Fagor Commercial Fryers

The Fagor F-E9221 is a freestanding twin tank electric fryer from the 900 Series range, designed for commercial kitchens that need to run two separate frying operations simultaneously. Each tank holds 21 litres, giving the unit a combined capacity that suits continuous frying across busy service periods. The 36kW total power draw is supplied via three-phase electrical connection, with front-mounted dial controls on each tank allowing independent temperature management — useful when frying different products at different temperatures at the same time.

In a working kitchen environment, the ability to run two tanks independently is a practical advantage. One side can handle chips or battered fish while the other manages chicken or a separate menu item, without cross-contamination of oil or flavour. The power output supports reasonable recovery times between drops, which helps maintain consistent results during sustained service rather than just occasional use. At 140kg, this is a substantial piece of equipment, and the stainless steel construction is well suited to the cleaning demands of a professional kitchen.

Key operational advantages include:

• Independent tank controls allow different frying temperatures simultaneously
• Twin large fry baskets suited to larger batch sizes
• Stainless steel construction — durable and straightforward to clean down
• Part of the Fagor 900 Series, compatible with matching suites and stands
• Front-accessible controls support practical day-to-day operation

Installation requires a three-phase electrical supply — this is not a single-phase unit, so confirming your electrical infrastructure before ordering is important. At 800mm wide and 140kg, floor loading and access routes during installation are worth considering. Adequate ventilation or an extraction canopy above the unit is standard practice for any commercial fryer installation of this scale.

This fryer is well suited to pubs, restaurants, fish and chip shops, hotels, and contract catering operations with consistent frying demand across service. The twin-tank configuration makes it particularly relevant for kitchens running varied fried menus. For lower-volume kitchens a single-tank model may be more appropriate; equally, very high-throughput operations such as large-scale fast food or production catering may benefit from a heavier-duty setup.

If you'd like to talk through whether this fryer is the right fit for your kitchen's output and electrical setup, the team is happy to help before you commit.

The Fagor F-E9121 is a freestanding single-tank electric fryer from the 900 Series range, built for continuous frying in commercial kitchen environments. It runs on a three-phase supply and delivers 18kW of heating power into a 21-litre tank, giving it the thermal capacity to hold temperature under load during busy service periods. It is a straightforward, no-fuss fryer designed to perform reliably day after day.

In a working kitchen, consistent oil temperature recovery is what separates a capable fryer from a problematic one. The 18kW element means the F-E9121 recovers quickly between loads, which matters when you are turning over batches of chips, chicken, or fish during a peak lunch or dinner service. The 21-litre tank accommodates generous basket loads without the crowding that drops oil temperature and leads to uneven results.

From an operational standpoint, the unit offers several practical advantages:

• Front-mounted dial temperature controls for straightforward, accessible adjustment during service
• Stainless steel construction throughout, supporting daily cleaning and resisting the corrosive kitchen environment
• Freestanding format integrates cleanly into a run of 900 Series equipment or stands independently
• Single large fry basket suited to higher-volume single-product frying
• Robust build quality typical of the 900 Series line, designed for long service life under regular commercial use

Installation requires a three-phase electrical supply, which should be confirmed before ordering. At 75kg the unit needs proper positioning before commissioning, and adequate ventilation above the fryer is essential — typically via a canopy extraction system. The 400mm width makes it a practical choice where space is limited but output needs remain high.

This fryer is well suited to pubs, restaurants, fish and chip operations, and contract catering kitchens running a consistent frying workload. It is a single-tank unit, so operators frying multiple products simultaneously may find a twin-tank configuration a more practical choice. Equally, very high-volume sites — large event caterers or central production kitchens — may benefit from a heavier-duty model with greater tank capacity.

If you are unsure whether a single-tank setup is the right configuration for your service style, our team is happy to talk through the options with you before you commit.

