day operational standpoint, the ready-to-use format removes dilution guesswork and supports consistent application across a brigade of varying experience levels. Key practical advantages include:
- No hazardous ingredients — safer handling for kitchen staff during service and cleaning routines
- Biodegradable formula — breaks down without harmful environmental residue
- Colour-coded packaging — supports correct chemical identification in busy multi-product kitchens
- Ready-to-use format — no dilution required, reducing misuse risk
- Certified to three BS EN standards — suitable where documented hygiene compliance is required
One practical note worth flagging: due to an ongoing industry-wide shortage of trigger spray heads, not every bottle in a pack will include one. It is worth retaining and reusing spray heads across bottles rather than discarding them. This is a supply-chain constraint affecting the category broadly, not specific to this product.
SURE RTU is well suited to catering operations that have made commitments around chemical safety or environmental impact — contract caterers, school kitchens, healthcare catering, and hospitality sites with sustainability policies will find it a practical fit. For very high-frequency or high-volume surface disinfection requirements, a larger-format or concentrated system may be worth considering.
If you are reviewing your kitchen's cleaning chemical range or need guidance on compliance with food safety hygiene standards, the team is happy to help you work through what is appropriate for your operation.

Suma Scale D5.2 is an acidic descaler concentrate from Diversey, formulated to dissolve limescale and mineral deposits from commercial kitchen equipment. It is a well-established product used across catering operations for routine descaling of combi ovens, dishwashers, water boilers, urns, coffee machines, and similar water-fed appliances. This listing supplies two 5-litre containers, giving a practical stock quantity for ongoing maintenance schedules.
Hard water areas present a persistent challenge in commercial kitchens. Limescale build-up reduces heating efficiency, shortens equipment life, and — in the case of dishwashers and combi ovens — can affect wash quality and steam performance over time. Regular descaling with a proven concentrate like Suma Scale D5.2 helps maintain equipment at its operating specification and reduces the likelihood of costly downtime or premature component failure.
- Removes limescale and mineral deposits from water-fed equipment
- Acidic concentrate formula — diluted to suit different applications
- Suitable for combi ovens, dishwashers, urns, and water boilers
- Supplied as 2 x 5Ltr for practical stock management
- Part of the established Diversey Suma professional cleaning range
As a concentrate, dilution rates will vary depending on the equipment type and the severity of scale build-up. Always follow the manufacturer's guidance for the specific appliance being treated, and check compatibility if you are descaling equipment with stainless steel internal components or specialist coatings. Storage in a cool, dry location away from other chemicals is standard practice.
This product is well suited to kitchens in hard water areas operating high-use water-fed equipment, and to operators looking to consolidate cleaning chemical procurement with a single trusted supplier. If you are unsure which descaler is appropriate for a particular piece of equipment, or how frequently descaling should be scheduled in your operation, we are happy to advise.

Suma D2 is a general-purpose surface cleaner designed for use within a controlled dispensing system. These 750ml refill bottles are intended for use with the Divermite S dispenser, which meters the product automatically to ensure consistent dilution and reduce waste from over-pouring.
In a commercial kitchen environment, surface cleaners get through considerable volume during a busy service and in the clean-down that follows. Having refills to hand keeps the dispenser stocked without the need to purchase pre-diluted spray bottles repeatedly, which tends to be less economical over time.
- Refill format reduces single-use packaging compared with ready-to-use sprays
- Designed for use with the Divermite S dispenser for controlled dosing
- Suitable for general surface cleaning across kitchen and front-of-house areas
- Compact plastic bottles — straightforward to store in a cleaning station or cupboard
It is worth confirming compatibility with your existing dispenser before ordering, as Divermite refills are matched to specific dispensing units. If you are setting up a new dispensing system or are unsure which refill your current unit requires, the team is happy to point you in the right direction.

The Diversey SURE Perfumed Liquid Hand Wash is a plant-based hand soap formulated for use in commercial and hospitality environments. It contains no hazardous ingredients and is fully biodegradable, making it a practical choice for operators looking to reduce the environmental impact of their consumables without compromising on hygiene standards.
In day-to-day use, it delivers gentle but effective hand cleaning with a light natural fragrance. It is designed to be mild enough for frequent use by staff and guests alike, reducing the risk of skin irritation or dryness that can be an issue with harsher cleaning products used across busy shifts.
- Plant-based formula with no hazardous ingredients
- 100% biodegradable — suitable for operators with sustainability commitments
- Natural perfume, gentle on skin during repeated use
- Colour-coded labelling to support correct product placement across a site
- 500ml bottle size suited to standard pump dispensers
The 500ml format works well in standard countertop or wall-mounted dispensers and is straightforward to manage within existing consumables ordering. The colour-coded label helps staff identify the correct product quickly across different washroom or service areas, which is a small but useful feature in larger venues with multiple zones.
This hand wash is well suited to hotels, spas, restaurants, and similar hospitality environments where guest-facing washrooms require a presentable, skin-friendly soap. It is less suited to heavy-duty back-of-house applications where a stronger antibacterial formulation may be more appropriate.
If you are reviewing your washroom consumables or setting up a new site and would like a steer on product placement or quantities, the team is happy to help.
£30.31(£36.37 inc VAT)
Suma D2 is a concentrated, alkaline multi-surface cleaner from Diversey, supplied here in a 5-litre bottle. It is formulated to cut through grease, oils, and dried-on food residue on hard surfaces — the kind of soiling that accumulates quickly in a working kitchen and resists lighter cleaning products.
