Elia

The Elia Siena cheese knife is a fully forged piece from the Siena cutlery range, constructed in heavy-gauge 18/10 stainless steel. Forged construction means the blade, bolster, and handle are formed from a single piece of steel rather than assembled from separate components, which gives each knife a more solid feel in the hand and contributes to its longevity under regular use.

The mirror-polished finish and balanced proportions make the Siena range a practical choice for table settings where presentation matters — from relaxed bistro covers through to more formal dining. The smooth, rounded edges and considered weight distribution mean guests handle the knife comfortably, which is a small but consistent detail in the overall dining experience.

From an operational standpoint, the Siena cheese knife keeps things straightforward:

• Dishwasher safe, supporting efficient turnaround between covers
• Heavy-gauge steel resists the distortion and light bending that can occur with thinner flatware over time
• 18/10 stainless composition offers good resistance to staining and corrosion in commercial use
• Mirror finish is consistent across the range, so pieces mix cleanly with other Siena pattern items

This pack of six is a sensible quantity for operators adding cheese courses to their offering or replacing individual pieces within an existing Siena setting. For larger dining operations or high-volume cheese service, it is worth considering whether a larger pack size better suits your rotation requirements.

If you are building out a full table setting or matching to existing Siena pieces, the team are happy to talk through what quantities and combinations work best for your covers.

The Elia Siena teaspoon is a fully forged piece, produced from heavy-gauge 18/10 stainless steel. That construction method — forging rather than pressing — gives the spoon a solid, balanced feel that is immediately noticeable when handled, and holds up reliably under the daily demands of a busy hospitality environment.

In service, the difference between a forged and a stamped teaspoon is felt by guests without them necessarily knowing why. The Siena sits well in the hand, the weight distribution is considered, and the mirror finish maintains its appearance across repeated dishwasher cycles. For operators running high-turnover covers, that consistency matters — cutlery that looks worn or poorly finished reflects on the wider dining experience.

Practically, the Siena range works across a range of settings:

• Dishwasher safe, suitable for high-frequency commercial wash cycles
• Mirror polish resists visible surface marking in day-to-day service
• Forged construction reduces the risk of bending or distortion in use
• Smooth, rounded edges minimise discomfort for guests
• Supplied in a pack of 12, suited to topping up existing stock or outfitting smaller covers

The Siena is well suited to mid-range to premium dining environments — restaurants, hotels, cafés, and contract catering — where the table setting needs to read as considered without requiring fine-dining pricing. It sits within a broader range, so if you are outfitting a larger operation or need a heavier specification, it is worth discussing whether a different gauge or pattern within the range would be a better fit for your service volume and cover count.

If you are building a full table setting or matching to existing pieces, feel free to get in touch with the team for guidance on quantities and range compatibility.

The Elia Reed soup spoon is a classically styled piece of table cutlery, finished to a high polish and produced in 18/10 stainless steel. The design is clean and unfussy, with a profile that sits comfortably in a formal or semi-formal cover without drawing attention away from the food. Sold in packs of 12, it is a practical buying unit for operators managing stock across multiple tables or covers.

Reed is made to a generous gauge, which gives it a solid feel in the hand — an important consideration for front-of-house presentation. Lightweight or flimsy cutlery tends to undermine the perception of quality at the table, and this range avoids that. The high-polish finish is consistent across the range, which helps when mixing pieces across a service or replacing items over time.

In practical terms, 18/10 stainless steel offers good corrosion resistance and holds up well through commercial dishwasher cycles. The polished finish does show water marks if items are left to air-dry, so a drying and polishing step in the clearing and reset process is worth factoring into front-of-house workflow.

This spoon suits restaurants, hotels, and dining operations running a traditional or contemporary European cover. It works well in mid-range to fine dining environments where cutlery weight and finish quality are part of the overall guest experience. For operations with very high turnover or casual dining formats, a simpler or more economical range may be more appropriate.

If you are building out a full cover or matching across an existing range, the team is happy to help you confirm compatibility and quantities before you order.

The Elia Aspect soup spoon is part of Elia's Aspect cutlery range, a pattern characterised by a broad, square-shouldered handle that tapers into a well-proportioned bowl. Finished in 18/10 stainless steel with a mirror polish, it presents clearly as a quality piece without being ornate or difficult to maintain.

In a service environment, cutlery takes considerably more abuse than most operators anticipate. The Aspect range is made to a generous gauge, which means the spoons hold their shape and finish through repeated commercial dishwasher cycles without the flexing or pitting that lighter-gauge cutlery is prone to. The mirror finish shows marks readily — as all polished cutlery does — but responds well to standard cutlery polishing cloths and drying procedures.

Practically, this pattern works well across a range of covers and service styles:

• Suitable for formal dining, bistros, hotel restaurants, and function catering
• Consistent weight and balance aids comfortable handling during service
• Mirror finish complements both classic and contemporary table settings
• 18/10 steel composition supports long-term resistance to staining and corrosion
• Supplied in packs of 12, practical for building or replenishing stock

As with any polished cutlery pattern, consider your polishing and storage procedures before committing to a full cover quantity. Operations with high throughput or limited polishing resource sometimes find a satin finish more practical for day-to-day maintenance.

If you're building out a full Aspect setting or want to discuss quantities for a new opening, the team is happy to help you work through what you need.

