Elia Knives, Forks & Spoons

The Elia Sirocco teaspoon is a slimline, contemporary piece of flatware forged from a single piece of 18/10 stainless steel and finished to a high mirror polish. The Sirocco range sits at the smarter end of everyday commercial cutlery — clean-lined and unfussy, without the decorative detailing that tends to date quickly in busy hospitality environments.

In practice, 18/10 stainless steel holds up well to the rigours of commercial use. The higher nickel content relative to standard 18/0 flatware gives it better corrosion resistance and helps it retain its finish over repeated dishwasher cycles, which matters when covers are high and cutlery is being turned around multiple times during service. The slimline profile also tends to nest and sort more easily in cutlery cylinders and baskets.

• Well suited to cafés, restaurants, hotels, and contract catering operations
• Compatible with standard commercial dishwasher cycles
• Consistent finish across the Sirocco range, making it straightforward to mix covers
• Sold in packs of 12, which suits staged purchasing as covers grow

One practical consideration: mirror-polished flatware shows water marks more readily than a satin finish, so operators in areas with hard water may want to factor in drying or rinse-aid use. The Sirocco range is available across multiple piece types, so building out a consistent table setting is straightforward.

This teaspoon is a sensible choice for operators who want a clean, modern look without moving into premium silverware territory. If you are setting up a new site or refreshing existing stock and want to talk through quantities or piece mix, the team is happy to help.

The Elia Virtu table fork is part of a cutlery range designed to stand apart from more conventional patterns. The handle profile is substantial and sculpted, giving the piece a confident presence on the table whilst remaining comfortable to hold during a full meal service. It is produced in 18/10 stainless steel throughout, which provides good resistance to corrosion and discolouration under repeated commercial dishwasher cycles.

In a busy restaurant or hotel environment, cutlery takes considerable punishment — repeated machine washing, polishing, and handling by multiple staff members across every service. The Virtu fork holds up well to this kind of daily use. The solid handle construction means there are no hollow sections or joined components that could loosen or trap food debris over time, which simplifies both cleaning and long-term maintenance of your cutlery stock.

From an operational standpoint, the Virtu pattern offers a few practical advantages worth noting:

• Solid handle construction — no joints or seams to deteriorate under heavy use
• 18/10 stainless steel resists staining and corrosion through repeated machine washing
• Distinctive profile adds a considered aesthetic without requiring a full table setting overhaul
• Sold in packs of 12, making it straightforward to stock in multiples that match your cover count
• Can be stored flat in cutlery trays or stood upright in table presentation vessels

It is worth considering whether the Virtu pattern is consistent with the rest of your table setting before committing to a full order. The handle design is distinctive, so it sits best where it can be used as a cohesive set rather than mixed with contrasting patterns. For very high-volume operations with rapid turnaround requirements, it is also worth reviewing the full Elia range to confirm this is the right weight and style for your service style.

If you would like to discuss how the Virtu range fits alongside your existing tableware, or to work out the right quantity for your cover count, the team is happy to help.

The Elia Sirocco table knife is a slimline, contemporary pattern manufactured from a single piece of 18/10 stainless steel and finished to a high mirror polish. It forms part of Elia's Sirocco range, which carries a consistent profile across all place settings — useful for operators who want a coherent table setting without mixing patterns.

18/10 stainless steel is the standard specification for professional hospitality cutlery. The higher nickel content compared to 18/0 gives better corrosion resistance and helps the polish hold up through repeated commercial dishwasher cycles. In busy restaurant and hotel environments where cutlery goes through the machine several times a day, that durability matters over the long run.

The Sirocco knife suits a range of dining formats well:

• Formal restaurant and hotel dining rooms where a clean, modern aesthetic is appropriate
• Brasserie and bistro covers where understated contemporary cutlery fits the look
• Function and banqueting operations requiring consistent, dishwasher-reliable place settings

It is a straightforward, well-made knife with no unusual maintenance requirements. Sold in packs of 12, which works for smaller operations buying to par or for topping up existing Sirocco covers. For higher-volume sites or large banqueting operations, larger case quantities may be worth discussing to manage cost per cover.

If you are specifying cutlery across a full table setting or need guidance on quantity planning for your covers, the team is happy to help you work through the numbers before you order.

The Elia Aspect table knife is part of Elia's Aspect cutlery range, designed to offer a consistent, well-proportioned profile across a full place setting. Constructed from 18/10 stainless steel with a mirror finish, it presents cleanly on the table and holds up well through repeated commercial dishwasher cycles without dulling or discolouring.

In practice, 18/10 stainless steel is the standard specification for quality restaurant cutlery. The higher nickel content compared to 18/0 gives the steel better corrosion resistance, which matters in environments where cutlery is being washed and polished at volume every service. The Aspect knife has a generous gauge, which gives it a reassuring weight in the hand — something that tends to register positively with guests and reflects well on the overall table presentation.