In a busy catering environment, surface cleaning needs to be fast and effective across a range of contact points: prep surfaces, equipment exteriors, walls, floors, and general work areas. Suma D2 handles all of these without requiring separate products for different surfaces, which simplifies stock management and reduces the number of chemicals staff need to work with.
Because the product is supplied as a concentrate, it is compatible with chemical dosing systems, allowing the dilution ratio to be adjusted to the task in hand — stronger for heavy end-of-service cleans, lighter for routine wipe-downs between covers. This flexibility also means the cost per use is considerably lower than ready-to-use alternatives, which matters when cleaning volumes are high.
- Alkaline formula cuts through grease and dried food residue reliably
- Suitable for use across multiple hard surface types
- Compatible with chemical dosing systems for controlled dilution
- Concentrated format reduces cost per use versus ready-to-use products
- Straightforward for kitchen, janitorial, and housekeeping staff to use
Suma D2 is well suited to kitchens of any size where a single, dependable multi-surface cleaner is preferred over a range of specialist products. For operations with very high throughput or specific surface types requiring targeted chemistry, it is worth discussing your cleaning regime with us to confirm the right product for each application.
£28.19(£33.83 inc VAT)
Endbac sanitising tablets from Diversey are chlorine-based disinfectant tablets designed to produce a sanitising solution when dissolved in water. Each tablet yields a ready-to-use disinfecting liquid suitable for wiping down food contact surfaces, cleaning equipment, and sanitising utensils. The formulation is tested to BS EN 1276, the European standard for quantitative suspension tests confirming bactericidal activity, which gives operators a reliable benchmark when working to food safety compliance requirements.
In a working kitchen, consistency in sanitising practice matters as much as the product itself. These tablets help standardise that process — each tablet delivers a measured dose, reducing the guesswork that comes with liquid concentrates and helping staff achieve a reliable dilution every time. That consistency is particularly useful during busy service periods when shortcuts creep in.
- Dissolves quickly to produce a ready-to-use sanitising solution
- Suitable for food contact surfaces, equipment, and utensils
- Can be used to wash salads and vegetables when correctly diluted
- BS EN 1276 tested for proven bactericidal performance
- Compact tablet format — easy to store and dispense accurately
From a practical standpoint, tablets are simpler to store than bulk liquid sanitisers, carry less spillage risk, and are straightforward to use across front- and back-of-house teams without specialist training. The pack of 230 suits sites that sanitise frequently throughout the day, though higher-volume operations with multiple cleaning stations may find it worth considering larger pack formats.
These tablets are well suited to commercial kitchens, food preparation environments, cafés, and hospitality sites where regular surface and equipment sanitisation is part of the daily hygiene routine. If you have questions about which sanitising approach best fits your cleaning schedule or food safety requirements, the team is happy to help you work through the options.
£65.44(£78.53 inc VAT)
Suma Grill D9 is a highly alkaline cleaning product from Diversey, formulated specifically for the periodic deep cleaning of heavily soiled commercial ovens, grills and salamanders. It combines alkali, surfactants and solvents to cut through carbonised grease and baked-on food residue that routine daily cleaning products are not designed to tackle.
In a busy commercial kitchen, carbonised soiling builds up quickly on oven cavities, grill plates and salamander elements — particularly during high-volume service. Suma Grill D9 is intended for periodic use rather than daily application, giving operators an effective way to restore equipment to a hygienic working condition without excessive scrubbing. When diluted with water it can also be used for soak-cleaning fryer baskets and pots, making it a practical multi-purpose cleaner for the back-of-house environment.
Practical benefits for kitchen teams include:
- Removes stubborn carbonised deposits that standard degreasers leave behind
- Suitable for ovens, grills, salamanders and soak-cleaning fryers
- Ready-to-use trigger spray format for straightforward application
- Supplied as a pack of six, reducing reorder frequency for busy sites
- Proven Diversey formulation widely used in professional catering environments
As with all highly alkaline cleaners, appropriate personal protective equipment — gloves and eye protection — should be worn during use, and the product should not be applied to surfaces it is not specified for. Always follow the manufacturer's dilution and contact-time guidance to get the best result without risk of surface damage.
This product suits catering operations of most sizes where ovens, grills or salamanders are in regular use — from pub kitchens and cafés through to high-volume restaurant and contract catering environments. It is a straightforward periodic cleaning consumable rather than a daily-use product, so order frequency will depend on how intensively the equipment is used.
If you are unsure which cleaning products are appropriate for your specific equipment or kitchen setup, our team is happy to point you in the right direction.
£135.00(£162.00 inc VAT)
Suma D9 is a concentrated alkaline cleaner from Diversey, formulated to tackle the heavy soiling that accumulates on commercial grills, ovens, griddles, and similar cooking equipment. It is a well-established product in professional kitchens, used routinely where carbonised grease and baked-on fat need to be removed reliably as part of a hygiene programme.
In a busy kitchen, grill plates, oven cavity walls, and burner areas build up carbonised residue quickly during service. D9 is designed for exactly this kind of soiling. Because it is a concentrate, it can be diluted to suit the task — a lighter dilution for regular maintenance cleans, a stronger mix for periodic deep cleans. This flexibility also helps manage cost per use across a site.
- Dilutable concentrate — adjustable strength for routine and deep-clean applications
- Effective on carbonised grease, baked-on fat, and heavy oven soiling
- Two 5-litre containers per pack, reducing reorder frequency
- Suitable for a wide range of commercial cooking equipment surfaces
- Consistent, predictable performance from a proven Diversey formulation
As with any strong alkaline cleaner, there are practical considerations to keep in mind. Follow the manufacturer's dilution ratios and contact time guidance carefully, ensure the area is well ventilated during use, and confirm compatibility with the surfaces being cleaned. Aluminium components in particular can be sensitive to alkaline products, so checking suitability before use is advisable. Appropriate PPE should always be worn when handling the product.
