EAIS Kitchen Storage Racks

The EAIS EZ Store is a four-tier stainless steel shelving unit standing 1800mm high, built from grade 304 stainless steel with perforated shelf surfaces. It is a straightforward, heavy-duty storage solution designed to work across a range of commercial kitchen and ancillary environments — dry stores, pot wash areas, cold rooms, freezer rooms, fish preparation areas, and chemical stores are all common applications. The perforated surface allows air to circulate and water to drain away freely, which matters particularly where moisture, condensation, or regular washdown is part of daily routine.

In practical kitchen use, this shelving earns its place through reliability and ease of reconfiguration. The poles are grooved at regular increments so shelf heights can be adjusted without tools to suit whatever is being stored — large gastronorm containers, catering tins, or smaller consumables. One-piece polymer corner fittings keep assembly simple and the structure stable under load, while adjustable non-marking feet allow the unit to sit level on uneven floors, a common consideration in older premises.

• Perforated shelf surface promotes airflow and drainage in wet or refrigerated environments
• Tool-free shelf height adjustment via grooved pole increments
• Grade 304 stainless steel resists corrosion in humid and washdown conditions
• High per-shelf load capacity supports bulk storage of heavy pots, tins, or equipment
• Adjustable feet level the unit on uneven floors without shimming

The EZ Store range is available across a wide range of lengths and depths, so it is worth considering the full range of size combinations before ordering to make best use of available wall runs or alcove spaces, and to ensure shelf spacing suits the items being stored.

This unit suits most commercial kitchen and storage environments well. For operations with very high stock volumes or particularly heavy loads, wider or deeper configurations within the range may be worth considering. Where a full 1800mm height unit is not practical — in lower-ceilinged prep areas or service counters, for example — shorter configurations are available.

If you are working out which size or configuration suits your storage layout, or whether this shelving is the right choice for a specific environment such as a freezer room or chemical store, the team is happy to talk it through before you order.

Dunnage racks are a straightforward but genuinely useful part of commercial kitchen storage. Sitting low to the ground, they raise bulk goods — sacks, crates, catering tins, and large containers — off the floor, keeping stock clear of floor-level contamination and helping operators meet food hygiene requirements. These EAIS racks are built from stainless steel with a solid shelf surface, making them a practical choice for dry stores, walk-in cold rooms, and general back-of-house areas.

The solid shelf surface is worth noting. Unlike open wire alternatives, it keeps smaller packaging, bags, and irregularly shaped containers sitting securely without any risk of items dropping through. It also makes the shelf itself straightforward to wipe down. The three-sided stability frame keeps the rack settled under load and makes repositioning manageable during busy goods-in periods.

For kitchen operators, the day-to-day value is practical rather than dramatic:

• Raises stock off the floor to support hygiene compliance
• Solid surface suits a wide range of container shapes and sizes
• Stainless steel holds up well to damp environments and regular cleaning
• Three-sided frame keeps the rack stable under load
• Available in a range of sizes to suit different storeroom footprints

No installation is required — these racks are freestanding and ready to use on delivery. They perform best on level, solid flooring. If you are positioning one inside a refrigerated room, it is worth measuring the internal footprint carefully before ordering, accounting for door swing, evaporator clearance, and any drainage channels that affect usable floor space.

This range suits small to medium operations looking for a reliable, low-maintenance storage solution. For sites handling very heavy bulk loads or high stock turnover, it is worth considering whether a heavier-duty racking option would better serve over time.

If you are fitting out a new storeroom or cold room and want to talk through sizing or configuration before you order, we are happy to help.

The EAIS EZ Store is a four-tier open wire shelving unit constructed from grade 304 stainless steel, standing 1800mm high. It is available across a range of widths and depths, with shelf positions that adjust in 25mm increments, making it straightforward to configure around the containers, trays, and equipment you are actually storing rather than working around fixed positions.

Open wire shelving of this type is a reliable choice across a wide range of commercial kitchen environments. The wire construction allows air to circulate freely around stored goods, which is particularly useful in coldrooms, freezer rooms, and fish preparation areas where maintaining consistent ambient temperatures matters. It works equally well in dry stores, chemical storage rooms, and pot wash areas. The load capacity per shelf handles bulk ingredient containers and heavy catering-grade equipment without flex or instability under regular use.

Key operational advantages include:

• Open wire construction promotes airflow, supporting temperature consistency in refrigerated areas
• Shelf positions adjustable in 25mm increments to suit varying container and equipment heights
• Electro-polished stainless finish resists corrosion and cleans down quickly between services
• Non-marking adjustable feet allow levelling on uneven or older kitchen floors
• Tool-free collar assembly enables quick reconfiguration as storage needs change

No installation work is required. The unit is freestanding and needs only a stable, level surface — the adjustable feet compensate for minor floor irregularities, which is a practical consideration in older buildings. Because this shelving is available in multiple widths and depths, it is worth measuring your available wall run carefully before ordering, and confirming that the depth you select suits your deepest stored items without creating overhang.

This unit suits independent restaurants, pub kitchens, school catering facilities, care home kitchens, and similar operations needing flexible, durable storage across one or more kitchen zones. For sites fitting out larger storage rooms or specifying multiple shelving runs, a heavier-duty configuration may be worth considering instead.

If you are planning a new storage layout or replacing shelving across several areas, our team is happy to help you work through the right combination of widths, depths, and quantities before you commit to an order.

The EAIS EZ Store is a three-tier wire shelving unit built on chrome poles with grey nylon coated wire shelves. Standing 1650mm high, it is a straightforward storage solution designed for the full range of commercial kitchen environments — ambient dry stores, coldrooms, freezer rooms, chemical stores and wet areas such as potwash zones.