The Elia Ribbon dessert knife is a hollow handle design in 18/10 stainless steel, finished to a high mirror polish. The handle profile takes its character from a subtle ribbon-inspired form that gives the piece a refined appearance without veering into overly ornate territory — a balance that tends to work well across a range of dining styles, from contemporary restaurant covers to more traditional hotel settings.

In a professional dining environment, cutlery takes considerable handling, repeated commercial dishwashing, and the general wear of continuous service. The 18/10 stainless steel construction is a standard specification for this reason — it resists corrosion and retains its finish through regular use. The hollow handle construction gives the knife a well-weighted, comfortable feel in the hand, which matters when guests are using it through a full dessert course.

Practical considerations worth noting for operators:

• 18/10 stainless steel holds up well to commercial dishwasher cycles
• Mirror polish finish is straightforward to keep presentable with proper drying
• Hollow handle design provides comfortable balance for the end user
• Sold as a 12-pack, practical for initial stock or topping up existing covers
• Coordinates with other pieces in the Elia Ribbon collection for a consistent table presentation

This pack of 12 is suited to smaller operations or as a supplement to an existing Ribbon collection. Larger venues covering multiple dining rooms or running high-turnover covers may want to consider ordering across several packs to maintain adequate rotation and allow for breakage allowance over time.

If you're building out a full table setting or want to confirm how the Ribbon range fits alongside your existing service ware, the team is happy to help you work through what you need.

The Elia Ribbon dessert spoon is a polished flatware piece from Elia's Ribbon collection, made from 18/10 stainless steel with a mirror finish and a shaped handle that carries a subtle ribbon-inspired detail along its length. It is a practical, well-proportioned piece designed for use in professional dining environments where presentation and durability both matter.

Heavy-gauge 18/10 stainless steel holds up well through repeated commercial dishwashing cycles without losing its finish or shape. The higher nickel content in 18/10 steel gives improved corrosion resistance compared with lower-grade alloys, which translates to a longer working life in environments where cutlery is turned around several times a day. The mirror polish maintains its appearance with normal machine washing, though prolonged exposure to harsh detergents or salt residue should be avoided, as with any polished flatware.

Key practical points for operators:

• 18/10 stainless steel construction resists corrosion through heavy daily use
• Mirror polish presents well on formal and smart-casual covers alike
• Heavy gauge gives a balanced, comfortable feel that reads as quality to guests
• Sold in a 12-pack, practical for building or supplementing existing covers
• Ribbon range includes matching pieces to complete a cohesive table setting

As with any flatware purchase for a busy operation, it is worth considering total cover count, likely loss rate, and how the style sits alongside your existing table dressing before committing to a quantity. The Ribbon range is available across multiple piece types, so building a matched set is straightforward. If you are equipping a new opening or replacing a full cutlery range, it is worth thinking through quantities carefully to avoid over- or under-ordering.

This spoon suits restaurants, hotels, and event caterers where a refined but unfussy flatware style is appropriate. It works across formal dining and smart-casual settings without feeling out of place in either. If you need a more entry-level option for high-turnover or outdoor catering, or a heavier prestige piece for a premium cover, there are other options in the wider catalogue worth considering.

If you are unsure how the Ribbon range fits your existing table setup or how many packs to order for your cover count, the team is happy to help you work it through.

The Elia Ribbon table knife is a hollow handle knife finished in 18/10 stainless steel with a high-mirror polish. The handle carries a subtle ribbon-inspired profile that gives the range a distinct, considered appearance without veering into ornate territory — a balance that works well in formal dining and quality casual settings alike.

In service, hollow handle knives are valued for the way the weight distributes along the hand rather than concentrating at the blade end. This tends to be more comfortable for diners over the course of a full meal, which is worth considering when specifying cutlery for a tasting menu or extended dining format. The 18/10 steel grade offers good corrosion resistance and holds its polish well through commercial dishwasher cycles, though as with all hollow handle pieces, it is worth ensuring your dishwasher programme avoids prolonged high-temperature drying cycles, which can stress the join over time.

• Suited to formal restaurants, boutique hotels, and event catering operations
• Mirror polish presents well on white linen and contemporary table settings
• 18/10 grade resists staining and maintains appearance through regular commercial washing
• Sold in a 12-pack — practical for covering a standard section without over-ordering
• Matching pieces available within the Ribbon collection for a coordinated cover

This knife is well suited to operations that want a refined table setting without the weight and cost of solid handle cutlery. If your covers are high-volume and cutlery handling is fast and repeated, it is worth discussing hollow versus solid handle options with us before committing to a full order.

If you are building out a full Ribbon cover or have questions about quantities for your service, we are happy to talk it through.

The Elia Ribbon table fork is a heavy-gauge 18/10 stainless steel fork with a mirror-polished finish and a gently shaped handle featuring subtle ribbon-inspired detailing. It sits within a cohesive flatware range that includes matching fish cutlery and a choice of solid or hollow handle knives, making it straightforward to build a consistent place setting across a dining room.

In a professional dining environment, the weight and balance of the cutlery in a guest's hand matters. The Ribbon fork is produced to a heavier gauge than economy alternatives, which gives it a solid, considered feel without being unwieldy. The mirror finish holds well under regular commercial dishwasher cycles, and 18/10 stainless steel provides good resistance to staining and corrosion over extended service life.