D9 is well suited to kitchens with regular, heavy grill and oven use — high-volume restaurants, pub kitchens, contract catering sites, and similar operations where thorough equipment cleaning is both a hygiene requirement and a factor in equipment longevity. For sites with lighter cleaning needs, a less concentrated product may be more appropriate and more economical.
If you would like guidance on dilution rates for your specific equipment or want to confirm this is the right product for your cleaning regime, the team is happy to talk it through with you.
£9.01(£10.81 inc VAT)
SURE SmartDose Interior and Surface Cleaner is a concentrated cleaning fluid from Diversey, formulated from renewable, plant-based materials and fully biodegradable. It is designed for use on interior surfaces across commercial kitchen environments — including worktops, equipment exteriors, and food-contact surfaces — where hygiene standards and environmental considerations both matter.
The SmartDose packaging system is the practical centre of this product. Rather than free-pouring from a standard bottle, the SmartDose format dispenses a controlled amount of concentrate each time, reducing the risk of over-dosing, chemical waste, and unnecessary cost. In a busy kitchen where cleaning tasks are delegated across a team, consistent dosing helps maintain cleaning standards without relying on individual judgement.
From an operational standpoint, a few characteristics make this a sensible choice for kitchens looking to tighten their cleaning regime:
- Plant-based formulation supports sustainability commitments without compromising cleaning performance
- Fully biodegradable — reduces environmental impact in wastewater
- Concentrated format means less storage space required versus ready-to-use alternatives
- SmartDose system limits over-use and helps control chemical spend
- Suitable for a wide range of kitchen interior surfaces
It is worth confirming compatibility with any specialist surfaces or coatings before use — as with any concentrated chemical, following the dilution guidance on the packaging is important for both safety and effective results.
This product is well suited to catering operations of most sizes, from small independent kitchens to larger contract catering sites, particularly where environmental credentials are a factor in procurement decisions.
If you have questions about chemical compatibility, dilution rates, or which cleaning products suit your particular kitchen setup, the team is happy to help you work through the options.
£14.04(£16.85 inc VAT)
Room Care R8 is a citric acid-based descaler from Diversey, supplied ready to use in a 750ml bottle. It is designed to remove limescale deposits from guest room kettles, showerheads, taps, and similar washroom fittings without the need for dilution or measuring.
In accommodation environments where water hardness is high, limescale builds up quickly on heating elements and water-contact surfaces. Left untreated, it reduces the efficiency of kettles, shortens appliance life, and affects the appearance of bathroom fittings. R8 addresses this as part of a routine housekeeping schedule, helping to keep guest-facing equipment in good working order between deeper maintenance checks.
Practical advantages for housekeeping teams include:
- Ready-to-use formulation — no dilution required, reducing the risk of incorrect mixing
- Colour-coded labelling to help staff identify the correct chemical for each task
- Suitable for use on kettles, taps, showerheads, and similar fittings
- Citric acid base is effective on limescale without being unnecessarily aggressive on surfaces
The product is straightforward to store and handle. It arrives as a pack of six 750ml bottles. Note that trigger spray heads are subject to an ongoing industry-wide supply constraint — not all bottles in the pack will include a spray head, so it is worth retaining any heads you already have for reuse.
R8 is well suited to hotels, B&Bs, guest houses, and similar accommodation operations with regular housekeeping routines. If you have questions about chemical compatibility with specific surfaces or need advice on a broader descaling programme for catering equipment, our team is happy to help.
£73.14(£87.77 inc VAT)
Suma Break Up D3.5 is a concentrated liquid degreaser from Diversey, formulated for removing heavy grease deposits and baked-on soiling from commercial kitchen surfaces. It is designed for use on a wide range of kitchen surfaces including stainless steel equipment, extractor hoods, oven surrounds, fryer exteriors, and tiled walls — anywhere that grease and cooking residue accumulate over a service period.
In a busy kitchen environment, grease build-up is a constant operational challenge. Surfaces exposed to frying, grilling, and roasting can become heavily soiled in a single service, and standard cleaning products often require excessive dwell time or repeated application to achieve results. A dedicated heavy-duty degreaser concentrate like Break Up D3.5 is more effective in these conditions, cutting through carbonised deposits that milder cleaners leave behind.
As a concentrate, the product is diluted to suit the level of soiling, which means operators can adjust strength for routine cleaning versus deep cleans without switching products. This also makes the two-pack format practical for sites that carry out regular scheduled cleans alongside daily surface maintenance.
- Concentrated formula allows dilution to suit light or heavy soiling levels
- Effective on grease-laden surfaces including fryers, hoods, and oven exteriors
- Supplied as two 5Ltr containers, reducing reorder frequency for busy sites
- Suitable for a wide range of non-porous commercial kitchen surfaces
- Helps maintain hygiene standards between scheduled deep cleans
This product is well suited to kitchens with high throughput — particularly those running fryers, chargrills, or solid-top ranges as part of daily service. For very large sites with multiple kitchen sections requiring frequent deep cleaning, higher-volume supply formats may be worth considering to reduce handling and reorder frequency.
If you are unsure whether this concentration level is right for your kitchen's cleaning regime, or want to discuss how it fits alongside your broader cleaning schedule, we are happy to help.