Nylon coated wire shelving is a well-established format in professional kitchens for sound practical reasons. The open wire construction allows air to circulate freely around stored product, which matters particularly in refrigerated areas where airflow supports temperature management. The nylon coating provides meaningful protection against moisture and chemical exposure, making it more durable in demanding conditions than bare wire, and easier to maintain than solid shelving, which tends to trap debris and moisture underneath.

A few operational points worth noting:

• Shelf positions adjust in 25mm increments, allowing reconfiguration as stock profiles change
• Non-marking plastic feet protect floor surfaces and provide a small degree of levelling adjustment
• The nylon coating performs reliably across both frozen and ambient temperature environments
• Available in a range of widths and depths to suit different room layouts and bay configurations

At 1650mm, the three-tier arrangement works well where ceiling clearance is limited or where a full floor-to-ceiling run of racking is not practical. It suits independent kitchens equipping a dry store as readily as larger operations fitting out coldrooms or back-of-house areas. Where additional storage levels or greater overall height is needed, taller and higher-tier options are available within the EZ Store range.

If you are planning a storage area and want to talk through shelf spacing, configuration or load distribution before committing to an order, we are happy to help.

Dunnage racks are low-profile storage platforms designed to keep bulk goods, sacks, and heavy containers raised clear of the floor. The EAIS Armour range uses an open wire deck on a three-sided stability frame, providing a firm, level base whilst allowing air to circulate freely underneath and around stored items.

In commercial kitchens and storerooms, keeping floor-level stock properly elevated is a basic food hygiene requirement. Dunnage racks make routine cleaning considerably more straightforward — a mop or floor scrubber can pass underneath without having to shift heavy loads — and they help prevent moisture-related deterioration of packaging and produce. The open wire construction also means spills and condensation drain away rather than pooling beneath stored goods.

• Raises stock off the floor to support hygiene compliance
• Open wire deck improves airflow and reduces condensation build-up
• Three-sided frame provides lateral stability for heavy or bulky loads
• Available in multiple length and depth options to suit different storeroom layouts
• Easy to clean around and underneath during routine hygiene passes

These racks require no installation and no power supply. The main practical consideration is matching the rack dimensions to your available floor space and the loads you intend to store. A rack that is too narrow for the goods placed on it presents a safety risk, so it is worth thinking through your most common use cases before ordering. Sites that regularly handle very heavy, pallet-quantity loads should confirm the rack specification is appropriate for those weights before purchasing.

Dunnage racks of this type are well suited to dry stores, walk-in cold rooms, and general storeroom use across most sizes of catering operation — from small independent kitchens through to contract catering and institutional sites. For larger operations with extensive bulk storage requirements, higher-capacity options may be worth exploring.

If you are working out which sizes or combination of racks best fits your layout, we are happy to talk it through before you order.

The EAIS EZ Store is a three-tier wire shelving unit standing 1650mm high, finished with an armour coating that offers meaningfully better durability than standard chrome wire shelving. It is available across a range of widths and depths, making it straightforward to configure for compact back-of-house areas as well as larger dry stores and preparation rooms.

Wire shelving of this type is a reliable staple in professional kitchens. The open wire construction allows air to circulate freely around stored goods, which helps maintain ambient temperatures, reduces condensation on chilled or freshly prepared items, and supports day-to-day food safety practice. Shelf positions can be adjusted without tools, which is a practical advantage when storage requirements shift between deliveries or service periods.

The armour coating resists the knocks, surface moisture, and general wear that come with frequent restocking and cleaning. For kitchens where racking takes a fair amount of punishment, it is a sensible choice over a basic chrome finish.

• Open wire construction promotes airflow and limits condensation around stored items
• Armour coating provides improved resistance to wear and surface moisture
• Tool-free shelf adjustment allows quick reconfiguration as stock levels change
• Multiple width and depth options to suit different storage footprints
• Straightforward assembly with minimal disruption during a fit-out or refresh

This unit is well suited to dry stores, preparation areas, and general back-of-house storage in restaurants, cafés, school kitchens, and care catering operations. For cold room applications or particularly high-density storage, it is worth considering whether a heavier-duty shelving system would better meet the demands of that environment.

If you are configuring a new storage area or replacing existing racking and would like a second opinion on what would work for your space, the team is happy to help.

The EAIS EZ Store is a free-standing, three-tier shelving unit constructed from grade 304 stainless steel with a perforated shelf surface. It is designed to provide reliable, hygienic storage across a wide range of commercial kitchen and food service environments — from ambient drystores and potwash areas through to coldrooms, freezer rooms, and food preparation spaces.

The perforated shelf surface is the defining practical characteristic of this unit. Rather than a solid deck, the open pattern allows air to circulate freely around stored goods, which is directly relevant in refrigerated environments where consistent airflow supports temperature control and hygiene compliance. It also simplifies cleaning considerably — there is no flat surface to pool moisture, debris, or cleaning fluid, and the grade 304 construction holds up without corroding or discolouring under repeated exposure to commercial cleaning chemicals.

From a day-to-day operational standpoint, the unit offers a number of practical advantages:

• Perforated surface promotes airflow — suited to both refrigerated and ambient storage
• Shelf heights adjustable at 25mm increments across the full pole height
• One-piece polymer corner connectors maintain rigidity under repeated loading
• Non-marking adjustable feet compensate for uneven floors
• Tool-free assembly with no wall or floor fixing required in most applications

Assembly is straightforward and requires no tools. Under normal conditions the unit does not need to be fixed to walls or floors, though in high-traffic areas where trolley contact is a realistic risk, anchoring is worth considering. At 1650mm in height, it is sensible to check overhead clearance and any service runs above the intended position before placing the unit. The range is available in multiple widths and depths, so the footprint can be matched precisely to the available space.