Supplied in packs of 12, the Aspect table knife is a practical choice for operators building or replacing a cutlery set. Key considerations for day-to-day use:

• 18/10 stainless steel resists staining and tarnishing under heavy wash cycles
• Mirror finish polishes up quickly and presents consistently across a table
• Generous gauge gives a balanced feel without being unwieldy
• Pack of 12 suits both initial setups and top-up purchasing
• Part of a wider Aspect range, making it straightforward to match across a full cover

The Aspect range is well suited to mid-market and upper-casual dining environments where table presentation matters but the cutlery also needs to withstand the demands of a busy wash-up operation. For very high-volume sites or establishments seeking a heavier specification, it is worth considering whether a higher-gauge pattern within the range better fits the service style.

If you are specifying cutlery across a full restaurant fit-out or want to confirm the Aspect range covers all the covers and patterns you need, we are happy to talk it through.

The Elia Aspect dessert fork is part of a well-established cutlery range designed for professional table service. Manufactured from 18/10 stainless steel and finished to a high mirror polish, it strikes a balance between a considered aesthetic and the practical durability that commercial settings demand. The profile has a broad square base that tapers cleanly into a well-proportioned head — a design that reads as contemporary without being trend-dependent.

In a busy restaurant or hotel environment, cutlery takes sustained punishment through repeated service, commercial dishwashing cycles, and high-volume handling. The Aspect fork holds up well in this context. The gauge gives it a reassuring weight in the hand, which tends to read well with guests, and the 18/10 composition provides good resistance to staining and corrosion over time.

• Mirror polish maintains appearance through repeated commercial dishwasher cycles
• 18/10 stainless steel construction resists staining and corrosion in daily service
• Substantial gauge gives a quality feel suited to mid- to upper-tier table settings
• Consistent profile across the Aspect range supports cohesive cover layouts
• Supplied in packs of 12, practical for ordering to par stock levels

As with any cutlery range, it is worth considering the broader Aspect collection if you are building or refreshing a full cover. Matching across courses and service types gives a more coherent table presentation. For venues running very high covers or with particularly demanding dishwashing conditions, it is worth discussing gauge and finish options with us before committing to a full range order.

If you are specifying cutlery for a new opening or a full cover refresh and would like to talk through quantities or range options, we are happy to help.

The Elia Sirocco table fork is a slimline, contemporary piece forged from a single piece of 18/10 stainless steel and polished to a high mirror finish. It sits within Elia's Sirocco range, which is designed around clean lines and a refined silhouette that works across a broad range of dining settings.

In service, 18/10 stainless steel is the practical choice for high-use cutlery. The higher nickel content gives it good resistance to staining and corrosion, which matters when pieces are going through a commercial dishwasher multiple times a day. The polished finish holds up well to repeated washing and the single-piece forged construction means there are no joins or hollow sections that can trap food or fail under pressure over time.

The Sirocco pattern is well suited to operations that want a contemporary table setting without heavy ornamentation — restaurants, hotel dining rooms, private members clubs, and similar environments where presentation matters but the cutlery also needs to perform reliably through busy services.

Cutlery is sold here in packs of 12. For larger openings or high-volume operations, it is worth considering how many covers you are turning and factoring in a sensible buffer stock — cutlery losses and damage are a routine part of commercial service. If you are building out a full place setting using the Sirocco range or have questions about quantities for your operation, we are happy to help work through what you need.

The Elia Virtu teaspoon is part of a distinctive cutlery range that balances a considered aesthetic with the practical demands of commercial table service. Produced in 18/10 stainless steel, the Virtu pattern features solid, heavyweight handles that give each piece a reassuring presence on the table, whether laid flat in the conventional manner or stood upright as a style choice.

In service, the weight and balance of a teaspoon matter more than they might first appear. A well-proportioned piece feels deliberate in a guest's hand and reflects on the overall table setting. The Virtu range is designed to read as considered and upmarket without crossing into fussy or impractical territory — a balance that suits a wide range of hospitality environments.

18/10 stainless steel offers reliable resistance to corrosion and staining through repeated commercial dishwasher cycles, which is a practical baseline requirement for any cutlery used at volume. The finish holds well under regular service conditions.

• Suitable for restaurant, hotel, and private dining table settings
• Handles the rigour of commercial dishwashing consistently
• Solid handle construction reduces the lightweight feel common in lower-grade cutlery
• Sold in packs of 12, allowing practical quantity purchasing for covers management

If you're building out a full place setting using the Virtu pattern or considering the range across multiple tables, it's worth speaking with us about quantities and which pieces complement each other best in service.

The Elia Virtu soup spoon is part of a well-regarded cutlery range designed for formal and semi-formal restaurant table settings. Each spoon is produced from 18/10 stainless steel, which provides a good level of corrosion resistance and retains its finish through repeated commercial dishwasher cycles. The range is notable for its solid, heavyweight handles, which give a substantial feel in the hand and present well on a dressed table.

In a service environment, cutlery needs to perform reliably across multiple covers each day without showing wear quickly. The Virtu range is designed with that in mind — the solid handle construction holds up well to the demands of high-turnover dining, and the 18/10 steel grade is well suited to the chemical exposure involved in commercial warewashing. The spoons stack and sort consistently, which helps front-of-house teams during polishing and mise en place.