£10.67(£12.80 inc VAT)
The Diversey SURE Descaler Concentrate is a professional-grade descaling solution formulated entirely from plant-based, renewable ingredients. It is designed to break down and remove limescale deposits from commercial kitchen equipment, surfaces, and utensils without the use of hazardous chemicals. The concentrate format means a single litre goes further when diluted correctly for routine descaling tasks.
In a busy kitchen environment, limescale build-up in equipment such as steamers, combination ovens, water boilers, and dishwashers is a persistent operational problem. Left unchecked, it reduces heating efficiency, shortens equipment life, and can lead to unplanned downtime during service. A regular descaling routine using a reliable product like this helps maintain equipment performance and reduces the frequency of costly engineer call-outs.
The plant-based formulation makes this a practical choice for operators looking to move toward more environmentally responsible cleaning chemicals without compromising on results. Key practical points worth noting:
- Fully biodegradable — breaks down without lasting environmental harm
- Contains no hazardous substances, reducing risk to cleaning staff
- Colour-coded labelling helps staff identify and use the correct product
- Suitable for use on a range of kitchen equipment and surfaces
- Concentrate format allows controlled dilution to suit the task
This product is well suited to smaller operations or sites where descaling chemicals are used periodically rather than in high daily volume. For larger sites or high-frequency descaling programmes, it is worth considering whether a larger format would be more practical from a cost and logistics perspective.
If you are unsure which descaling product or dilution ratio is appropriate for your equipment, the team is happy to help you work that out before you order.
£38.98(£46.78 inc VAT)
The Diversey Suma SmartDose D2.3 is a super-concentrated multi-purpose cleaning detergent supplied in a 1.4 litre SmartDose bottle. It is formulated to handle a broad range of cleaning tasks within a single product, covering floor cleaning, hard surface wiping, glassware, and hand dishwashing. The SmartDose packaging dispenses a controlled, consistent dose each time the bottle is used, removing the guesswork around dilution ratios.
In a busy kitchen environment, chemical management is often overlooked until it becomes a problem — staff over-dosing, inconsistent results, or multiple products cluttering storage. The SmartDose format addresses this directly. Because the dose is controlled by the packaging rather than by the individual using it, results stay consistent across different staff members and different shifts. The super-concentrate formulation means a small volume goes a long way, which matters in kitchens where cleaning chemical stock can accumulate quickly and storage space is limited.
Key practical advantages for kitchen operators include:
- Single product covers multiple cleaning tasks, reducing the number of chemicals to stock and manage
- Controlled-dose dispenser reduces waste and prevents over-use
- No dilution equipment or water connection required — portable and ready to use
- Super-concentrate formula extends the effective life of each bottle
- Frees up storage space compared to carrying separate products for each task
There are no installation requirements for this product. It operates as a standalone, portable system, making it straightforward to use across different areas of a site without any fixed infrastructure. It is suitable for kitchens of any size where a consolidated, controlled approach to everyday cleaning is useful.
If you are reviewing your kitchen's chemical regime more broadly — whether to reduce product count, improve consistency, or better manage costs — it is worth having a conversation with us before committing to a full switch. We are happy to talk through what will and won't work for your operation.
£75.08(£90.10 inc VAT)
Suma Star D1 is a concentrated washing up liquid from Diversey, formulated for commercial use where grease, food residue and heavy soiling are a routine part of the washing cycle. It is intended for manual dishwashing and general pot wash duties rather than machine dosing, making it a practical choice for kitchen sinks and pot wash stations.
In a busy kitchen environment, a diluted domestic product often falls short — particularly during service when volumes are high and staff need a product that cuts through grease quickly without excessive re-washing. Suma Star D1 is designed to perform consistently under those conditions, producing a stable lather and releasing grease efficiently from cookware, utensils and food preparation surfaces.
As a concentrate, the 20-litre container offers good economy of use. Diluted correctly, it goes significantly further than a ready-to-use alternative, which matters in operations where consumable costs are managed closely. The container size also reduces how frequently stock needs to be replenished, which suits sites with limited storage top-up time during service.
- Effective on heavy grease and baked-on food residue
- Concentrate format reduces cost-per-wash compared to ready-to-use products
- Suitable for manual pot wash and general sink-side use
- 20-litre format suits regular commercial usage without frequent reordering
This product is well suited to cafes, pubs, school kitchens, care homes and similar operations where manual washing is a regular part of the day. Higher-volume sites with multiple sink stations may find it worth discussing quantities and dilution rates with us to ensure they are getting the best value from the product.
If you are unsure whether this is the right product for your operation or want to discuss dilution guidance and bulk options, the team is happy to help.
£18.95(£22.74 inc VAT)
These are the empty 750ml refill bottles supplied for use with Diversey SURE washroom cleaner and SURE washroom cleaner and descaler products. Each pack contains six plastic bottles along with six labels — one for each chemical variant — allowing operators to correctly identify and segregate their cleaning solutions at point of use.
In a busy commercial washroom environment, having labelled, dedicated bottles for each product reduces the risk of cross-contamination and helps cleaning staff work consistently across sites. Rather than decanting chemicals into unmarked containers, these purpose-matched bottles keep the system tidy and compliant with basic COSHH good practice, where chemicals should be clearly identified at all times.
The bottles are practical additions to any washroom cleaning regime already built around the SURE range, and work particularly well in settings with multiple cleaning staff or where responsibilities rotate between team members. Supplied labels ensure there is no ambiguity about which product each bottle contains.
If you are setting up or expanding a washroom cleaning programme and are unsure which SURE chemical products best suit your site, our team is happy to help you put the right system together.