This shelving is well suited to commercial kitchens, drystores, potwash rooms, coldrooms, freezer rooms, fish rooms, and chemical storage areas where a corrosion-resistant, washable surface is required. It handles heavy dry goods, bulk catering supplies, and large gastronorm containers reliably. Both smaller independent operations and larger contract catering sites use shelving of this type as a practical day-to-day storage solution. For operations needing additional shelf capacity at the same height, a four-tier configuration within the same range is worth considering.

If you are working out how many units you need, or which widths and depths will best suit your storage layout, the team is happy to help you think it through.

The EAIS EZ Store is a free-standing, three-tier wire shelving unit constructed from grade 304 stainless steel with an electro-polished finish. Standing at 1650mm, it makes practical use of vertical space without overreaching standard kitchen ceiling clearances. Shelves are supported on grooved chrome poles and can be repositioned at 25mm increments using tool-free plastic tapered collars, which makes initial assembly and later reconfiguration manageable without specialist tools.

Wire shelving of this type earns its place in commercial kitchens through reliability and versatility rather than complexity. The open wire construction allows air to circulate freely around stored items, which matters in coldrooms and freezer rooms where unrestricted airflow helps maintain consistent temperatures. In drystores and potwash areas the open design makes stock levels easy to read at a glance, and the unit can be cleaned down without obstruction. Adjustable non-marking feet allow the unit to sit level on the uneven floors that are common in older or converted premises.

Practical advantages operators tend to value:

• Open wire shelves support air circulation in both refrigerated and ambient storage areas
• Grade 304 stainless steel resists corrosion in wet, humid and chemically active environments
• Electro-polished finish reduces bacterial harbourage and simplifies routine cleaning
• 25mm pole increments allow shelf heights to be adjusted as stock requirements change
• Non-marking adjustable feet compensate for uneven floor surfaces without rocking

This unit is available across a range of shelf lengths and depths, so it is worth confirming the configuration that suits your available floor space and the items you intend to store before ordering. It is well suited to drystores, coldrooms, freezer rooms, chemical storage areas and general back-of-house use. For operations carrying particularly heavy or bulky loads, a deeper or longer shelf configuration may serve better.

If you are planning a new storage area or rethinking existing racking, the team is happy to talk through which configuration works best for your space and stock requirements.

Dunnage racks are a straightforward but essential piece of storage equipment found in the dry stores, walk-in chillers, and preparation areas of most commercial kitchens. They sit low to the ground and keep stock elevated off the floor — a basic requirement under food hygiene regulations — while the open wire construction allows air to circulate freely around stored goods. EAIS manufacture these racks in stainless steel wire with a three-sided stability frame, giving them a solid, rigid base that holds its shape reliably under the weight of bulk deliveries and heavy catering packs.

In day-to-day use, dunnage racks are commonly relied upon for sacks of dry goods, canned stock, and bulk frozen product. The open frame supports temperature control in refrigerated environments and helps prevent moisture build-up in dry stores. The low profile also keeps stored items accessible during a busy goods-in period or a fast service shift, without staff having to reach or crouch awkwardly.

• Elevates stock off the floor in line with food hygiene requirements
• Open wire frame promotes airflow in both chiller and dry storage areas
• Stainless steel construction performs reliably in damp and refrigerated environments
• Three-sided frame provides stability under heavy or unevenly distributed loads
• Available in a range of sizes to suit different storage layouts

These racks suit kitchens of most sizes, from smaller independent operations through to high-volume catering sites. It is worth confirming the dimensions that work for your specific storage layout before ordering, as sizes vary across the range. For sites carrying very high stock volumes or with demanding load requirements, heavier-duty shelving may be worth considering alongside these.

If you are fitting out a storage area and would find it useful to talk through sizing or configuration, the team is glad to help.

A dunnage rack is a low-profile, floor-standing storage platform designed to keep bulk stock elevated above ground level. The EAIS version is constructed in stainless steel with a perforated deck surface, making it suitable for both ambient dry stores and chilled environments where durability and hygiene compliance are everyday requirements.

In practice, dunnage racks are most commonly found in walk-in refrigerators, dry goods stores, and goods-in areas where catering tins, bagged produce, and boxed stock are stored at floor level. Keeping goods raised off the ground allows air to circulate beneath stored items, supports food hygiene compliance, and protects stock from floor cleaning water and low-level condensation — both of which are routine concerns in commercial back-of-house areas. The three-sided stability frame keeps the rack steady under heavy or unevenly distributed loads.

Key operational advantages include:

• Perforated deck promotes airflow beneath and around stored goods
• Stainless steel construction handles damp and chilled environments reliably
• Three-sided frame maintains stability under heavy bulk stock
• Low-profile design suits tight floor spaces in stores and cold rooms
• Available in a range of sizes to fit different storage layouts

No installation is required — these racks are free-standing and simply placed where needed. Before ordering, it is worth measuring available floor space carefully, particularly inside walk-in units where door swing and internal dimensions can limit which size fits appropriately. As with all open-frame storage, these racks are intended for packaged or contained goods rather than loose unpackaged items.

Dunnage racks of this type are well suited to restaurants, hotels, schools, hospitals, and any catering operation where regular floor-level bulk storage is part of the working routine. If you are planning a larger storage layout and want to talk through what works in practice, we are glad to help.

The EAIS EZ Store is a free-standing, four-tier open wire shelving unit finished in bright chrome and standing 1800mm tall. It is built for organised dry storage in commercial kitchens, stockrooms, front-of-house areas, and back-of-house utility spaces. The upright poles are grooved at regular intervals, allowing each shelf to be repositioned without tools, so the unit can be reconfigured around different container heights or stock types as requirements change.