The Fagor F-E9215 is a freestanding twin tank electric fryer from the 900 Series range, offering two independent 15-litre tanks in a single unit. Each tank operates separately, which means you can fry different products simultaneously without flavour transfer — a practical advantage in kitchens running varied menus. Front-mounted dial controls regulate temperature in each tank independently, keeping service straightforward for kitchen teams working at pace.

In busy service environments, the combined 24kW output across the two tanks supports strong recovery times between batches, reducing the wait between loads during peak periods. This kind of throughput capacity suits kitchens where the fryer is in near-continuous use — pub kitchens, casual dining restaurants, fish and chip operations, and similar high-demand settings. The twin-tank configuration also provides redundancy: if one tank needs attention mid-service, the other can continue operating.

From a practical standpoint, the F-E9215 offers several day-to-day operational advantages:

• Independent tank operation allows simultaneous cooking of different products
• Dial-controlled temperature management is reliable and quick to adjust
• Stainless steel construction supports thorough cleaning and resists the demands of a working kitchen
• Twin large fry baskets accommodate generous load sizes per cycle
• Freestanding design integrates within the wider Fagor 900 Series suite alongside other compatible appliances and stands

As a 3-phase unit drawing 24kW, the F-E9215 requires a suitable 3-phase electrical supply and appropriate circuit protection — this is not a unit for sites without the right infrastructure in place. At 140kg, it is a substantial piece of equipment and will need adequate floor loading and access clearance during installation. Ventilation above the fryer should meet the requirements of your extraction canopy, and positioning should allow safe and easy access for daily oil management and cleaning.

This fryer is well suited to mid-to-high volume operations where consistent output from a twin-tank format is a priority. For lighter-duty or lower-volume sites, a single-tank model may be more appropriate; for very high-throughput operations producing large volumes continuously, it is worth considering whether a higher-capacity configuration would better match your service demands.

If you would like to talk through whether this unit is the right fit for your kitchen — including electrical supply requirements or how it integrates with other 900 Series equipment — the team is happy to help before you commit.

The Fagor F-E9115 is a freestanding single-tank electric fryer from the 900 Series range, built for continuous use in professional kitchens. With a 15-litre tank and a 12kW three-phase heating element, it is designed to handle sustained frying output across a full service period — whether that's chips, battered fish, chicken pieces, or similar high-volume fried menu items.

In a working kitchen environment, what matters most from a fryer is consistent oil temperature and reliable recovery after each load. The 12kW element supports rapid heat recovery, which helps maintain quality and throughput during busy periods rather than forcing the kitchen to slow down between batches. The front-mounted temperature dial gives the operator straightforward, accessible control without unnecessary complexity.

From an operational standpoint, the F-E9115 offers several practical advantages:

• Single large fry basket suits bigger portion loads and reduces batching time
• Stainless steel construction throughout supports robust daily cleaning routines
• Front-mounted controls keep adjustments accessible during service
• Freestanding footprint integrates cleanly with other 900 Series units
• Solid build quality reflects the durability expected of a commercial-grade appliance

Installation requires a three-phase electrical supply, so this is not a unit that can simply be plugged into a standard single-phase socket. It is worth confirming your kitchen's electrical capacity and having a qualified electrician review the supply before ordering. At 75kg, the unit also requires appropriate handling on delivery and positioning. The 400mm width makes it manageable in tighter spaces, though clearance around the unit should be considered for safe operation and cleaning access.

The F-E9115 is well suited to pubs, small restaurants, fish and chip operations, and catering kitchens running a regular fried menu. It is a practical single-tank option for moderate to high service volumes. For kitchens with greater throughput demands or the need for dual-tank flexibility, a higher-capacity model from the range may be worth considering.

If you're unsure whether this fryer matches your service volume or want to talk through the installation requirements, the team is happy to help you work through it before you commit.