£62.56(£75.07 inc VAT)
Suma Max D9.2 is an alkaline cleaning fluid formulated specifically for tackling the heavy, baked-on soiling that builds up on commercial ovens, grills, and salamanders. It combines alkali, surfactants, and solvents to break down carbonised grease and food residue — the kind of stubborn deposits that routine daily cleaning products struggle to shift.
In busy kitchen environments, oven cavities and grill plates accumulate carbonised soil quickly. Used as part of a regular cleaning regime, D9.2 helps prevent that build-up from becoming a time-consuming deep-clean problem. When diluted appropriately with water, it is also suitable for soak-cleaning fryer baskets and pots, giving it practical flexibility across more than one piece of equipment. Used with a foam sprayer and extension, it improves reach into deep oven cavities and reduces airborne mist during application.
- Cuts through carbonised grease on ovens, grills, and salamanders
- Suitable for soak-cleaning fryers when diluted with water
- Compatible with foam sprayer and extension for improved reach
- Supplied as a pack of six 750ml bottles for kitchen stock continuity
- Periodic-use formulation that supports a planned cleaning schedule
As with all concentrated alkaline cleaners, appropriate PPE — gloves and eye protection — should be worn during application, and surfaces should be rinsed thoroughly after use. It is intended for periodic rather than daily use on oven interiors, and should not be used on aluminium surfaces without checking manufacturer guidance first.
This product suits most commercial kitchens operating grills, char-grills, deck ovens, combi ovens, or salamanders as part of their equipment line-up. Sites with extremely high grill throughput — such as burger restaurants or grill-focused operations — may find they go through stock faster and should factor that into ordering quantities.
If you are unsure which Diversey cleaning product is most appropriate for your specific equipment or cleaning schedule, the team is happy to help you work that out.
£31.28(£37.54 inc VAT)
Suma D10 is a combined cleaner and sanitiser from Diversey, formulated for use on food contact surfaces in commercial kitchens. These 750ml refill bottles are designed to be used with compatible Divermite dispensing systems, allowing staff to replenish the dispenser without handling concentrate directly.
In a working kitchen environment, having a reliable surface sanitiser to hand throughout service is a basic hygiene requirement. Suma D10 covers both cleaning and sanitising in a single product, which reduces the number of chemicals staff need to manage and helps keep surface preparation straightforward between tasks.
- Combined cleaner and sanitiser in a single formulation
- Ready to refill compatible Divermite dispensing units
- Suitable for food contact surfaces in commercial kitchens
- Reduces chemical handling by consolidating two tasks into one product
- Practical pack size for ongoing stock rotation
These are refill bottles intended for use with a Divermite dispenser. If you do not already have a compatible dispenser unit in place, you will need to ensure one is sourced before these refills can be used as intended. They are not supplied as a standalone spray trigger format.
Well suited to catering operations of any size where surface hygiene is managed through a dispensing system. If you go through high volumes of surface sanitiser and are looking at larger refill formats or bulk options, it is worth discussing your usage with us first.
If you are unsure whether this product is compatible with your existing dispenser or want guidance on the right surface hygiene setup for your kitchen, we are happy to help.
£90.46(£108.55 inc VAT)
Suma Chlor D4.4 is a concentrated rinse additive formulated specifically for the hygienic preparation of salads, tomatoes, and raw vegetables. It uses a stabilised chlorine solution to reduce microbial contamination during the washing process, helping kitchens meet food safety requirements without compromising the taste or appearance of fresh produce.
In a busy kitchen environment, consistent produce hygiene is a practical necessity rather than an optional step. D4.4 is effective at low water temperatures, which suits kitchens that wash salad ingredients in cold or cool water as part of standard prep. Because it does not taint the vegetables, operators can use it confidently without affecting the end dish.
Practical advantages for kitchen teams include:
- Works effectively at low temperatures, suitable for cold-water vegetable washing
- Stabilised chlorine formula supports consistent, repeatable results across prep shifts
- Does not affect the flavour or presentation of washed produce
- Concentrated formulation helps control usage and running costs
- Supplied as a twin-pack, reducing reorder frequency in higher-volume operations
D4.4 is straightforward to incorporate into existing vegetable prep routines. No specialist dispensing equipment is required for standard use, though higher-volume sites with dedicated wash sinks may benefit from a measured dilution approach to ensure consistency. Storage should follow standard chemical storage guidelines — away from food contact surfaces and in a cool, dry area.
This product is well suited to any commercial kitchen that prepares fresh salads or raw vegetables as part of its regular menu — from cafés and pub kitchens through to contract catering and care home operations. If you prepare large volumes of fresh produce daily and want to discuss the most appropriate dilution rate or usage routine for your setup, our team is happy to help.
£46.66(£55.99 inc VAT)
SURE Grill Cleaner Concentrate is a heavy-duty cleaning product formulated to cut through baked-on grease, carbonised fat and burnt food residue on commercial grills, ovens and salamanders. It is manufactured by Diversey using plant-based, renewable ingredients and is fully biodegradable, carrying no hazardous ingredient classifications under standard commercial kitchen safety requirements.
In day-to-day kitchen use, grease and carbonised deposits build up quickly on grill plates, oven interiors and salamander elements. Left unchecked, this build-up affects equipment performance, creates hygiene risks and raises the likelihood of grease fires. A concentrated formula means a controlled dilution rate, so a 5-litre bottle goes further than it might appear — useful in kitchens where cleaning costs and chemical stock need to be managed carefully.