In practical kitchen use, open wire shelving of this kind earns its place through straightforward reliability. Air circulates freely through the wire surface, which helps keep dry goods ventilated and makes it easy to read stock levels without moving product around. Four tiers across 1800mm of height uses vertical space efficiently — a genuine advantage in drystores and stockrooms where floor space is limited. It is commonly used for dry ambient foodstuffs, glassware, crockery, linen, and general front-of-house display.

Key practical advantages for operators include:

• Shelf heights adjustable at 25mm increments with no tools required
• Non-marking plastic feet protect floor surfaces and allow minor levelling
• Open wire construction aids air circulation and at-a-glance stock visibility
• Available in a range of widths and depths to suit different storage bays
• Bright chrome finish wipes down easily in dry conditions

One important consideration: this unit is not suitable for chiller, freezer, or consistently wet and humid environments. The bright chrome finish is designed for dry ambient conditions, and prolonged exposure to moisture will affect the finish and structural integrity over time. For cold rooms, preparation areas with heavy wash-down, or any damp environment, a polymer-coated or stainless wire shelving system would be the more appropriate choice.

This shelving unit is well suited to operators setting up or reorganising a drystore, stockroom, front-of-house display area, or linen cupboard. It works equally well in small independent operations and larger sites where several bays are used together. For heavier load requirements or non-ambient environments, it is worth discussing the right specification before ordering.

If you are uncertain which width or depth best suits your storage bay and stock type, our team is glad to talk it through with you.

Dunnage racks are a practical and often overlooked piece of back-of-house kit. They sit low to the ground and keep dry goods, bulk containers, and bagged produce elevated off the floor — satisfying hygiene requirements and making it straightforward to clean beneath stored stock. EAIS produce these racks in nylon-coated wire construction, which resists moisture and wipes down considerably more easily than bare metal alternatives.

In day-to-day use, dunnage racks tend to live in dry stores, walk-in larders, or general back-of-house storage areas. The nylon wire construction holds up well under the repetitive loading and cleaning cycles that come with a busy kitchen, and the raised profile prevents water and debris accumulating beneath stock during routine mopping or wash-down. The three-sided stability frame is a practical design detail — it resists lateral movement under load, which matters when racks are positioned against a wall or placed in close formation.

• Nylon coating resists moisture and cleans down quickly
• Raised profile supports compliance with floor hygiene requirements
• Three-sided frame maintains stability under load
• Available in multiple sizes to suit different storage layouts
• Suited to dry stores, larders, and back-of-house areas

These racks are well suited to small and medium catering operations, care homes, school kitchens, and similar sites where organised, hygienic floor-level storage is a day-to-day need. For sites with significantly heavier load requirements or larger distribution environments, it is worth considering whether a more heavy-duty shelving solution would be more appropriate.

If you are working out which size or configuration fits your storage layout, the team is glad to help you think it through before you order.

The EAIS EZ Store is an open-frame wire shelving unit finished in bright chrome, standing 1650mm high with three adjustable shelves. It is designed for general-purpose dry storage in commercial kitchens and catering environments — a straightforward, no-frills solution for organising dry goods, crockery, glassware, linen, and similar back-of-house stock.

In day-to-day use, this type of unit earns its place in drystores, preparation areas, linen rooms, and front-of-house stock holds. The grooved upright poles allow shelf heights to be repositioned in 25mm increments, which is genuinely practical when storage requirements shift between service periods or as stock lines change. Assembly requires no tools — plastic tapered collars lock the shelves into place and can be repositioned quickly without specialist knowledge. Non-marking adjustable feet keep the unit stable on uneven floors and protect the surface beneath.

Key practical advantages include:

• Open wire construction promotes air circulation around stored goods
• Shelf heights adjustable in 25mm increments to suit varying stock sizes
• Tool-free assembly via plastic tapered collars keeps setup simple
• Non-marking feet protect floors and accommodate minor surface variation
• Available across a range of lengths and depths to fit most dry store layouts

It is important to be clear about where this unit is not appropriate. The bright chrome finish performs reliably in dry conditions but is not suited to chiller rooms, wet areas, or high-humidity environments such as wash-down zones. For those applications, a coated or stainless steel shelving option would be the more appropriate choice.

This shelving suits independent restaurants, cafés, contract caterers, and hotel operations looking for flexible, cost-effective dry storage. For sites with very high load requirements or a need for refrigerated storage, it is worth considering whether a heavier-duty alternative would serve better in the long run.

If you are weighing up which configuration of shelf length and depth best fits your available space, we are glad to help you think it through before you order.

The EAIS EZ Store is a freestanding shelving unit built for general-purpose back-of-house storage. Unlike wire shelving, which prioritises airflow and visibility, this unit uses solid galvanised steel shelves to provide a flat, stable surface across the full shelf width. That makes it a practical choice for loose provisions, crockery, boxed dry goods, linen, cleaning supplies, and anything else that benefits from full base support rather than a wire grid beneath it.

In a working kitchen, that distinction has real consequences. Solid shelves wipe down quickly between service periods, prevent small items dropping through or tipping, and present a tidier appearance in areas that face routine inspection or are visible to front-of-house staff. The uprights are grooved at regular intervals, so shelf positions can be adjusted without tools as storage needs change across seasons or menu cycles.