• Suitable for restaurants, hotels, private dining rooms, and event catering
• Consistent finish across the Ribbon range aids uniform table presentation
• Heavy gauge construction supports everyday commercial use
• Mirror polish responds well to standard commercial warewashing
• Available in matching pieces to complete the full place setting

Supplied in packs of 12, the Ribbon fork is well suited to operations building or replenishing stock gradually, or topping up an existing Ribbon collection. It is worth considering your anticipated cover count and breakage rate when deciding on quantity — for larger dining rooms or high-turnover venues, ordering in greater volume from the outset typically works out more practical.

If you are specifying flatware across multiple covers or coordinating a full table setting, we are happy to talk through what quantities and pieces make sense for your operation.

The Elia Ribbon dessert fork is part of a coordinated flatware range designed for professional dining environments. Made from 18/10 stainless steel with a mirror-polished finish, each fork features a shaped handle with subtle ribbon-inspired detailing that gives the range a considered, consistent look across a table setting.

In a busy restaurant or hotel environment, flatware takes considerable daily punishment — repeated washing cycles, stacking, and handling. The heavy gauge used in the Ribbon range helps the pieces hold their shape and finish over time, reducing replacement frequency compared with lighter commercial cutlery. The mirror polish is resistant to everyday water marks and maintains its appearance well when run through a commercial glasswasher or dishwasher on a regular cycle.

Operationally, a few points are worth noting:

• 18/10 stainless steel offers reliable corrosion resistance in commercial wash environments
• Heavy gauge construction gives a balanced, substantial feel that sits well with quality tableware
• Mirror polish presents well in formal and semi-formal dining settings
• Sold in packs of 12, suited to building or supplementing covers in stages
• Matching pieces available across the Ribbon range for a unified table setting

The Ribbon range is well suited to restaurants, hotel dining rooms, private members' clubs, and event catering operations where presentation at the table matters. It sits comfortably in the mid-to-upper tier of commercial flatware — not an entry-level piece, but not positioned at the very top of the market either. Operations running very high covers with aggressive turnaround times may want to consider a heavier-duty or more utilitarian pattern that tolerates bulk washing more economically.

If you're building out a full table setting or replacing part of an existing range, it's worth talking through which pieces you need and in what quantities — we're happy to help work that out before you order.

The Elia Ribbon soup spoons are part of a coordinated flatware collection designed for professional dining environments. Made from 18/10 stainless steel in a heavy gauge, they carry a mirror-polished finish and a shaped handle with the subtle ribbon detailing that defines the range. Each pack contains twelve spoons, making them a practical purchasing unit for restaurants, hotels, and private dining operations.

In everyday service, heavy-gauge cutlery holds up better than lighter alternatives — it resists bending under repeated use, retains its finish through commercial dishwashing cycles, and feels well-balanced in the hand rather than flimsy. The Ribbon pattern occupies a middle ground between understated and decorative, which tends to work well across a range of dining styles without looking out of place.

• Heavy-gauge construction handles the demands of high-frequency commercial use
• Mirror-polished finish presents well on the table and withstands regular machine washing
• 18/10 stainless steel provides good corrosion resistance over long-term use
• Twelve-piece pack suits batch purchasing for covers-based restocking
• Part of a wider Ribbon collection, so matching pieces are available across the range

It is worth confirming that your dishwasher detergent and rinse-aid settings are appropriate for polished stainless steel — aggressive chemistry or incorrect dosing is a common cause of surface marking on mirror-finished cutlery, regardless of the brand.

The Ribbon range is well suited to restaurants, hotel dining rooms, and event caterers looking for a consistent, presentable flatware pattern. If you are equipping a larger operation or need to match an existing table setting, it is worth having a conversation with us about pack quantities and available pieces within the collection.

The Elia Ribbon teaspoon is a heavy-gauge 18/10 stainless steel teaspoon with a mirror-polished finish and a shaped handle featuring subtle ribbon-inspired detailing. It is sold in packs of twelve, making it a practical purchasing unit for operators setting up or restocking a dining room.

In day-to-day service, the heavier gauge makes a noticeable difference — the spoon sits well in the hand and does not feel insubstantial on a formally laid cover. The mirror finish holds up well through repeated commercial dishwasher cycles, and the 18/10 stainless steel composition offers good resistance to staining and corrosion over time. For operations running multiple sittings, that durability matters more than it might first appear.

From an operational standpoint, the Ribbon teaspoon suits environments where table presentation is taken seriously but where longevity and ease of maintenance are equally important considerations:

• Heavy-gauge construction reduces the likelihood of bending or distortion in busy kitchens
• Mirror polish presents well on formal and informal covers alike
• 18/10 steel resists staining through repeated dishwasher use
• Sold in twelves, aligning with standard cover counts and storage organisation
• Part of a wider Ribbon collection, allowing a consistent pattern across the table

There are no installation considerations for flatware, but it is worth confirming pack quantities against your actual cover count before ordering — running short mid-service is a common and easily avoided problem. The Ribbon range is available across multiple cutlery pieces, so building a complete matched setting is straightforward.

This teaspoon is well suited to restaurants, hotels, private members clubs, and catered event operations where a polished but unfussy table is the aim. If you are outfitting a larger site or need guidance on quantities across the full Ribbon collection, we are happy to help work through the numbers.