• Heavyweight solid handles add a quality feel during guest service
• 18/10 stainless steel resists staining and maintains appearance over time
• Consistent sizing across the range supports uniform table presentation
• Handles designed to rest flat or stand upright depending on cover style

These spoons are best suited to restaurants, hotels, and dining venues where table presentation is a priority and cutlery is expected to perform consistently across a busy week of service. They are equally appropriate for contract catering operations running formal dining. If your operation runs very high volumes and needs a more economical option, lighter-gauge alternatives are available in the range.

If you're building out a full cutlery specification or matching pieces across a table setting, it's worth speaking with us to make sure everything works together — we're happy to help you select the right pieces before you order.

The Elia Virtu service spoon is a solid, well-proportioned piece from Elia's Virtu cutlery range, crafted in 18/10 stainless steel. The Virtu pattern is known for its substantial feel and clean lines — a style that sits comfortably in formal dining, hotel restaurants, and quality casual dining environments alike.

In table service, service spoons take considerable daily use — repeated handling, high-temperature dishwasher cycles, and the general rigours of a working pass. The 18/10 stainless steel construction holds up well under these conditions, resisting corrosion and maintaining its finish over time without special treatment.

Supplied in packs of 12, the Virtu service spoon offers straightforward operational advantages for front-of-house teams:

• Consistent weight and balance supports confident, controlled serving
• 18/10 steel resists staining and pitting through repeated commercial wash cycles
• Uniform sizing across the range simplifies storage and service setup
• Pack quantity suits initial cover setups or topping up existing Virtu stocks

As with any cutlery purchase, it's worth considering your cover count and wash cycle frequency when deciding how many packs to order. For higher-volume operations running multiple sittings, holding additional stock ensures service continuity if pieces are out on the wash cycle during a busy period.

The Virtu range suits operators who want a reliable, well-made pattern without overly ornate styling — practical for everyday service whilst still presenting well on the table. If you're building out a full Virtu table setting or want to discuss quantities for a new opening, the team is happy to help you work through what you need.

The Elia Sirocco dessert fork is part of a contemporary flatware range manufactured from 18/10 stainless steel. Each piece is forged from a single length of steel and polished to a high mirror finish, giving the pattern a clean, slimline profile that works well across a range of formal and informal covers.

In service, 18/10 stainless steel performs reliably under the demands of a busy restaurant environment. The higher nickel content in the alloy gives the Sirocco range better resistance to corrosion and surface staining compared with lower-grade flatware, and the finish holds up well through repeated commercial dishwasher cycles without losing its appearance over time.

For operators, the practical advantages of a well-specified flatware range tend to show up in the detail:

• Consistent finish across the set supports a cohesive table presentation
• Single-piece forging avoids weak joints or hollow handles that can trap moisture
• 18/10 grade resists pitting and tarnishing through frequent warewashing
• Slimline profile handles comfortably without feeling flimsy in use
• Sold in packs of 12, making it straightforward to order in multiples to cover service requirements

The Sirocco pattern is well suited to restaurants, hotels, and function venues looking for a contemporary flatware design that presents well without requiring specialist care. If you are equipping a larger operation or building out a full cover count, it is worth considering whether the pack size aligns with your service numbers before ordering.

If you are unsure which pattern or quantity best fits your covers, our team is happy to talk it through.

The Elia Aspect table fork is part of Elia's Aspect cutlery range, produced in 18/10 stainless steel with a mirror finish. The design features a broad, square-based handle that tapers into a well-balanced profile, giving the piece a solid feel in the hand without appearing heavy on the table. At 205mm in length, it sits comfortably within standard table fork sizing for a formal or semi-formal cover.

In a busy restaurant or hotel dining environment, cutlery takes considerable daily punishment — repeated service, commercial dishwasher cycles, and bulk handling in sorting trays. The 18/10 stainless steel construction gives the Aspect fork good resistance to corrosion and tarnishing under those conditions, and the mirror finish, while requiring proper dishwasher chemistry and drying to maintain its appearance, holds up well with routine care.

• Consistent weight and balance across the set, supporting a uniform table presentation
• Mirror finish suits formal dining, banqueting, and hotel restaurant covers
• 18/10 steel grade offers reliable corrosion resistance through repeated commercial dishwasher use
• Sold in packs of 12, practical for building or topping up cover sets

The Aspect range is worth considering for operations that want a clearly defined, structured cutlery profile without moving into heavily decorative or ornate patterns. It works well in contemporary restaurant settings, private dining rooms, and hotel covers where a clean, substantial look is appropriate. For very high-volume canteen or casual dining environments where cutlery loss and replacement is a frequent concern, a simpler pattern at a lower price point may be a more practical choice.

If you're specifying cutlery across a full cover — or need to match Aspect forks with the wider range — the team is happy to help work through quantities and pattern combinations before you order.