A few practical points worth considering before ordering:

• Solid shelves suit dry goods and stable loads; wire alternatives may be more appropriate where airflow around chilled or fresh items is a priority
• Adjustable non-marking feet help level the unit on the uneven floors common in older kitchen builds
• Measure your available run carefully — this unit is available in a range of widths and depths, and the right configuration depends on your specific space and load requirements
• Longer shelf spans carry a marginally lower per-shelf load rating than shorter configurations, which is worth bearing in mind if you are storing particularly heavy stock

At 1650mm high, the three-tier configuration sits comfortably within most drystore, prep room, and back-of-house corridor ceiling heights without conflict. It is a sensible mid-range option for sites with moderate storage volumes. For operations with significantly heavier loads or longer continuous runs, a heavier-duty shelving system may be worth considering instead.

If you are working out the right width, depth, or number of tiers for your space, we are happy to talk through the options before you place an order.

The EAIS EZ Store is a three-tier, free-standing shelving unit constructed from grade 304 stainless steel with a solid shelf surface on each tier. Unlike open wire shelving, the continuous shelf face means smaller items, loose provisions, tins, and containers sit securely without any risk of tipping or falling through — a practical consideration in any busy storage area.

This type of shelving is commonly found in drystores, coldrooms, freezer rooms, fish preparation areas, pot wash sections, and chemical stores. Grade 304 stainless steel handles the damp, variable-temperature conditions typical of these environments without deteriorating, and the solid surfaces are straightforward to wipe down at the end of service. The chrome poles are grooved at regular intervals, so shelf heights can be adjusted as stock profiles change or seasonal storage demands shift.

• Solid shelves retain small items and loose packaging securely on each tier
• Shelf heights fully adjustable along grooved chrome poles without tools
• One-piece polymer corner connectors keep assembly simple and the structure stable
• Adjustable non-marking feet allow levelling on uneven floors
• Grade 304 stainless steel performs reliably in wet, cold, and chemically exposed areas

The unit is floor-standing and does not require wall fixing, which keeps installation uncomplicated. In high-footfall areas, positioning should be considered carefully to avoid obstructing walkways or emergency routes. It is suitable for heavier bulk provisions as well as general dry goods storage.

This shelving is well suited to small and medium catering operations — school kitchens, care home kitchens, pub kitchens, cafés, and similar environments where reliable, hygienic storage is needed without a complex racking installation. Sites with larger storage volumes or more demanding load requirements may find a four- or five-tier configuration a better fit.

If you are weighing up which width, depth, or tier count suits your space and storage load, the team is glad to help you work through the options.

The EAIS EZ Store is a practical, heavy-duty shelving system designed for working commercial kitchen and storage environments. This three-tier unit stands 1650mm high and combines solid epoxy-coated mild steel shelves with chrome upright poles. Shelf positions adjust at 25mm increments along grooved poles, allowing the unit to be reconfigured as storage needs change — no tools or specialist knowledge required.

In day-to-day kitchen use, solid shelving earns its place wherever wire shelving would be unsuitable. Dry stores benefit from the solid surface keeping small items, loose packaging and wrapped goods contained. Potwash areas and cold rooms are equally well served — the epoxy finish holds up reliably against moisture, cleaning chemicals and the temperature fluctuations common to refrigerated storage. The substantial per-shelf load capacity handles the kind of bulk storage that busy kitchens regularly demand.

Practical advantages that matter in daily operation:

• Solid shelf surface keeps small items and wrapped goods secure
• Epoxy finish resists moisture, chemicals and temperature extremes
• 25mm-increment adjustment allows reconfiguration without tools
• Adjustable feet compensate for uneven floors and protect surfaces
• Available in a range of widths and depths to suit different spaces

No wall fixings or anchors are needed for standard use, keeping installation straightforward. The unit is available in multiple widths and depths, making it possible to fit existing alcoves, storerooms or walk-in cold rooms accurately. It is worth measuring ceiling height carefully in refrigerated rooms where evaporator units or pipework may reduce usable height, and allowing adequate aisle clearance if the unit will be heavily loaded and accessed regularly during service.

This shelving suits a wide range of operations — from small independent kitchens organising a dry store to larger sites fitting out cold rooms, potwash areas or back-of-house storage rooms. For sites with particularly demanding load requirements or where food safety audits require specific shelving standards, it is worth taking stock of your exact situation before ordering. If you are unsure which combination of width, depth and unit quantity would work best for your space, the team is happy to help you work through the options.

The EAIS EZ Store is a four-tier wire shelving unit standing 1800mm high, finished in a grey nylon coating over a wire surface and supported on chrome upright poles. It is a straightforward storage solution designed to work across a broad range of commercial kitchen environments — dry stores, cold rooms, freezer rooms, pot wash areas and chemical storage zones included.

In working kitchens, this type of shelving earns its place through durability and adaptability. The nylon coating protects the wire from moisture and corrosion, which is the meaningful difference between shelving that holds up reliably in refrigerated and wet areas and bare metal that deteriorates over time. Shelves adjust at 25mm increments without tools, so configuring the unit around your actual stock — bulk dry goods, gastronorm containers, or cleaning supplies — is quick and practical. Adjustable non-marking feet keep the unit level on uneven kitchen floors without causing floor damage.

Practical operational advantages include:

• Nylon coating resists moisture and corrosion in wet and refrigerated zones
• Tool-free shelf adjustment at 25mm increments for flexible configuration
• Wide temperature tolerance from freezer rooms through to warm dry stores
• Non-marking adjustable feet protect floors and accommodate uneven surfaces
• Available in multiple widths and depths to suit different storage spaces

Before ordering, it is worth considering your available floor space and the clearance needed around the unit. Deeper shelves increase storage density but require more aisle room; narrower configurations suit tighter spaces or frequently accessed stock. For very heavy loads or high-volume bulk storage, a heavier-duty racking system may be the more appropriate choice.