The Elia Siena dessert knife is a hollow handle cutlery piece finished in high-polish stainless steel, sold here in a pack of twelve. It sits within the Siena range, which is designed to present a cohesive, coordinated look across a full table setting — from starters through to dessert covers.

In a restaurant or hospitality environment, cutlery takes considerable punishment over the course of a service. The Siena's hollow handle construction gives it a balanced, comfortable feel in the hand without adding unnecessary weight, and the polished finish is practical to maintain rather than purely decorative — it responds well to regular machine washing and retains its appearance through repeated cycles.

• Heavy-gauge stainless steel construction for durability in regular service
• High-polish finish that is straightforward to clean and maintain
• Hollow handle design providing a well-balanced feel at the table
• Dishwasher safe for efficient turnaround between covers
• Part of the broader Siena range for consistent table presentation

As with any cutlery purchase for a commercial setting, it is worth thinking about par levels relative to your cover count and washing cycle frequency. A twelve-piece pack suits smaller establishments or those topping up an existing set. Operators running higher covers or longer sittings may find it more practical to order in greater quantity to maintain sufficient stock through service.

The Siena range is well suited to restaurants, hotels, and event caterers looking for reliable, classically styled cutlery that holds up under day-to-day use without requiring special handling. It is not positioned as a premium silverware alternative, but as a practical, presentable choice for professional table service.

If you are building out a full cutlery set or want to discuss quantities for your cover count, the team is happy to help you work through what you need.

The Elia Ribbon butter knife is a flatware piece from Elia's Ribbon collection, made from 18/10 stainless steel with a high-polish mirror finish. The handle carries a subtle ribbon-inspired detail that gives the range a clean, considered aesthetic without veering into overly ornate territory — a balance that works well across a range of dining styles, from contemporary hotel restaurants to private members' clubs and quality casual dining.

In day-to-day service, butter knives of this type see significant handling — by front-of-house staff during setup and clearing, and by guests throughout each cover. The heavy gauge of the Ribbon range means the knives hold their shape and finish well under repeated dishwasher cycles, which is a practical consideration in any busy operation where cutlery goes through the wash multiple times daily.

Selling in packs of six makes it straightforward to top up existing stocks or build a set incrementally. A few practical points worth noting:

• Mirror polish finish presents well on the table but may show watermarks more readily than a satin finish — thorough drying after washing is worthwhile
• 18/10 stainless steel offers good corrosion resistance in commercial dishwasher environments
• Matching pieces are available within the Ribbon range to complete a cohesive table cover

This knife is well suited to mid-range to higher-end dining operations where presentation matters and durability under daily service is equally important. It would be less well matched to very high-turnover, canteen-style environments where a simpler, lower-cost pattern might be more appropriate. If you're building out a full cover or matching to existing Ribbon pieces, it's worth speaking to us to make sure the full range is available to suit your volume and timeline.

The Elia Ribbon coffee spoon is a heavy-gauge 18/10 stainless steel spoon finished to a high mirror polish. The handle carries a subtle ribbon-inspired detail that gives the range a consistent, considered aesthetic without being overly decorative. Each spoon is well balanced in the hand, which matters more than it might seem when staff are handling cutlery repeatedly across a full service.

In practice, 18/10 stainless steel at a heavier gauge holds its finish longer under commercial washing conditions than lighter-gauge alternatives. The mirror polish remains presentable through repeated dishwasher cycles, which reduces the time staff spend inspecting and buffing cutlery before service. For coffee covers specifically, where the spoon is one of the few pieces on the saucer, presentation consistency matters.

• Sold in a 12-pack — practical quantity for topping up existing sets
• Heavy gauge reduces the likelihood of distortion or lightweight feel in service
• Mirror finish suits formal and smart-casual dining environments equally
• Part of the wider Ribbon collection, so matching pieces are available across the range

The Ribbon range is well suited to restaurants, hotels, café-bars, and any operation where coffee service is a regular part of the offer. It sits comfortably in mid-to-upper market table settings. Operations running very high-volume informal café service may find a simpler, lighter pattern more practical for stock rotation at scale.

If you're building out a full Ribbon table setting or need guidance on quantities for your covers, the team are happy to help you work it through.

The Elia Siena fish fork is a well-proportioned piece of table cutlery designed for professional hospitality environments. Forged from heavy-gauge stainless steel with a high-shine polished finish, it carries the build quality expected from a pattern intended for repeated daily use across a busy dining room.

In practice, the Siena range holds up well under the demands of commercial table service — the weight and balance feel considered rather than incidental, and the polished surface resists marking and dulling better than lighter-gauge alternatives. For operations running multiple sittings, that consistency in appearance across a full table cover matters more than it might seem.

From an operational standpoint, a few practical points are worth noting:

• Dishwasher safe, supporting efficient turnaround between covers
• Heavy-gauge construction reduces the risk of bending or distortion in high-volume pot wash cycles
• High-polish finish is straightforward to inspect and buff between services
• Part of a wider Siena pattern, allowing coordinated covers across courses

The Siena pattern is available across a full range of place settings and serving pieces, which makes it a practical choice for operators who want a consistent table identity without sourcing from multiple ranges. Sold in packs of six, the quantities suit both initial fit-out and ongoing stock replenishment.