The Fagor F-G9221 is a freestanding twin tank gas fryer from the 900 Series range, offering two independent 21-litre tanks in a single unit. Each tank operates separately, which means you can run different products simultaneously — chips alongside chicken, for example — without cross-contamination of flavours or oil. It is designed for kitchens where fried food forms a significant part of the menu and where throughput during service needs to be consistent and reliable.

In a busy kitchen environment, the twin tank configuration earns its keep quickly. Having two independent frying circuits means one tank can be rested, cleaned, or recharged with oil while the other continues to service the pass — a practical advantage during long covers or split service periods. The gas heating delivers strong recovery between loads, which matters when baskets are being turned around rapidly at peak times.

From an operational standpoint, the F-G9221 offers several day-to-day advantages:

• Twin tanks allow simultaneous frying of different products without flavour transfer
• Front-mounted temperature controls on each tank give straightforward adjustment during service
• Stainless steel construction throughout supports robust daily cleaning routines
• Freestanding format integrates neatly into the Fagor 900 Series suite alongside other appliances and stands
• Large fry baskets accommodate generous load sizes, reducing the number of batches required

At 140kg, this is a substantial piece of equipment and will require proper planning before installation. It connects to a natural gas supply and will need a suitably rated connection and a compliant commercial extraction system overhead. The 800mm width means it occupies a meaningful run of the cooking line, so bench and aisle clearances should be confirmed at the planning stage. Installation should be carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer.

The F-G9221 is well suited to mid-to-high volume operations — pub kitchens, casual dining restaurants, hotel operations, and fish and chip shops where a continuous and varied fried food output is expected. For lower-volume sites, a single tank model may be more appropriate and more economical to run. For very high-output operations or large production kitchens, a heavier-duty or higher-capacity fryer may be worth considering.

If you are weighing up whether this fryer is the right fit for your kitchen's service volumes and gas infrastructure, our team is happy to talk it through with you before you commit.

The Fagor F-G9121 is a freestanding single-tank gas fryer from Fagor's 900 Series, built for continuous use in professional kitchen environments. It runs on natural gas and uses a single 21-litre tank with a large fry basket, making it well suited to operations that need to move volume through a fryer without the complication of split tanks or multiple baskets.

In busy service conditions, gas fryers of this type offer a meaningful advantage in heat recovery. When a cold load hits the oil, the gas burner responds quickly, helping to maintain consistent frying temperatures and keeping output quality steady across a long service period. This makes the F-G9121 practical for operations where the fryer is under sustained pressure — pub kitchens, fish and chip shops, canteens, and similar environments where fried food is a core menu item rather than an occasional side.

From an operational standpoint, the front-mounted temperature controls keep adjustments straightforward during service. The stainless steel construction is durable under daily use and cleans down without difficulty. Key practical advantages include:

• Large single tank suits high-volume batches rather than split portions
• Gas operation supports strong heat recovery under continuous load
• Front-mounted dial controls accessible without interrupting service
• Stainless steel surfaces wipe down cleanly at end of service
• Fits within the Fagor 900 Series suite for kitchens building a matched line

At 400mm wide and 75kg, this is a substantial unit that requires a firm, level floor position and adequate clearance for ventilation. As a gas appliance, it will need a certified gas connection and should be installed by a Gas Safe registered engineer. Extraction overhead is essential, and the installation should comply with current catering kitchen ventilation regulations. It is worth confirming your existing gas supply can support the demand before ordering.

The F-G9121 is best suited to kitchens where fried food represents a significant portion of output and a single large-capacity tank is preferable to twin smaller ones. It sits within a broader range of 900 Series appliances, which is worth considering if you are specifying a full cooking suite. For very high-volume operations or sites running continuous double shifts, a heavier-duty model with greater oil capacity may be worth exploring.

If you are unsure whether this fryer is the right fit for your service volume or kitchen layout, our team is happy to talk it through with you before you commit.