The EZ Store range suits independent restaurants, hotel and contract catering kitchens, and food production sites that need consistent, adaptable storage across several areas of the operation. It works equally well as a single dry store unit or deployed across multiple zones as a uniform system.

If you are fitting out a new storage area or sourcing shelving across several zones at once, we are happy to talk through the size options and help you arrive at the right configuration for your space.

The EAIS EZ Store is a four-tier solid shelving unit built for general back-of-house storage in commercial kitchens, dry stores, cold rooms, and pot wash areas. Unlike open wire shelving, the solid shelf surface means smaller items, glassware, chemical containers, and loose goods sit securely without the risk of working their way through gaps — a practical advantage when storage is mixed and varied across a busy service operation.

The unit is constructed from epoxy-coated mild steel with chrome poles, giving it a clean, wipeable surface that holds up well under the daily demands of a working kitchen. The grooved pole design allows shelf heights to be adjusted at close increments, which matters in practice when container sizes change between deliveries or when storage needs shift over time. Adjustable non-marking feet help the unit sit level on uneven floors, which is a common reality in older buildings and converted spaces.

A few considerations worth noting before ordering:

• Solid shelves distribute load evenly, but plan weight across all tiers rather than concentrating heavy goods on a single shelf.
• The powder coat finish is durable for general storage but is not intended for direct food contact or prolonged exposure to standing water.
• Confirm the shelf dimensions suit your available space — this range is available in several configurations.
• No tools are required for assembly or shelf height adjustment.

This unit is well suited to independent restaurants, cafés, pub kitchens, school catering operations, and care home kitchens where reliable, adaptable storage is needed without overcomplicating the specification. For higher-density or heavier-load environments such as central production units, a heavier-duty racking system would be a more appropriate choice.

If you are fitting out a storeroom and want to talk through the right configuration for your space, the team is glad to help you get it right first time.

A dunnage rack is a low-level, free-standing platform designed to lift dry goods, boxed stock, sacked ingredients, and bulk supplies clear of the floor. The EAIS version is built on a welded steel frame with a powder coated finish and a solid deck surface — meaning there are no gaps for smaller items or loose packaging to fall through, which makes it particularly practical for sacked goods, large containers, and irregularly shaped stock.

In day-to-day back-of-house use, keeping floor-level storage compliant is straightforward in principle but easy to overlook under pressure. Raising stock off the ground allows cleaning equipment to pass underneath freely, supports pest control measures, and keeps goods clear of standing water from spillages or drain overflow. The three-sided welded frame keeps the unit rigid under load without needing to be fixed to a wall or floor.

Practical operational benefits include:

• Solid deck supports sacked goods and irregular packaging without items shifting or falling through
• Powder coated finish provides reliable durability in dry and ambient storage conditions
• Three-sided frame gives free-standing stability with no wall fixing required
• Low-profile design keeps stored goods accessible without awkward reaching or steps
• Simple welded construction with no moving parts — minimal maintenance required

These racks need no installation beyond placing them on a level floor. They are well suited to dry stores, ambient storerooms, and general back-of-house areas. It is worth noting that powder coating is suited to dry and ambient conditions; in refrigerated environments or areas subject to regular wet cleaning, a stainless steel dunnage rack is likely to be a more durable long-term option.

A sensible choice for independent kitchens, cafés, pubs, and takeaways needing cost-effective, compliant floor-level storage. Operators fitting out a full dry store may find it worth pairing dunnage racks at floor level with open shelving units above to make full use of the available height.

If you are working out the best layout for a storeroom or need to compare sizes, the team is glad to have a look with you.

The EAIS EZ Store is a four-tier wire shelving unit finished with an armour coating that provides a durable, corrosion-resistant surface suited to the day-to-day demands of a commercial kitchen. Standing 1800mm high, it makes practical use of vertical space and is available in a range of lengths and depths to fit different room layouts. The unit assembles onto its grey posts without specialist tools, so it can be configured and repositioned on site without a dedicated installation visit.

Wire shelving of this type earns its place in dry stores, preparation areas, walk-in storage rooms, and back-of-house corridors. The open wire construction promotes air circulation around stored goods — a useful consideration for food hygiene compliance — and allows staff to check stock levels at a glance without moving items. The armour coating holds up well to routine cleaning and the incidental knocks typical of a busy service environment.

Practical advantages for kitchen operators include:

• Open wire design promotes airflow and allows quick visual stock checks
• Armour coating resists corrosion and surface wear in damp or humid conditions
• Tool-free assembly allows straightforward on-site configuration and repositioning
• Multiple length and depth options let the unit be matched to the available footprint
• Four shelf levels provide flexible tiering for goods of varying heights

It is worth confirming the floor loading capacity of the installation area before ordering, particularly in older buildings where upper-floor or mezzanine storage rooms may carry restrictions. The 1800mm height suits most standard ceiling clearances, but if headroom is limited in your space that is worth checking ahead of purchase.

This unit is well suited to smaller and medium-sized operations — cafés, pub kitchens, contract catering sites, and food retail back-of-house areas — where reliable, cleanable dry storage is needed without the cost of a bespoke system. Sites with heavier load requirements or larger-scale installations may find a heavier-gauge shelving option more appropriate.

If you are working out which length and depth combination best fits your space, or planning a run of shelving across a storage room, our team is happy to talk it through before you commit to an order.

A dunnage rack is a low-level storage platform designed to keep bulk goods raised off the floor in storerooms, dry stores, and walk-in refrigeration. The EAIS chrome wire dunnage rack is a straightforward, practical piece of kit that addresses one of the most basic requirements in any food business — keeping stock off direct floor contact to satisfy food hygiene regulations and maintain a cleanable environment.