Practical advantages for kitchen teams include:
- Plant-based formulation — no hazardous chemical classifications to manage
- Effective on thick grease, carbonised fat and burnt-on food deposits
- Suitable for ovens, grills and salamanders across most commercial kitchen types
- Colour-coded labelling supports clear staff training on correct chemical use
- Biodegradable ingredients reduce environmental impact without compromising cleaning performance
Being a concentrate, the product requires dilution before use — operators should follow Diversey's stated dilution guidance for the surface and soil level being treated. As with all commercial kitchen chemicals, appropriate PPE and ventilation should be observed during application.
This product is well suited to catering operations of most sizes, from small independent kitchens through to high-volume contract catering environments. If you are putting together a broader cleaning regime or are unsure which products best suit your equipment and workflow, the team is happy to help you work through the options.
£51.00(£61.20 inc VAT)
The Diversey Suma SmartDose Bac D10 is a super-concentrated cleaner and sanitiser formulated for professional kitchen use. It is tested to BS EN 1276 and BS EN 14476, confirming its effectiveness against bacteria and viruses under food service conditions. The 1.4 litre bottle is designed to work with the SmartDose dispensing system, which delivers a controlled measure of concentrate with each use.
In a busy kitchen environment, inconsistent chemical dilution is a common cause of either under-sanitised surfaces or unnecessary product waste. The SmartDose mechanism addresses this directly by metering each dose automatically, removing the guesswork from cleaning tasks regardless of who is carrying them out. This makes it particularly well suited to kitchens with multiple staff responsible for cleaning routines.
- Tested to BS EN 1276 and BS EN 14476 for verified bactericidal and virucidal performance
- Super-concentrated formula extends the usable life of each bottle significantly
- SmartDose dispenser delivers a consistent, controlled dose every time
- Requires no water connection or fixed installation — fully portable
- Suitable for surfaces, equipment and utensils in professional kitchens
Because the SmartDose system requires no plumbing or equipment installation, it can be moved freely around the kitchen. This is a practical advantage in operations where cleaning needs to happen across multiple areas or during service gaps rather than at a fixed point.
This product is well suited to small and medium-sized catering operations, café kitchens, and staff facilities where a reliable, portable sanitising solution is needed without the complexity of a dosing unit. For larger sites with high-frequency cleaning demands across multiple surfaces, a bulk-format or auto-dosing system may be worth considering.
If you are unsure whether this product fits your cleaning regime or want to check compatibility with your current sanitising protocol, our team is happy to help you work through it.

Suma Star D1 is a concentrated hand washing up liquid from Diversey, supplied here as a twin pack of 5Ltr bottles. It is formulated for manual pot washing, general utensil cleaning, and day-to-day warewashing tasks carried out by hand rather than by machine. As a concentrate, a relatively small dose goes a considerable way, which helps keep product consumption and cost per wash under control in a busy kitchen environment.
In a commercial kitchen, the sink area tends to be one of the highest-throughput points during and after service. A product that cuts through grease reliably without requiring excessive re-dosing keeps that station moving efficiently. Suma Star D1 is commonly used in kitchens where staff are washing pots, pans, utensils, and light equipment throughout the shift rather than relying solely on a glasswasher or dishwasher.
- Concentrated formula helps control product usage and cost per wash
- Effective on grease and food residue across pots, pans, and utensils
- Twin 5Ltr pack reduces the frequency of reordering for busy sites
- Suitable for use at standard commercial sink stations
- Compatible with general catering warewashing routines
The pack ships as two 5Ltr plastic containers with a combined weight of just over 10kg, so storage requirements are straightforward. For sites with very high manual washing volumes or multiple sink stations, it is worth considering whether a larger format or higher-volume supply arrangement would be more practical.
If you are unsure which hand washing chemical is most appropriate for your operation, or whether a machine wash chemical would better suit your setup, the team is happy to talk it through.

Suma A5 is a concentrated rinse aid formulated for use in commercial warewashers — including undercounter, pass-through, and rack conveyor machines. It is a low-foaming product designed to promote rapid water sheeting from crockery, glassware, and utensils during the final rinse cycle, reducing water spotting and aiding faster drying without leaving residues.
In a busy kitchen environment, consistently spot-free results matter — not just for presentation, but for throughput. When rinse aid is properly dosed, ware exits the machine drier and ready to use sooner, which supports faster turnaround during service. Suma A5 is a well-established product in this category and is compatible with the dosing systems found on most commercial dishwashers.
Practical advantages of using a quality rinse aid concentrate like Suma A5 include:
- Reduces water spotting and streaking on glassware and crockery
- Aids faster drying, reducing handling time after the wash cycle
- Low-foaming formula suited to the rinse cycle in commercial machines
- Concentrated format means lower usage volumes compared to diluted alternatives
- Supplied as two 5Ltr bottles, providing a practical stock quantity for most sites
This is a consumable product intended for use via the rinse aid dosing inlet on commercial dishwashers. Correct dosing is important — both underdosing and overdosing can affect results, so it is worth checking your machine's dosing settings if you are switching from a different product or concentration. Your machine's service documentation or the manufacturer's guidance will indicate the recommended dosing rate.
Suma A5 is well suited to cafés, restaurants, hotels, contract caterers, and other foodservice operations running a commercial warewasher day-to-day. It is a straightforward, reliable choice for sites that want a proven rinse aid without unnecessary complexity.
If you are unsure about compatibility with your specific machine or want guidance on the right dosing level for your wash volume, the team is happy to help.