The Fagor F-G9215 is a freestanding twin tank gas fryer from the 900 Series range, each tank offering a 15-litre oil capacity with its own basket and independently controlled burner system. It is designed to handle sustained frying output across multiple menu items simultaneously — chips, battered fish, chicken portions, or fried sides — without requiring operators to batch or compromise on throughput during peak service.

In a busy kitchen environment, the ability to run two separate tanks independently is a meaningful operational advantage. One tank can be held at a different temperature to the other, allowing kitchens to separate delicate items from heavier loads, or to keep a reserve tank running at a reduced setting during quieter periods. Gas-fired heat-up and recovery is generally quicker than electric equivalents at comparable output levels, which helps maintain consistent product quality during rapid-turnaround service periods. The stainless steel construction is practical in a commercial context — durable under daily use and straightforward to clean down at the end of service.

Key practical points worth noting:

• Twin independent tanks allow different frying temperatures to be run simultaneously
• Front-mounted dial controls on each tank are accessible and easy to operate during service
• Large fry baskets suited to higher-volume portions and catering-scale loads
• Stainless steel throughout supports durability and hygiene compliance
• Part of the Fagor 900 Series, compatible with matching stands and suite equipment

At 800mm wide and 140kg, this is a substantial piece of equipment requiring careful placement planning. It is a natural gas appliance and will need a correctly specified gas supply and a Gas Safe registered engineer for installation and commissioning. Adequate ventilation and canopy extraction appropriate to gas-fired frying equipment is a prerequisite. Given its footprint and weight, access routes and floor loading should be checked before delivery is arranged.

The F-G9215 is well suited to mid-to-high volume operations where frying forms a core part of the menu — fish and chip shops, pub kitchens, hotel banqueting operations, and event catering are all typical applications. For lower-volume sites or kitchens with limited space, a single-tank or smaller-footprint model would be a more proportionate choice. For very high-volume production environments, there are larger-capacity options available in the range worth considering.

If you'd like to talk through whether this fryer is the right fit for your kitchen setup and service volumes, the team is happy to help you work through the options.

The Fagor F-G9115 is a freestanding single tank gas fryer from the 900 Series range, designed for continuous frying in commercial kitchen environments. It runs on natural gas and offers a 15-litre tank capacity with a single large fry basket, making it suited to operations where throughput and consistent oil temperature matter.

In a busy kitchen, recovery time after loading a cold or frozen product is one of the key measures of a fryer's practical value. The F-G9115 is built for the demands of sustained service periods, where maintaining oil temperature across successive loads is more important than headline power figures. The robust stainless steel construction holds up well in the kind of high-use environment that wears lighter-duty equipment down quickly.

From an operational standpoint, the fryer offers a number of day-to-day advantages:

• Front-mounted temperature dial gives quick, straightforward control during service
• Single large basket suits bulk frying rather than split-portion cooking
• Stainless steel surfaces are practical to clean down at the end of a shift
• Freestanding design gives flexibility in kitchen layout without requiring built-in installation
• Sits alongside other Fagor 900 Series appliances for a cohesive suite arrangement

Being a gas appliance, the F-G9115 requires a natural gas supply with appropriate flexible hose connection and must be installed in accordance with Gas Safe regulations. Adequate ventilation and extraction are essential. At 75kg, it is a substantial piece of kit — access and positioning should be planned before delivery. The 400mm width makes it workable in tighter runs, though the depth and overall footprint should be confirmed against your available space before ordering.

This fryer is well suited to pubs, cafés, takeaways, and mid-sized restaurant kitchens with a regular frying requirement. It is not a high-volume production fryer, and very high-output operations — such as fish and chip shops running continuous service — may find a larger-capacity or twin-tank configuration better suited to their throughput. Equally, sites with only occasional frying demand may find a smaller bench-top unit more appropriate.

If you are weighing up capacity requirements, gas installation specifics, or whether this fryer fits your service volume, we are happy to talk it through before you commit.