The Elia Aspect dessert spoon is part of Elia's broader Aspect flatware range, manufactured in 18/10 stainless steel with a mirror polish finish. The pattern features a broad, squared heel that tapers into a well-proportioned bowl, giving it a distinctive profile that sits comfortably between contemporary and classic table settings. Supplied in packs of twelve, it is a practical purchasing format for operators restocking or building out a cover count.

In a busy service environment, cutlery takes considerable punishment — repeated washing, stacking, and handling across hundreds of covers. The 18/10 grade stainless steel used in the Aspect range offers good resistance to corrosion and staining under commercial dishwasher conditions, and the substantial gauge means the spoon holds its shape and balance over time rather than feeling flimsy in the hand. The mirror finish is consistent across the range, which matters when covers are laid up together.

• 18/10 stainless steel construction resists corrosion and staining in commercial use
• Mirror finish presents well across formal and casual table settings
• Generous gauge provides a solid feel and good long-term durability
• Pack of 12 suits both initial stock builds and ongoing replacement
• Part of the wider Aspect range for a cohesive flatware selection

There are no specialist storage or handling requirements beyond standard cutlery care — thorough drying after washing will help maintain the mirror finish over time. The Aspect range is available across multiple cutlery pieces, so operators can cover a full table setting within the same pattern. For higher-volume or more formal operations, Elia offers ranges in heavier gauges or with more elaborate detailing if the Aspect profile is not quite the right fit.

If you are sourcing cutlery for a new opening or refreshing an existing set and want to talk through the options, the team is happy to help you work out the right quantities and pieces for your covers.

The Elia Virtu dessert knife is part of a cutlery range designed with a distinctively solid handle profile that sits comfortably in the hand and presents well on a laid table. Made from 18/10 stainless steel, the pattern carries a good weight that reads as quality to the guest without feeling cumbersome during a dessert course.

In service, the solid handle construction means these knives hold up well to repeated commercial dishwashing cycles without the handle degradation you can see with hollow-handled or bonded alternatives. The 18/10 grade resists staining and retains its appearance under regular high-temperature wash conditions, which matters when you're turning covers quickly and need cutlery to come back looking presentable.

Practical points worth considering for front-of-house:

• Solid handle construction — no delamination or fill failure over time
• 18/10 stainless steel maintains appearance through commercial dishwash cycles
• Suited to both flat lay and upright presentation on the table
• Consistent weight and balance across the pack supports uniform table setting
• Sold in packs of 12, making par stock calculations straightforward

The Virtu pattern is well suited to mid-range to formal dining environments where presentation matters but practicality in the wash-up and on the pass is equally important. It works across a broad range of covers — from hotel dining rooms and private members' clubs through to quality casual restaurant operations. If you're equipping a very high-volume venue with heavy daily throughput, it's worth considering a heavier-gauge pattern from the wider range.

If you're building out a new cutlery specification or matching into an existing Elia pattern, the team is happy to talk through quantities, mix-and-match options, or suitability for your service style.

The Elia Aspect tea spoon is part of a cohesive cutlery range designed for consistent, professional table presentation. Manufactured in 18/10 stainless steel with a mirror finish, it offers the kind of clean, well-proportioned appearance that suits a broad range of dining styles — from café counter service to more formal restaurant settings.

In day-to-day service, 18/10 stainless steel holds up well to repeated commercial dishwashing cycles without dulling or staining. The mirror finish remains presentable over time with normal care, which matters when cutlery is being turned around quickly between covers. The gauge is solid enough to feel substantial in the hand without being overly heavy, which tends to sit well with guests.

Supplied in packs of 12, the Aspect tea spoon suits operations that want to build or extend a matching cutlery set without committing to full canteen quantities in one go. Practical points worth noting:

• 18/10 stainless steel construction resists corrosion and staining in commercial use
• Mirror finish presents well across both casual and formal dining environments
• Pack of 12 allows flexible stock management for smaller or growing operations
• Part of the wider Aspect range, supporting consistent pattern matching across a table setting
• Suitable for standard commercial dishwasher cycles

For operations running high cover volumes, it is worth considering how many packs are needed to maintain adequate float across peak service periods without running short between wash cycles.

If you are building out a full Aspect setting or matching to existing cutlery on site, we are happy to help work through quantities and pattern options — just get in touch with the team.

The Elia Reed dessert knife is a well-proportioned table piece in 18/10 stainless steel, designed to sit comfortably in a cover where a full dinner knife would feel oversized. The Reed pattern follows a classic outline with clean, considered detailing — a straightforward choice for operators who want a consistent, professional table setting without leaning heavily into ornate or contemporary extremes.

In service, the balance between blade and handle makes the piece comfortable to use and easy for front-of-house staff to handle during plating and clearing. The 18/10 stainless steel grade gives good resistance to staining and corrosion under regular commercial dishwashing cycles, which matters over time in busy operations where cutlery is turned around multiple times per service.

