The Hollowick Firefly Satin Linen Glass Lamp is a table lamp designed for front-of-house use in restaurants, hotels, banqueting suites and event venues. Each lamp comes with a cradle and handle, making them straightforward to carry, position and replace during service. The satin linen glass finish diffuses light softly, producing a warm, even glow rather than a harsh point of light. This pack contains twelve lamps, making it a practical quantity for operators fitting out a dining room or refreshing existing table settings.

In a busy dining environment, table lamps need to be easy to handle quickly between covers, resistant to the inevitable knocks of service, and consistent in appearance across a room. The cradle design keeps the lamp stable on the table and the handle allows floor staff to move lamps efficiently without disrupting the setup. The satin linen glass provides a consistent aesthetic across all twelve units, which matters when lamps are visible across an entire dining room simultaneously.

Satin linen glass diffuses light evenly for a consistent table presentation

Integral handle allows quick, safe repositioning between covers
Pack of 12 suits full dining room fitouts or stock replenishment
Compact form factor suits tight table spacing in high-density covers

These lamps are straightforward to introduce to an existing table setting without any installation requirements — no wiring, no gas, no fixed connections. The main practical consideration is fuel source compatibility; operators should confirm the lamp is being paired with an appropriate Hollowick liquid fuel cartridge or the correct fuel type for their venue's preference. Spare cradles and replacement glass should be factored into ongoing stock if the lamps are in daily use across a busy covers operation.

This pack is well suited to mid-size to larger dining operations that need a reliable quantity of matching lamps in one order. Smaller venues needing only a handful of lamps may find a smaller pack size more appropriate, while very high-volume banqueting operations running multiple rooms may wish to consider whether a larger bulk order better suits their needs.

If you're unsure which lamp style or fuel type best suits your venue's setup, the team is happy to talk it through before you place an order.

Frequently asked questions

What fuel type do these Hollowick lamps use?

Hollowick lamps are designed to work with Hollowick's own liquid paraffin fuel cartridges or candles, depending on the lamp model. We'd recommend confirming compatibility with the specific fuel you intend to use before ordering — the team can advise if you're unsure.

Are these lamps suitable for outdoor use, such as terrace dining?

These lamps are primarily designed for sheltered indoor front-of-house use. If you're considering them for a covered terrace or outdoor setting, factors such as wind and ambient temperature can affect flame stability and fuel consumption, so it's worth discussing your specific setup with us first.

How do these lamps hold up in a high-turnover dining operation?

The cradle and handle design is practical for high-cover environments where lamps are moved and reset frequently throughout service. As with any glass lamp, replacement stock of the glass components is worth keeping on hand if the lamps are in daily use across a busy operation.