This fork is well suited to mid-to-upper casual dining, hotel restaurants, and function venues where presentation matters alongside practicality. Operations requiring a heavier or more elaborate pattern may find alternatives in the broader Elia catalogue worth considering.

If you're building out a full cover or matching to an existing pattern, the team is happy to help you work through the range before you order.

The Elia Siena cake fork is a heavy-gauge stainless steel piece from Elia's Siena range, finished to a high polish. Sold in packs of twelve, it is a practical choice for operators looking to stock or supplement cake and dessert covers with a consistent, well-made cutlery option.

In hospitality use, cutlery takes considerable daily punishment — repeated dishwasher cycles, handling by service staff, stacking in trays and drawers. The Siena fork is built to hold its finish and resist the everyday wear that causes lighter-gauge pieces to dull or distort over time. The rounded edges and balanced weight make it comfortable to handle for guests across a long sitting.

Practical points worth noting for operators:

• Heavy-gauge construction holds up to repeated commercial dishwasher cycles
• High-polish finish maintained with standard warewashing practice
• Designed to sit within the wider Siena range for a coordinated table setting
• Supplied in packs of twelve, suitable for par stock management
• Smooth, rounded profile reduces guest complaints about sharp edges or poor balance

The Siena range suits restaurants, hotel dining rooms, cafés, and event caterers where a polished, coordinated table presentation is expected without the cost associated with silver-plated alternatives. For very high-volume operations running multiple sittings daily, it is worth considering how many covers you need to turn simultaneously and whether a larger pack quantity would reduce the risk of running short mid-service.

If you are building out a full table setting or matching to existing Elia pieces, the team are happy to advise on what else sits within the Siena range.

The Elia Siena steak knife is a hollow-handle table knife designed for restaurant and hospitality use. Forged from heavy-gauge stainless steel with a high-polish finish, it offers a solid, well-balanced feel in the hand without excess weight. The hollow handle construction gives the knife a refined appearance while keeping it comfortable to hold across a full service period. It is supplied here as a pack of six.

In practice, hollow-handle steak knives in this finish hold up well under regular cover service. The high-polish surface resists surface staining and wipes down quickly between covers, and the dishwasher-safe construction means they can go straight into a rack at the end of service without special handling. The Siena range is designed to coordinate with Elia's broader cutlery collection, which makes it straightforward to build a consistent table setting across knife, fork, and spoon.

• Dishwasher safe — suitable for high-turnover cover service
• High-polish finish is easy to maintain and inspect for cleanliness
• Hollow handle construction balances weight without bulk at the table
• Coordinates with the wider Elia Siena cutlery range
• Available in pack quantities suited to building out cover sets

This knife is well suited to restaurants, steakhouses, gastro pubs, and hotel dining rooms where a presentable, durable steak knife is required as part of a coordinated cover. For operations running larger numbers of covers or requiring a full cutlery pattern from the outset, Elia offers broader range options that may be worth considering alongside this pack size.

If you are building out a full table setting or matching to existing Elia pieces, we are happy to help confirm compatibility across the range before you order.

The Elia Siena butter knife is a heavy-gauge 18/10 stainless steel piece from a coordinated cutlery range designed for professional table settings. It carries the weight and balance expected of commercial-grade cutlery, with a high-polish finish that reads well on a formally laid cover.

In day-to-day service, the Siena range holds up well under the repeated handling and machine washing that comes with busy restaurant or hotel operation. The polished surface resists light marking and retains its appearance without specialist care, which keeps turnaround straightforward during back-to-back covers.

• Dishwasher safe, supporting efficient post-service cleaning routines
• High-polish finish that presents consistently well on formal covers
• Heavy-gauge construction that resists the flex and distortion common with lighter-gauge alternatives
• Part of the wider Siena range, allowing a coordinated table setting across all cutlery pieces
• Sold in a pack of six, suited to incremental stocking or topping up existing sets

As with any cutlery investment, it is worth considering total cover count and anticipated replacement rate before ordering. The Siena range is well suited to restaurants, hotels, and function venues where a polished, traditional aesthetic is the aim. For high-volume casual dining where attrition is heavy, a more utilitarian option may prove more cost-effective over time.

If you are building out a full table setting or matching to an existing range, the team are happy to help work through quantities and pattern compatibility.

The Elia Siena table knife is a hollow handle design made from heavy-gauge stainless steel with a high-polish finish. It sits within Elia's Siena range, which is designed to offer a consistent, coordinated table setting across a full suite of cutlery and serving pieces.

In a restaurant or hospitality environment, cutlery takes considerable daily punishment — repeated dishwasher cycles, heavy handling during cover turns, and the occasional knock in a busy washing-up area. The Siena is built with that in mind. The heavy-gauge construction gives it a solid feel in the hand without being unwieldy, and the high-shine surface holds up well to regular commercial washing when used and stored correctly.

From an operational standpoint, the Siena range suits front-of-house teams well:

• Dishwasher safe, supporting fast turnaround between covers
• Matching range available across table, side and serving pieces for a cohesive table presentation
• High-polish finish is straightforward to inspect and polish before service
• Balanced hollow handle design is comfortable to hold across a full sitting

One practical consideration worth noting: hollow handle knives should not be soaked for extended periods or subjected to very high-temperature wash cycles, as this can affect the handle bond over time. Following standard dishwasher guidelines will keep them in good condition through regular service.