Practical considerations for operators:

• 18/10 stainless steel holds its finish well under repeated high-temperature commercial dishwashing
• Consistent weight and balance supports smooth, comfortable use for guests
• Suited to dessert covers, cake service, and afternoon tea settings
• Sold in packs of 12, allowing straightforward stock management by cover count
• The Reed pattern coordinates within a broader Elia Reed cutlery range

The pack-of-12 format suits most operators buying per table or section. For larger operations or venues running high covers across multiple sittings, it is worth considering how many packs you need to hold enough stock through a full service without running short during a dishwash cycle.

If you are building out a full Reed place setting or are unsure how many pieces to order for your cover count and table turns, the team is happy to help you work through the numbers before you commit.

The Elia Reed Teaspoon is a standard-gauge 18/10 stainless steel teaspoon, supplied in packs of twelve. It sits within Elia's Reed pattern range — a clean, unfussy design that works across a range of table settings without feeling out of place in either a casual café or a more considered dining environment.

In day-to-day service, 18/10 stainless steel holds up well under repeated commercial dishwasher cycles. The higher nickel content in the alloy helps resist corrosion and maintain appearance over time, which matters when cutlery is going through a glasswasher or dishwasher multiple times a day. The Reed pattern's straightforward profile also means there are no ornate details to trap residue or slow down polishing.

At 145mm in length, this sits in the standard teaspoon range — appropriate for hot drinks service, side plates, and dessert accompaniments such as preserves or cream. The gauge gives the piece a reassuring weight in the hand without being heavy.

A few practical points worth considering: teaspoon attrition rates in busy operations can be high, so it is worth thinking about how many covers you run and what your replacement cycle looks like before settling on a quantity. Packs of twelve suit smaller operations or those topping up an existing Reed pattern set; higher-volume sites may want to look at larger pack options.

If you are building out a full Reed pattern specification or matching to existing table settings, it is worth speaking with us — we can help ensure you have the right pieces and quantities across the range.

The Elia Reed dessert spoon is a solid 18/10 stainless steel piece finished to a high-shine mirror polish. It is part of the Reed pattern, a design that sits comfortably across both traditional dining rooms and contemporary restaurant settings without looking out of place in either.

In a busy service environment, cutlery takes a considerable amount of daily handling, repeated machine washing, and the occasional rough treatment that comes with high covers. The 18/10 stainless steel construction gives the Reed spoon good resistance to tarnishing and corrosion over time, and the weight and balance feel considered rather than lightweight, which tends to read well to guests at the table.

• Solid 18/10 stainless steel construction resists tarnishing through frequent commercial dishwasher cycles
• Mirror polish finish maintains its appearance with standard warewashing practice
• Neutral Reed pattern works across formal and informal table settings
• Sold in packs of 12, practical for building up covers or replacing losses
• Consistent sizing across the Reed range supports a coordinated table lay

Supplied in packs of 12, the Reed dessert spoon is well suited to restaurants, hotels, and event caterers who want reliable, presentable cutlery without unnecessary complexity. For operators running higher covers or needing to stock a full cutlery range, the Reed pattern extends across a wider set of pieces, which makes building a consistent table setting straightforward.

If you are unsure how many packs to order for your cover count, or whether the Reed pattern fits the style of your operation, we are happy to help you work it through.

The Elia Virtu dessert fork is part of a distinctive cutlery range characterised by its solid, heavyweight handles and considered shaping. Made from 18/10 stainless steel, the Virtu pattern sits in the upper tier of Elia's hospitality cutlery offer — the kind of piece that reads well on a formally dressed table without demanding constant replacement.

In a busy restaurant or hotel setting, cutlery takes a great deal of handling, stacking, and repeated dishwasher cycles. The 18/10 steel grade used here offers good resistance to tarnishing and corrosion under those conditions, helping the pieces maintain their appearance through extended service use. The solid handle construction also means the fork sits with a reassuring weight on the table, which tends to register positively with guests.

From a practical standpoint, this pattern works well where operators want a consistent, polished table setting without committing to heavily ornate cutlery that shows wear more obviously over time. Useful operational points include:

• Solid handle construction lends stability when placed upright in a presentation setting
• 18/10 steel grade holds up well through high-frequency commercial dishwashing
• Supplied in packs of 12, making stock management straightforward for covers-based ordering

Virtu is one pattern within a broader Elia range. If you are equipping a large dining operation or need to match an existing pattern already in service, it is worth confirming compatibility across the full range — knives, forks, spoons, and service pieces — before ordering in volume.

If you are building out a full table setting or are unsure which Elia pattern best fits your service style and budget, the team is happy to talk it through.

The Elia Aspect Dessert Knife is part of Elia's Aspect cutlery range, a pattern designed to balance a contemporary square-based profile with practical weight and balance in the hand. Finished in 18/10 stainless steel with a mirror polish, each knife presents well on the table and holds its appearance through repeated commercial washing cycles.

In a busy restaurant or hotel environment, cutlery takes a considerable amount of daily handling, stacking, and machine washing. The Aspect range is produced to a generous gauge, which gives each piece a solid, reassuring feel that reads as quality to the guest. The mirror finish is consistent across the range, which matters when covers are laid at speed and mismatched pieces stand out.