SURE Washroom Cleaner and Descaler Concentrate is a plant-based cleaning chemical designed to remove limescale, dirt, and grime from water-resistant washroom surfaces. Supplied in a 5-litre concentrated format, it is manufactured by Diversey under their SURE range, which is formulated to deliver professional cleaning results using ingredients that are fully biodegradable and free from hazardous substances.
In a busy commercial environment, washroom hygiene is non-negotiable — both for compliance and for the impression it leaves on staff and customers. This product is well suited to regular cleaning cycles where maintaining consistent hygiene standards matters as much as the speed of the task. The concentrated formula means a single 5-litre container goes a reasonable distance when used with an appropriate dosing system, helping to control product usage and reduce waste over time.
Practical advantages for operators include:
- Plant-based formulation with no hazardous substances, supporting safer handling by cleaning staff
- Fully biodegradable, reducing the environmental impact of routine washroom maintenance
- Concentrated format compatible with dosing systems for consistent, cost-effective application
- Colour-coded labelling to help staff identify and use the correct product reliably
- Effective against limescale and general grime on water-resistant washroom surfaces
No specialist installation is required. The product is ready to dilute and use with standard dosing or dispensing equipment. Storage should be in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight, in accordance with normal chemical handling practice. As with all concentrated cleaning products, appropriate PPE should be worn during handling and dilution.
This product is a practical choice for hospitality venues, care facilities, offices, and any commercial site with regular washroom cleaning requirements. If you are looking to move your cleaning operation towards more environmentally responsible products without compromising on results, this is a straightforward option to consider.
If you have questions about suitability for your site or how this fits alongside your existing cleaning regime, our team is happy to help you work through the options.

The Diversey SURE Descaler Concentrate is a professional-grade limescale remover formulated for use across commercial catering environments. Unlike many conventional descalers, it is made entirely from plant-based, renewable ingredients, which means it carries no hazardous substance classifications and presents a lower risk to staff handling it routinely as part of a cleaning regime.
In day-to-day kitchen use, limescale accumulation is a persistent problem — particularly in hard-water areas — affecting equipment such as combi ovens, dishwashers, coffee machines, bain maries, and water-fed appliances. Left untreated, scale build-up reduces heat transfer efficiency, shortens equipment life, and can cause costly breakdowns. A regular descaling schedule using a reliable concentrate like this helps protect that investment and keeps equipment performing as it should.
Being a concentrate, the 5-litre bottle goes further than ready-to-use alternatives, and the colour-coded labelling helps kitchen teams identify and reach for the correct product quickly — a practical detail that matters when multiple cleaning products are stored together.
- Plant-based, biodegradable formula — safer for staff and suitable for regular use
- Effective on limescale across a wide range of catering equipment and surfaces
- Colour-coded bottle reduces the risk of staff using the wrong product
- Concentrated formula offers good economy of use versus ready-to-use options
This product is well suited to most commercial kitchens with a regular descaling requirement, particularly those in hard-water regions. It is worth checking compatibility with any equipment manufacturer guidelines before first use, as some appliances specify approved descaling agents.
If you are unsure which concentration or format is appropriate for your equipment or water hardness, the team is happy to point you in the right direction.

Suma Inox D7.1 is a ready-to-use stainless steel polish from Diversey, supplied in a 750ml trigger-spray bottle. It is designed to clean and restore the appearance of stainless steel surfaces while leaving a light protective layer that helps repel fingermarks and smears.
In a busy commercial kitchen, stainless steel surfaces — pass counters, preparation tables, oven fronts, splash backs — take a constant battering from grease, steam and handling. A dedicated polish keeps these surfaces looking presentable and helps maintain the hygienic finish that stainless steel is chosen for. Suma Inox is formulated for use in food preparation areas, so there is no need to remove equipment or restrict access during routine cleaning rounds.
- Ready to use — no dilution required, apply directly from the bottle
- Leaves a protective film that reduces fingermark build-up between cleans
- Suitable for use on stainless steel surfaces in food preparation areas
- Helps restore shine and even out minor surface dulling from daily use
- Compact 750ml bottle is practical for daily front-of-house or kitchen cleaning routines
This is a straightforward product suited to most catering operations — from small café kitchens through to larger restaurant and contract catering environments. It works best as part of a regular daily or end-of-service cleaning schedule rather than as a heavy-duty degreaser. For kitchens dealing with significant grease contamination, a separate degreaser should be used first before polishing.
If you have questions about building a cleaning schedule or pairing this with other surface care products, the team is happy to help.

Suma Bac D10 is a concentrated detergent sanitiser from Diversey, formulated for cleaning and sanitising surfaces in food preparation and service environments. It combines the cleaning and sanitising steps into a single product, making it a practical choice for kitchens looking to simplify their hygiene routines. This listing supplies two 5-litre containers.
In a working kitchen, consistency of sanitation matters as much as thoroughness. Suma Bac D10 is diluted with water before use, which means each container goes a considerable way when used at the recommended dilution rate. It is suitable for use on food-contact surfaces, work surfaces, equipment exteriors, and general kitchen areas.
As a concentrate, it offers some practical advantages over ready-to-use products:
- Tested to BS EN 1276 and BS EN 14476 for bactericidal and virucidal efficacy
- Single product covers both cleaning and sanitising steps
- Dilute-to-use format reduces storage space compared with ready-to-use equivalents
- Suitable for routine use across food preparation surfaces and kitchen equipment
- Compatible with standard trigger sprays or bucket-and-cloth application
As a dilutable product, correct dosing is important. Using too little may compromise sanitising efficacy; using too much increases cost without benefit. Following the recommended dilution guidance is straightforward and will be familiar to any kitchen team with basic hygiene training. This is a surface sanitiser and is not intended for use in dishwashers or other machinery.