The Siena range is well suited to restaurants, hotels, and event caterers looking for a reliable everyday cutlery option with a polished, traditional aesthetic. For very high-volume operations turning over large numbers of covers daily, it is worth considering whether a solid-handle alternative might offer better long-term durability under sustained use.

If you're specifying cutlery across a full room or need guidance on matching pieces within the Siena range, the team is happy to help you work through the requirements.

The Elia Clara dessert spoon is a straightforward, well-made piece of table cutlery suited to professional food service. The design follows a clean, classic profile with no decorative embellishment, which makes it a practical choice across a wide range of covers — from casual dining through to more formal restaurant settings.

Clara is produced in 18/10 stainless steel with a mirror-polished finish. The 18/10 grade offers reliable corrosion resistance and holds its appearance well through repeated commercial dishwasher cycles, which is what matters most in a busy operation. The 2.5mm gauge gives the spoon a solid feel in the hand — noticeably weightier than budget-grade cutlery — which tends to read well to guests and holds up better over time under heavy use.

From an operational standpoint, the practical advantages are straightforward:

• Dishwasher safe and resistant to dulling or spotting with correct warewash chemistry
• Consistent mirror finish presents well across a full table setting
• Supplied in a pack of 12, making stock management and top-up ordering simple
• Neutral, timeless profile complements most tableware styles without clashing
• 18/10 grade resists the staining and pitting that affects lower-grade steel over time

Clara is a sensible choice for restaurants, hotels, contract caterers, and event venues looking for reliable everyday cutlery that presents professionally without requiring careful handling. For high-volume sites with significant daily cover counts, it is worth considering whether a larger pack quantity or a broader Clara range across spoon sizes would better suit your stock requirements.

If you are building out a full cutlery specification or matching across multiple piece types, the team is happy to talk through what works best for your covers and service style.

The Elia Clara soup spoon is a polished, mirror-finish piece from Elia's Clara range, crafted in 18/10 stainless steel with a 2.5mm gauge. It has a clean, classic profile with no decorative detailing — the kind of straightforward, well-proportioned design that sits comfortably across a broad range of table settings, from relaxed bistro dining to more formal restaurant covers.

In a busy service environment, cutlery takes a great deal of handling, stacking, and repeated machine washing. The heavier gauge of the Clara spoon gives it a reassuring solidity in the hand and helps it hold its shape over time, resisting the flexing and lightweight feel that can make cheaper pieces feel unsuitable for professional use. The mirror polish maintains a bright, clean appearance under dining room lighting and responds well to commercial dishwasher cycles when standard dosing and rinse-aid levels are maintained.

A few practical points worth noting for operators:

• Fully dishwasher safe — suitable for commercial warewashing at standard temperatures
• 18/10 stainless steel offers good corrosion resistance in high-use environments
• Mirror polish gives a formal presentation without a premium price point
• Supplied in packs of 12, making it straightforward to top up covers as needed
• Classic profile suits mixed table settings and pairs well within the wider Clara range

The Clara range is a practical choice for mid-market restaurants, hotels, contract caterers, and hospitality venues looking for reliable, presentable cutlery that won't need replacing frequently. If you're setting up a full cover or need guidance on quantities relative to your service volume, we're happy to help you work through the numbers before you order.

The Elia Clara dessert fork is a straightforward, well-made piece of flatware designed for everyday use in professional settings. The Clara pattern follows a clean, unfussy profile that sits comfortably across formal dining, brasserie, and casual restaurant covers without drawing attention away from the food.

Made from 18/10 stainless steel with a 2.5mm gauge and a mirror polish finish, these forks have a solid, balanced feel in the hand — the kind of weight that reads as quality to a guest without being unnecessarily heavy. The mirror finish presents well under dining room lighting and holds up reliably through repeated commercial dishwasher cycles, which is where lighter, cheaper flatware tends to show its age first.

For front-of-house teams, the practical advantages are straightforward:

• Mirror polish maintains a bright, consistent appearance across a full table setting
• 18/10 stainless steel offers good resistance to tarnishing and corrosion in daily service
• Dishwasher safe and easy to sort and polish during turnaround
• Consistent gauge and weight supports a uniform table presentation
• Supplied in a dozen, making it easy to build par stock in manageable quantities

The Clara range is suited to mid-range and upward restaurant operations where presentation matters but operational practicality is equally important. For venues running very high covers or where flatware losses are a frequent concern, it is worth considering whether a heavier-gauge pattern or a larger pack format would better suit your stock management.

If you are putting together a full table setting or want to discuss matching pieces across the Clara range, we are happy to help you get the specification right.

The Elia Siena table spoon is a heavy-gauge stainless steel spoon finished to a high polish. It forms part of the broader Siena cutlery range, which covers the full complement of table, dessert, and service pieces needed to dress a consistent cover.

In a busy restaurant or hotel environment, cutlery takes considerable punishment — repeated machine washing, polishing, and day-to-day handling at pace. The Siena spoon is built with that in mind. The heavier gauge resists the bending and distortion that lighter cutlery can develop over time, and the high-polish finish holds up well to regular dishwasher cycles without dulling quickly under normal service conditions.