The chrome wire construction keeps the rack light enough to reposition as your storage layout demands, while the open wire design allows air to circulate freely beneath stored goods. In refrigerated environments this is particularly relevant, as unobstructed airflow under bulk stock supports more consistent temperature distribution throughout the cold room. The stability frame prevents racking or shifting under load, which matters when staff are moving quickly during a delivery or a busy service period.

In day-to-day use, operators find these racks useful for:

• Maintaining required floor clearance in line with food hygiene guidance
• Improving airflow beneath bulk stock in refrigerated and ambient storage
• Making it easier to sweep and mop beneath stored goods
• Providing a stable platform for heavy crates, sacks, and cases
• Organising high-volume storage areas without the need for fixed installation

No installation is required — the rack is freestanding and can be repositioned as your storage needs change. There are no electrical, water, or gas connections involved, and no fixings to the floor or walls. It is worth checking the load rating against your typical delivery weights before purchasing, particularly if you regularly receive heavy palletised goods.

This type of rack suits operations that receive regular bulk deliveries and need a compliant, flexible storage solution at floor level — pub kitchens, school kitchens, contract catering sites, and similar environments where stock rotation is part of the daily routine. For sites requiring full-height storage or significantly heavier load capacity, multi-tier racking or wall-mounted shelving may be a better fit.

If you are fitting out a storeroom and want to talk through the right combination of dunnage and shelving for your layout, our team is happy to help you get it right.

These castors are designed specifically for use with EAIS EZ Store racking systems, allowing shelving units to be made mobile without any modification to the posts. Each set includes two braked and two unbraked castors, giving operators the ability to lock the rack securely in position during service and release it quickly when access or repositioning is needed.

The castors come complete with expanders that fit directly into the base of standard EZ Store posts, making fitment straightforward and avoiding the need for additional fixings or adaptors. This makes them a practical option for kitchens where racking needs to move between storage, service, or cleaning areas on a regular basis.

In a busy kitchen environment, being able to reposition storage quickly — particularly when deep-cleaning or reorganising during a quiet period — reduces downtime and keeps the workflow moving. The braked castors ensure the rack stays where it is placed once in use, which is important in food-safe environments where stability and hygiene compliance go hand in hand.

These castors are suited to operators already running EAIS EZ Store racking who want to add mobility to fixed units. They are a straightforward accessory purchase, but if you are unsure which size is correct for your existing posts or whether your current racking configuration is compatible, our team is happy to help you confirm the right fit before you order.

The EAIS EZ Store is a four-tier shelving unit built from grade 304 stainless steel throughout, standing 1800mm high. Unlike open wire shelving, it uses solid shelf surfaces, which means smaller containers, loose items, and irregularly shaped stock sit securely without any risk of dropping through. It is a practical, no-frills storage solution found across a wide range of commercial kitchen environments.

In day-to-day use, this unit performs reliably in drystores, potwash areas, prep kitchens, coldrooms, freezer rooms, fish rooms, and chemical stores. The grade 304 construction handles the damp and humidity that comes with frequent cleaning routines without deteriorating, which makes it a more durable choice in wet zones than alternatives made from lesser materials. The solid shelf format also suits environments where hygiene regimes demand smooth, uninterrupted surfaces that are quick to wipe down.

The practical advantages that matter most in busy kitchens include:

• Solid surface supports small containers, pots, and loose items without risk of items falling through
• Shelf heights adjust at 25mm increments on grooved chrome poles — no specialist tools required
• One-piece polymer corner connectors make assembly straightforward with no loose hardware
• Non-marking adjustable feet level the unit on uneven floors without damaging the surface beneath
• Grade 304 stainless construction withstands wet environments and daily chemical cleaning

This unit requires no wall or floor fixing and assembles without specialist tools, which suits both permanent and flexible storage layouts. Before ordering, it is worth confirming the footprint against your available space — particularly in compact drystores or walk-in coldrooms where passage clearance matters. The unit is available in a range of widths and depths, so getting the configuration right first time avoids unnecessary returns or reordering.

It is well suited to mid-sized and larger catering operations needing durable, hygienic storage across multiple kitchen zones. For lighter-duty applications or where budget is the primary consideration, open wire shelving may offer a more economical route. If you are fitting out a coldroom, chemical store, or high-throughput potwash area and want to talk through the right size and layout, the team is glad to help.

The EAIS EZ Store Wide Boy is a four-tier wire shelving unit finished in grey nylon coating, designed for commercial storage environments where the combination of load capacity, moisture resistance, and hygiene all matter. The wide-format footprint makes it particularly useful in larger store rooms where space efficiency is a priority, and the adjustable shelf positions — configurable in 25mm increments along the grooved uprights — allow the unit to be arranged around whatever is being stored rather than the other way around.

This type of shelving is well suited to the more demanding areas of a commercial operation. The nylon coating handles temperature extremes reliably, making it equally practical in a below-zero freezer room as in a warm dry store, and it resists the moisture, cleaning chemicals, and daily contact that would degrade bare metal relatively quickly. Adjustable non-marking feet allow the unit to be levelled on uneven floors, which matters for stability under load and makes floor cleaning around the base straightforward.

In practical terms, the main operational advantages are:

• Nylon coating resists corrosion in wet, cold, and chemical-heavy environments
• 25mm incremental shelf adjustment accommodates varying container and packaging heights
• Wide-format bay makes efficient use of larger storage rooms and coldrooms
• High per-shelf load rating supports bulk ingredient and supply storage
• Non-marking adjustable feet provide stability on uneven floors

It is worth confirming the right configuration before ordering. Sites with tighter floor areas or more modest storage volumes may be better served by a narrower or lower unit, while high-volume operations storing heavy goods across multiple bays may benefit from a planned bay layout. If you are fitting out a store room, coldroom, or potwash area and want to make sure the configuration is right for your space and load requirements, the team is glad to help you work through it.