Suma Bac D10 is well suited to catering operations of most sizes — from small café kitchens to larger contract catering environments — where a reliable, proven surface sanitiser is needed as part of a documented cleaning schedule. If you are reviewing your full kitchen hygiene programme or need guidance on product suitability for a specific environment, our team is happy to help you work through it.

SURE Kitchen Cleaner and Degreaser is a concentrated, plant-based cleaning chemical designed for use across commercial kitchen surfaces and equipment. Formulated by Diversey from renewable, plant-derived ingredients, it contains no hazardous substances and is fully biodegradable, making it a straightforward choice for operators looking to reduce the environmental impact of their daily cleaning regime without compromising on effectiveness.
In practical terms, it performs well against grease residue on cooking equipment, work surfaces, splash backs, and appliances — the kind of accumulated grease build-up that accumulates quickly in a busy kitchen environment. The concentrated formula means it is intended for use with dosing systems rather than straight from the bottle, which helps control consumption and keeps chemical costs predictable over time.
Key operational characteristics worth noting:
- Plant-based, biodegradable formula with no hazardous classification
- Effective against heavy grease residue on kitchen surfaces and equipment
- Concentrated format supports accurate dosing and controlled chemical use
- Colour-coded labelling helps cleaning staff identify the correct product quickly
- Suitable for use across a broad range of kitchen surfaces and equipment types
The colour-coded label system is a practical detail in multi-chemical environments — it reduces the risk of staff reaching for the wrong product during a busy turnaround clean. The 5Ltr format suits regular use in a mid-sized kitchen operation; larger sites running high-frequency cleaning schedules may find it worth reviewing volume options to keep supply consistent.
If you are looking to standardise your cleaning chemical range or integrate this into an existing dosing setup, the team are happy to talk through what would work best for your site.

Diversey Soft Care Select Deluxe is a combined hair and body wash formulated for guest-facing environments such as hotel rooms, serviced accommodation, and spa changing facilities. The single product handles both functions, which simplifies bathroom amenity setups and reduces the number of individual products required per room.
The formula produces a lather suitable for use as a body wash, shampoo, or bath foam. The fragrance is gender-neutral and designed to be present without being heavy, which tends to suit a broad range of guests without complaint.
- 2-in-1 formula covers hair, body, and bath use from a single product
- Gender-neutral fragrance suitable for mixed-occupancy rooms
- 300ml format works with standard wall-mounted dispensers
- Conditioning formula leaves hair and skin feeling clean without stripping
- Diversey formulation with consistent quality across batches
The 300ml bottle is a practical size for short-stay accommodation — sufficient for a typical guest stay without encouraging waste. For properties running high room volumes or looking to move to bulk-refill dispensers, it is worth considering whether a larger format or dispenser-compatible variant would reduce per-room cost and plastic use over time.
If you are fitting out a number of rooms and want guidance on quantities, formats, or how this sits alongside other bathroom amenities in the Diversey range, the team is happy to help you work through the options.

This is the chrome wall-mounted bracket designed to hold Diversey Soft Care Select soap and toiletry dispensers in place. It fixes to the wall and presents the dispenser at a practical height for use, keeping countertops clear and making refills straightforward for housekeeping or front-of-house staff.
In busy washrooms — whether in a hotel, restaurant or catering facility — a properly mounted dispenser reduces spillage, deters tampering, and keeps the area looking presentable throughout service. The chrome finish suits both back-of-house staff facilities and guest-facing washrooms where appearance matters.
- Keeps dispensers securely positioned and easy to access
- Chrome finish suits both guest and staff washroom environments
- Designed to work with the Soft Care Select dispenser range
- Wall-mounted design frees up counter and shelf space
- Straightforward to install and maintain
Installation requires only basic wall fixings. It is worth confirming wall surface suitability before fitting, particularly in tiled washrooms where drilling position matters. This bracket is intended for use with compatible Diversey Soft Care Select dispensers and should not be assumed to fit other dispenser ranges without checking first.
Well suited to hotels, pub washrooms, restaurant facilities and similar hospitality settings where a neat, hygienic dispenser mounting is needed. For sites requiring multiple mounting points, it is worth discussing volume requirements before ordering.
If you are fitting out a washroom suite or need advice on compatible Diversey dispenser products, the team is happy to help you put together the right setup.

Soft Care Select H6 is a combined hair and body wash formulated for guest-facing environments where a mild, everyday-use product is required. It is designed to clean effectively without stripping moisture from skin or hair, making it a practical choice for hospitality settings where guests may be using the product repeatedly across a stay.
The formulation uses a blend of surfactants and humectants that lift grease and grime from both skin and hair whilst remaining gentle enough for regular use. A conditioning element helps keep hair manageable, and moisturising agents leave skin feeling comfortable rather than tight or dry after showering. The product does not produce soap scum, which helps keep shower enclosures easier to maintain between cleans — a small but useful consideration for housekeeping teams.
- Gentle enough for daily and repeated guest use
- No soap scum residue, supporting easier shower maintenance
- Combined hair and body wash reduces the number of products needed per room
- Suitable for a wide range of guests including those with sensitive skin
The 300ml format is suited to individual room dispensing or as a bathroom amenity. For higher-volume operations or facilities preferring wall-mounted dispenser systems, larger formats are available within the Soft Care range.
If you are fitting out a number of rooms or looking to align your toiletries across a property, it is worth speaking with us about volume requirements and format options before placing an order.