• Heavy-gauge construction resists bending during regular service and warewashing
• High-polish finish is straightforward to maintain and presents well on the table
• Dishwasher safe, supporting efficient turnaround during busy covers
• Part of a coordinated range, making it straightforward to match across a full table setting
• Sold in a pack of 12, suited to ordering by cover count

There are no special installation or storage requirements beyond standard cutlery handling. It is worth considering whether the Siena range aligns with the weight and aesthetic of your existing tableware — heavier cutlery tends to suit formal or mid-to-upper casual dining rather than light cafe or canteen settings. If you are equipping a large operation or need to match an existing pattern, it is worth checking range availability across the full Siena collection before ordering.

The Siena table spoon is a practical choice for restaurants, hotels, and event caterers looking for reliable, well-finished cutlery that holds its appearance through sustained use. If you are building out a full cover or want to confirm the range fits your current tableware, we are happy to help you work through the options.

The Elia Clara table spoon is a straightforward, well-made piece of flatware from Elia's Clara range. It follows a clean, classic profile that sits comfortably across formal dining, brasserie, and hotel restaurant settings without looking out of place in any of them. There is nothing fussy about the design, which is part of what makes it a practical choice for operators who want reliable, consistent-looking covers.

Constructed from 18/10 stainless steel with a 2.5mm gauge and finished to a mirror polish, the Clara has a reassuring weight and brightness in the hand. The heavier gauge holds up well under repeated commercial dishwasher cycles and daily handling without showing the bending or dulling that thinner cutlery tends to develop over time in busy service environments.

A few practical points worth noting:

• 18/10 stainless steel composition gives good corrosion resistance in dishwasher use
• Mirror polish finish presents cleanly on the table but will show water marks if not dried promptly after washing
• 2.5mm gauge offers solid feel without being unwieldy for guests
• Supplied in packs of 12, making it straightforward to scale quantities to cover requirements

The Clara range is well suited to mid-range and upscale restaurants, hotel dining rooms, and function venues where a polished, classic aesthetic is expected. It is not a budget entry-level piece, but it is also not positioned as a luxury prestige range — it sits firmly in the reliable everyday-service category. Operators running very high-volume canteen or casual dining operations may find a simpler, more economical range fits their throughput better.

If you are building out covers for a new opening or refreshing existing flatware stock and want to talk through quantities or pattern matching across the Clara range, the team is happy to help.

The Elia Clara dessert knife is a solid, mirror-polished piece of table cutlery designed for professional hospitality use. It follows a clean, unfussy profile that works across a wide range of cover styles — from relaxed all-day dining to more formal restaurant settings — without drawing attention to itself in either direction.

Made from 18/10 stainless steel with a 2.5mm gauge, the Clara has a reassuring weight and balance in the hand. In service, that consistency matters: cutlery that feels substantial tends to sit better at the cover and handles the routine pressures of a busy pass without warping, dulling, or losing its finish over repeated dishwasher cycles. The mirror polish holds well with standard commercial warewashing, though hard water and aggressive detergents will eventually dull any polished finish over time — rinsing promptly and using a suitable rinse aid helps.

• Consistent weight and balance across a matched range
• Mirror polish presents cleanly on both formal and informal covers
• 18/10 steel grade resists staining and corrosion in daily use
• Dishwasher safe for straightforward turnaround between services
• Supplied in a pack of 12, suited to supplementing or extending existing stock

The Clara range suits operators looking for a reliable, mid-weight cutlery pattern that will hold its appearance through regular service without requiring specialist handling. It is well suited to hotels, restaurants, and contract catering operations where consistency of presentation matters but the cutlery itself does not need to be a talking point.

If you are fitting out a full cover count or mixing Clara into an existing pattern, it is worth having a conversation with us first to make sure quantities and complementary pieces are right for your service.

The Elia Clara table fork is a straightforward, classically proportioned piece of table cutlery designed for everyday use in professional hospitality settings. The clean, unadorned profile sits comfortably across formal dining, casual restaurant covers, and hotel table service without looking out of place in any of them.

Made from 18/10 stainless steel with a mirror-polished finish, Clara presents well under dining room lighting and holds its appearance through repeated dishwasher cycles. The 2.5mm gauge gives the fork a solid, reassuring weight in the hand — the kind of feel that reads as quality to a guest without drawing attention to itself.

For operators, the practical advantages are straightforward:

• Dishwasher safe, reducing turnaround time between covers
• Mirror finish maintains brightness with standard warewashing
• Consistent 2.5mm gauge across the range supports a uniform table presentation
• 18/10 stainless steel resists corrosion and staining in daily service

Clara is supplied in packs of 12, which suits incremental stock building or topping up existing covers. For new openings or larger operations setting up a full house count, it is worth considering how many packs are needed to cover peak service plus a contingency float for breakage and loss.

This pattern is a practical choice for mid-market restaurants, hotels, contract caterers, and function venues where a clean, timeless look is needed across a wide range of covers. If you need a heavier-gauge option for more formal fine-dining settings, there are alternative patterns in the Elia range worth considering.

If you are specifying cutlery across a full opening or want help working out cover counts, we are happy to talk it through.

The Elia Spectro soup spoon is a professional-grade piece of flatware from Elia's Spectro range, produced in 18/10 stainless steel with a distinctive two-tone brushed and mirror finish. The 2.5mm gauge construction gives the spoon a solid, well-balanced feel that reads as quality to a guest the moment it is placed on the table.