The EAIS EZ Store is a four-tier freestanding storage unit with solid galvanised steel shelves, built for back-of-house use in commercial kitchens and catering operations. Where wire shelving can cause smaller items to tip or fall through, the unbroken shelf surface gives a stable platform for loose provisions, dry goods, crockery, glassware, and linen — the kind of mixed, everyday stock that most kitchens need to keep organised and accessible.

In practice, this type of shelving does consistent work in drystores, preparation areas, service corridors, and cold rooms. The solid surface has a practical hygiene advantage over wire alternatives — there are no gaps to trap food debris, and the shelves wipe down quickly during routine cleaning. Shelf heights adjust at regular increments along the chrome poles, so the layout can be reconfigured as storage needs change without any permanent modification to the unit.

Key operational advantages include:

• Solid shelf surface supports loose, small, and irregularly shaped items securely
• Tool-free assembly using plastic tapered collars on chrome poles
• Adjustable non-marking feet level the unit on uneven floor surfaces
• Galvanised finish offers corrosion resistance in ambient and cold storage conditions
• Available across a range of widths and depths to suit different spaces

This unit is suited to ambient, dry, and cold storage environments. It is not the right choice for wash-up areas or consistently wet, high-humidity locations — a fully stainless shelving unit would be more appropriate there. The 1800mm height works well in most back-of-house areas, but the upper tiers should be loaded sensibly and the unit positioned with stability in mind, particularly where floor traffic is heavy.

The EZ Store is a practical, cost-effective option for independent restaurants, pub kitchens, cafés, and smaller catering operations. Sites handling very high stock volumes or heavy pallet-weight loads may be better served by a heavier-duty shelving system.

If you are working out which width or depth fits your available space, or whether this unit is the right choice for your storage environment, the team is glad to help before you place an order.

Dunnage racks are low-profile floor-standing storage platforms designed to raise dry goods, bulk ingredients, and packaged product off the kitchen floor. EAIS manufacture these in galvanised steel with a solid deck surface, making them a reliable choice for dry stores, walk-in areas, and back-of-house storage where raised floor-level storage is a hygiene and compliance requirement.

In working kitchens, dunnage racks earn their place by keeping stock clear of cold, damp floors and allowing air to circulate beneath stored goods. The solid deck surface means nothing falls through, which suits bagged or loose product that would shift or spill on an open wire shelf. The three-sided stability frame prevents the rack from racking or distorting under load — particularly relevant when heavy sacks are being placed and removed at pace during a busy goods-in period.

Practical advantages operators typically value:

• Raised platform keeps stock clear of floor-level moisture and cold surfaces
• Solid galvanised deck suits bagged dry goods, boxes, and bulk containers
• Low-profile height fits beneath shelving runs or stands alone in a dry store
• Galvanised finish resists corrosion in humid storage environments
• Three-sided frame maintains structural integrity under repeated heavy loading

These racks require no installation beyond placing on a level floor surface — there are no electrical, gas, or water connections involved. It is worth noting that solid deck dunnage racks are suited to dry storage specifically; they are not the right choice for refrigerated or wet areas, where open-wire designs are generally preferred to allow drainage. If you are placing multiple units, allow adequate aisle clearance for safe manual handling during goods-in.

Well suited to any catering operation with a dedicated dry store — hotels, contract caterers, school kitchens, care homes, and sites handling regular bulk deliveries. For operations needing mid-height or full-height shelving rather than floor-level raised storage, open wire or solid shelving systems would be more appropriate.

If you are specifying dry store storage for a new or refurbished kitchen, the team is happy to talk through what combination of shelving and dunnage racking makes sense for your space.

The EAIS EZ Store Wide Boy is a three-tier nylon coated wire shelving unit designed for general storage use in commercial kitchens and back-of-house environments. The grey nylon coating covers both the wire shelves and the upright poles, providing a practical barrier against moisture, grease and general wear. Standing at 1650mm tall, the unit offers useful vertical storage across three shelf levels without creating overhead clearance problems in most storeroom settings.

This type of shelving earns its place in areas where bare metal tends to deteriorate quickly. The coating makes it a sensible choice for coldrooms and freezer rooms, potwash and wet storage areas, chemical stores, and drystores where condensation is a recurring factor. The grooved poles allow shelf positions to be adjusted in 25mm increments, so operators can reconfigure the layout as stock profiles change — no tools required. Adjustable non-marking feet are fitted as standard, which helps on uneven floors and avoids marking floor surfaces.

• Nylon coated shelves and poles resist moisture, grease and corrosion
• Shelf height adjustable in 25mm increments without tools
• Suitable for coldrooms, freezer rooms, wet areas and drystores
• Non-marking adjustable feet compensate for uneven floor surfaces
• Freestanding — no wall fixing required for standard use

It is worth considering shelf width relative to load requirements before ordering. Wider shelf configurations carry a lower maximum load per shelf than narrower alternatives, so if you are storing heavy bulk goods this is worth factoring into your selection. As a freestanding unit, placement in high-traffic areas deserves some thought — unbalanced heavy loads on a single shelf can affect stability.

This unit is well suited to small and medium commercial kitchens, prep areas, storerooms and back-of-house spaces where a durable, easy-to-clean storage solution is needed across varied conditions. For sites with significantly higher storage volumes or more intensive racking demands, a heavier-duty shelving system may be a better fit.

If you are fitting out a storeroom and want to talk through the most practical shelving layout for your space, we are happy to help before you order.