A few practical points worth considering when specifying this pattern for your operation:

• 18/10 stainless steel provides good corrosion resistance in high-cycle dishwasher use
• Mirror finish suits formal dining and hotel table settings where presentation standards are high
• Sold in packs of 12, which suits standard cover quantities and stock rotation
• The consistent Aspect profile allows dessert knives to be mixed across a full place setting from the same range
• Heavier gauge reduces the risk of bending under normal service conditions

As with any cutlery purchase for a new opening or a pattern change, it is worth confirming your full cover count and likely attrition rate before committing to an initial quantity. If you are building out a complete Aspect place setting or need guidance on quantities for your service volume, the team is happy to help you work through the numbers.

The Elia Virtu table knife is a solid-handled piece from Elia's Virtu cutlery range, constructed in 18/10 stainless steel throughout. The handle profile is notably substantial, giving the knife a weighted, quality feel in the hand, and the design allows it to be stood upright on the table as well as laid flat in the conventional manner — a small but considered detail for front-of-house presentation.

In a busy restaurant or hotel dining room, cutlery takes considerable punishment: repeated machine washing, constant handling, and the occasional knock against hard surfaces. The 18/10 stainless steel used here offers good resistance to staining and corrosion over sustained use, and the solid handle construction avoids the hollow-handle weakness that can cause problems with cheaper alternatives over time. This is a practical workhorse piece that holds its appearance well through heavy service cycles.

• Solid handle construction resists the loosening or cracking that affects hollow-handled alternatives
• Upright or flat table placement supports flexible front-of-house presentation styles
• 18/10 stainless steel finish maintains appearance through repeated commercial dishwasher cycles
• Consistent weight and balance across the set supports a uniform table presentation
• Sold in packs of 12, practical for cover-count-based purchasing

Virtu is suited to mid-to-upper casual dining, hotel restaurants, and function venues where a distinctive, substantial piece is preferred over entry-level cutlery but a full silver service weight is not required. For higher-volume operations or more formal dining environments, heavier-grade or more extensively weighted ranges may be worth considering.

If you're building out a full Virtu cover or want to discuss quantities relative to your cover count and washing cycles, the team is happy to help you work through the numbers.

The Elia Sirocco dessert spoon is part of a slimline contemporary cutlery range, each piece forged from a single length of 18/10 stainless steel and brought to a high mirror polish. The pattern sits at the more refined end of the Elia catalogue — clean lines, minimal detailing, and a balanced feel in the hand that suits both formal and relaxed dining settings.

In service, 18/10 stainless steel holds its finish well under repeated commercial dishwasher cycles. The higher nickel content compared to 18/0 gives the metal greater resistance to surface discolouration and corrosion over time, which matters when cutlery is being washed and turned around multiple times per day. The Sirocco's slimline profile is practical too — it stacks and rolls neatly, which keeps cutlery stations tidy during a busy service.

• Forged from a single piece of 18/10 stainless steel for consistent weight and balance
• High mirror polish finish that holds up well to commercial dishwasher cycles
• Slimline profile suits contemporary table settings in restaurants, hotels, and cafés
• Sold in packs of 12, making cover-count ordering straightforward
• 18/10 grade offers good corrosion resistance for longevity in high-turnover operations

Supplied in packs of 12, the Sirocco is suited to restaurants, hotel dining rooms, event caterers, and any operation that needs a dependable contemporary pattern across a reasonable number of covers. If you're building out a full table setting or matching across multiple cutlery pieces, it's worth a conversation to make sure the quantities and mix work for your cover count and service style.

The Elia Viola table knife is a one-piece 18/10 stainless steel knife finished to a mirror polish. The design follows clean, contemporary lines without ornate detailing, making it a straightforward choice for operators who want a consistent, modern table setting across covers. It sits comfortably within both formal dining and relaxed service environments without looking out of place in either.

In day-to-day service the Viola holds up well to the routine of commercial use — repeated dishwasher cycles, high cover volumes, and the general handling knives receive in a busy front-of-house operation. The 18/10 steel grade offers good resistance to tarnishing and corrosion, which matters when cutlery is being washed multiple times daily. The one-piece construction removes the risk of handle separation that can occur with filled or hollow-handled alternatives over time.

• Mirror-polished finish maintains a presentable appearance through regular service cycles
• Dishwasher safe, supporting efficient post-service turnaround
• One-piece construction avoids the wear points common in filled-handle designs
• Heavy gauge provides a reassuring feel that reads as quality to the guest
• Supplied in a pack of 12, suited to topping up existing Viola covers or starting a new set

The Viola is well suited to restaurants, hotel dining rooms, and event caterers looking for a clean contemporary style at a practical price point. It sits in the mid-range of the Elia cutlery catalogue — operators with higher-volume or more formal requirements may find heavier or more elaborately finished patterns within the range a better fit, while those running high-turnover casual dining may prefer a more entry-level option.

If you are building out a full Viola cover or mixing patterns across a new opening, it is worth a conversation with the team to make sure the pieces work together before you commit to quantities.