In a busy service environment, flatware takes considerable punishment — repeated machine washing, stacking, and daily handling. The 18/10 steel used here offers good resistance to corrosion and staining, which helps the finish hold up over time with normal commercial dishwasher use. The two-tone aesthetic tends to age better than a plain mirror finish, as light surface wear is far less visible on the brushed sections.

Practically, the Spectro suits mid-to-upper casual dining, hotel restaurants, and event catering where presentation matters but operators also need pieces that survive volume service without constant replacement. The 12-piece pack format is sensible for topping up existing covers or trialling the range alongside current flatware before committing to a full set.

If your operation runs high cover counts or particularly intensive washing cycles, it is worth considering a heavier-gauge alternative from the wider range. For most restaurant and hotel dining environments, however, the Spectro sits at a practical point between durability and presentation quality.

If you are building out a full flatware specification or matching pieces across a range, the team are happy to help you work through what makes sense for your service style and cover volume.

The Elia Clara table knife is a straightforward, classically proportioned piece of cutlery suited to a wide range of hospitality settings. Its clean, unadorned profile means it sits comfortably on a formally laid table or a more relaxed cover without looking out of place in either context.

Produced in 18/10 stainless steel and finished to a mirror polish, the Clara holds its appearance well through repeated commercial dishwasher cycles, which matters in high-turnover service environments where cutlery is being washed and turned around multiple times per shift. The 2.5mm gauge gives the knife a solid, balanced feel in the hand — noticeable to guests accustomed to lighter-gauge pieces, and a practical consideration when projecting a certain standard of table presentation.

• Dishwasher safe for efficient turnaround between covers
• Mirror polish presents well on the table and resists early dulling
• Solid handle construction with no hollow sections to trap moisture or soil
• 18/10 stainless steel grade offers reliable corrosion resistance in commercial use
• Consistent weight and balance across the set for uniform table presentation

Supplied in packs of 12, the Clara is a practical choice for operations building or refreshing a cutlery stock. It suits restaurants, hotel dining rooms, contract catering operations, and similar venues where a dependable, neutral-pattern knife is needed in quantity. For venues wanting a more distinctive profile or a heavier-gauge finish, there are alternative patterns within the range worth considering.

If you are working out quantities for a new opening or want to discuss pattern options across a full cutlery range, the team is happy to help you think it through.

The Elia Spectro dessert fork is a professional-grade piece of flatware made from 18/10 stainless steel with a 2.5mm gauge construction. It carries a distinctive two-tone finish that combines brushed and mirror elements, giving it a contemporary appearance that sits comfortably in modern restaurant and hotel dining environments. Supplied in packs of 12, it is a practical buying unit for operators building or refreshing a cover count.

In a busy service environment, cutlery takes a great deal of punishment — repeated washing, handling, and stacking. The 18/10 steel grade offers good corrosion resistance and holds its finish well under regular commercial dishwasher use. The 2.5mm gauge gives the fork a solid, balanced feel in the hand, which tends to read well to diners and holds up better over time than lighter-gauge alternatives.

• Two-tone brushed and mirror finish for a contemporary table presentation
• 18/10 stainless steel construction with good resistance to corrosion and staining
• 2.5mm gauge provides a balanced, substantial feel in the hand
• Suitable for repeated commercial dishwasher cycles
• Supplied in a pack of 12, practical for building or topping up cover counts

These forks are well suited to restaurants, hotels, and event caterers looking for a reliable dessert fork that presents well without requiring a significant outlay per piece. They sit at a mid-to-upper level within Elia's range, making them appropriate for settings where presentation matters but everyday durability is equally important. For very high-volume operations cycling large cover counts daily, it is worth considering whether a higher-specification pattern from the Elia range would better meet long-term replacement requirements.

If you are specifying cutlery across a full table setting or need guidance on quantities relative to your cover count and wash cycle frequency, we are happy to help work through the numbers with you.

The Elia Clara teaspoon is a polished mirror-finish piece from Elia's Clara flatware range. Constructed from 18/10 stainless steel with a 2.5mm gauge, it has a solid, balanced feel in the hand and a clean, unfussy profile that sits comfortably across a wide range of table settings — from casual café service through to more formal restaurant and hotel covers.

In a busy service environment, cutlery takes a great deal of handling, repeated machine washing, and the occasional knock. The heavier gauge of the Clara teaspoon helps it hold its shape and finish over extended use, and the 18/10 steel composition gives reasonable resistance to the staining and pitting that can affect lower-grade flatware over time. It is fully dishwasher safe, which matters when you are turning covers quickly and need reliable throughput through a commercial glasswasher or dishwasher.

Practically speaking, the Clara range suits operators who want a presentable, durable teaspoon without the premium cost of fully forged flatware. Key operational points worth noting:

• Mirror finish presents well on the table and shows polish marks clearly — polishing cloths are advisable for formal service
• 18/10 steel offers good corrosion resistance in commercial dishwasher conditions
• 2.5mm gauge gives reassuring weight without being unnecessarily heavy
• Sold in packs of 12, making it straightforward to manage par stock
• Compatible with standard commercial dishwasher cycles

The Clara teaspoon is well suited to cafés, restaurants, hotels, and contract catering operations. If you are equipping a large site or need to match across a broader flatware range, it is worth considering the full Clara collection for consistency across covers.

If you are unsure how many packs suit your cover count, or whether Clara is the right range for your service style, we are happy to help you work that out before you order.