The Elia Sirocco soup spoon is part of a contemporary cutlery range produced from a single piece of 18/10 stainless steel and brought to a high mirror polish. The design is clean and slimline, with a restrained aesthetic that sits comfortably in modern dining environments without drawing attention away from the food.

In service, 18/10 stainless steel is a well-regarded choice for commercial cutlery. The higher nickel content contributes to corrosion resistance and helps the finish hold up through repeated commercial dishwasher cycles over an extended service life. The Sirocco pattern is simple enough to remain presentable as pieces age alongside one another.

From a practical standpoint, this type of cutlery suits operators who want a consistent, professional table setting without the maintenance demands of silver-plated alternatives. Key operational considerations include:

• 18/10 stainless steel construction resists staining and tarnishing in daily use
• High mirror polish maintains a smart appearance through commercial dishwashing
• Single-piece forging avoids weak joints or hollow handles that can fail under use
• Sold in a pack of 12, practical for phased purchasing or stock replenishment
• Slimline profile suits contemporary cover settings without adding bulk to place settings

This pattern is well suited to restaurants, hotel dining rooms, bistros, and café operations looking for a durable everyday soup spoon with a contemporary feel. It is a mid-range commercial pattern — operators equipping a high-end fine dining environment may wish to review heavier-gauge alternatives, while those needing large bulk quantities may benefit from discussing volume pricing.

If you are building out a full cover or matching an existing Sirocco setting, the team is happy to help confirm the right quantities or discuss the wider range.

The Elia Reed dessert fork is a classically proportioned piece of tableware, made from 18/10 stainless steel and finished to a high polish. The Reed pattern sits in the mid-range of Elia's cutlery catalogue — substantial enough to feel considered at the table, without the weight or price point of the brand's heavier prestige ranges. It is the kind of cutlery that works quietly in the background, which is generally what a busy front-of-house operation needs.

For everyday service use, the polished 18/10 construction offers reliable resistance to staining and tarnishing through repeated commercial dishwasher cycles. The gauge is generous enough to give a solid feel in the hand without being unwieldy, and the mirror finish holds up well under regular use when handled and stored correctly.

Sold in packs of 12, the Reed dessert fork suits operations that need to refresh or build out cutlery stocks without committing to large quantities at once. It fits comfortably into a range of cover styles — from relaxed dining through to more formal settings where a simple, clean pattern reads as intentional rather than plain.

If you are building a full Reed place setting or need to assess whether the pattern sits well alongside your existing tableware, the team is happy to talk through your covers and service style before you order.

The Elia Reed table knife is a classically proportioned piece of restaurant cutlery, finished to a high polish in 18/10 stainless steel. The design sits within the traditional end of the market — clean lines, a generous gauge, and a balanced feel in the hand — making it a straightforward choice for operators who want reliable, presentable cutlery without an overly contemporary aesthetic.

In a busy front-of-house environment, cutlery takes considerable punishment through repeated service, commercial dishwashing, and handling. The 18/10 stainless steel construction offers good resistance to tarnishing and corrosion under those conditions, and the polished finish tends to maintain its appearance well over time with regular commercial washing cycles.

The Reed range suits a wide variety of dining environments — from hotel restaurants and function venues to brasseries and mid-range casual dining. It presents well on the table without being overly formal, which gives it broad appeal across different covers. Supplied in a pack of twelve, it's a practical quantity for topping up existing stock or equipping a small section.

If you're fitting out a larger dining room or need to consider a full cutlery set across multiple covers, it's worth thinking through quantities carefully to avoid a mismatch between pieces. The Reed pattern is available across other cutlery types within the Elia range, so building a consistent table setting is straightforward.

If you're unsure how many packs you need for your cover count, or whether this pattern suits the style of your operation, feel free to get in touch — we're happy to talk it through.

The Elia Virtu dessert spoon is part of a cutlery range designed with a distinctive solid handle profile that gives each piece a substantial feel in the hand. Made from 18/10 stainless steel, the range is built to withstand the repeated commercial dishwashing cycles that are a fact of life in any busy restaurant or hotel operation.

In a service environment, cutlery takes considerable punishment — repeated handling, high-temperature dishwasher runs, and the occasional rough treatment during sorting and laying. The Virtu's solid construction and quality steel grade help it hold its finish and form over extended use, which matters when presentation standards need to be consistent across every cover.

The range suits formal or semi-formal table settings where the weight and appearance of cutlery contributes to the overall dining experience. It works equally well laid flat in the conventional manner or stood upright as part of a styled place setting.

Practical considerations worth noting: as with all 18/10 cutlery, correct dishwasher chemistry and rinse aid levels will preserve the finish. Avoid prolonged contact with heavily salted water or acidic foods between service and washing. Packs of 12 make it straightforward to order in quantities that match your cover count and buffer stock requirements.

The Virtu range is well suited to restaurants, hotels, and private dining operations where cutlery quality is a visible part of the guest experience. If you're equipping a larger operation or want to discuss which pieces from the Virtu range would best complete your table setting, the team is happy to help you work through the options.

The Elia Siena cake knife is a fully forged piece from Elia's Siena cutlery range, constructed in heavy-gauge 18/10 stainless steel throughout. The forged construction gives it a solid, well-balanced feel in the hand, with graceful curves and smooth, rounded edges that make it comfortable to use across extended service periods.

The mirror-polished finish gives the knife a clean, refined appearance that sits well on both formal and informal table settings. It integrates naturally into a laid table without drawing attention to itself, which is often exactly what operators want from service cutlery at this level.

In practical terms, the Siena cake knife holds up well under regular commercial use. The 18/10 stainless steel composition offers good resistance to staining and corrosion, and the knife is fully dishwasher safe, making it straightforward to turn around between services without specialist care.

• Fully forged construction for consistent balance and durability
• 18/10 stainless steel resists staining and corrosion in daily use
• Mirror finish suits both formal dining and casual hospitality settings
• Smooth, rounded edges for comfortable handling during service
• Dishwasher safe for reliable turnaround between covers

The Siena range is well suited to hotels, restaurants, and event caterers who want a consistent, presentable cutlery pattern that performs reliably without requiring delicate handling. If you're equipping a larger operation or need to match an existing pattern, the team is happy to advise on quantities and range compatibility.

The Elia Sirocco dessert knife is a slimline cutlery piece forged from a single piece of 18/10 stainless steel and polished to a high mirror finish. The contemporary profile is clean and unfussy, which makes it a practical choice for operators who want a cohesive, modern table setting without committing to overly decorative or themed cutlery ranges.

In a restaurant or hotel dining environment, consistency across covers matters. Sold in a pack of twelve, the Sirocco dessert knife is well suited to building or replenishing a cutlery set across a full section. The 18/10 steel grade offers good resistance to corrosion and discolouration, and the single-piece forged construction means there are no joins or hollow handles that can weaken over time or create hygiene concerns in commercial dishwashing cycles.

• Holds its finish well through repeated commercial dishwasher use
• Single-piece forging removes the weak points common in assembled cutlery
• Slimline profile works well in formal and contemporary covers alike
• 18/10 stainless steel grade resists staining and tarnishing in service
• Pack of twelve supports consistent cover-by-cover replacement

This is a straightforward dessert knife suited to restaurants, hotel dining rooms, private members clubs, and similar operations where presentation standards are maintained. For higher-volume sites or operations that go through significant cutlery attrition, larger pack formats or heavier-gauge alternatives may be worth considering.

If you're building out a full Sirocco place setting or want guidance on quantities for your cover count, the team is happy to help you work through what you need.

The Elia Siena fish knife is a fully forged piece from a well-regarded hospitality cutlery range, made from heavy-gauge 18/10 stainless steel. The forged construction gives it a solidity and balance that plated or stamped alternatives rarely match, and that quality is noticeable from the moment a guest picks it up.

In a table service environment, cutlery takes a considerable amount of handling — stacking, sorting, polishing, repeated dishwasher cycles. The Siena range is built to sustain that routine without losing its finish or form. The mirror polish holds up well under regular commercial washing, and the smooth, rounded edges mean polishing is straightforward without snagging on cloth.

• Forged from heavy-gauge 18/10 stainless steel for durability and feel
• Mirror finish suits both formal dining and relaxed restaurant settings
• Balanced weight and smooth edges for comfortable guest handling
• Dishwasher safe — reliable performance through high-volume covers
• Supplied in a pack of six, practical for building or topping up covers

Supplied as a pack of six, the Siena fish knife fits comfortably into most front-of-house procurement, whether you're equipping a new dining room or replacing attrition losses in an existing set. The design sits within a broader Siena range, so matching pieces across courses is straightforward.

If you're specifying cutlery for a full restaurant fit-out or working out quantities across a range, we're happy to help you work through what you need.

The Elia Siena cheese knife is a fully forged piece from the Siena cutlery range, constructed in heavy-gauge 18/10 stainless steel. Forged construction means the blade, bolster, and handle are formed from a single piece of steel rather than assembled from separate components, which gives each knife a more solid feel in the hand and contributes to its longevity under regular use.

The mirror-polished finish and balanced proportions make the Siena range a practical choice for table settings where presentation matters — from relaxed bistro covers through to more formal dining. The smooth, rounded edges and considered weight distribution mean guests handle the knife comfortably, which is a small but consistent detail in the overall dining experience.

From an operational standpoint, the Siena cheese knife keeps things straightforward:

• Dishwasher safe, supporting efficient turnaround between covers
• Heavy-gauge steel resists the distortion and light bending that can occur with thinner flatware over time
• 18/10 stainless composition offers good resistance to staining and corrosion in commercial use
• Mirror finish is consistent across the range, so pieces mix cleanly with other Siena pattern items

This pack of six is a sensible quantity for operators adding cheese courses to their offering or replacing individual pieces within an existing Siena setting. For larger dining operations or high-volume cheese service, it is worth considering whether a larger pack size better suits your rotation requirements.

If you are building out a full table setting or matching to existing Siena pieces, the team are happy to talk through what quantities and combinations work best for your covers.
