The Kärcher DE4002 is a purpose-built trolley designed to be used with the Kärcher SG 4/4 steam cleaner. It provides a stable, mobile base for the steam cleaner unit along with storage space for accessories and attachments, keeping everything in one place and ready to use.

In a commercial kitchen environment, steam cleaning is most effective when the equipment can be moved freely between areas — from oven fronts and extraction canopies to floor drains and prep surfaces. The DE4002 makes that practical by supporting the steam cleaner on a wheeled platform, removing the need to carry the unit manually between tasks or between rooms.

The trolley is ergonomically designed with a handle that allows comfortable repositioning during use, which helps reduce fatigue over a full cleaning session. Keeping the steam cleaner mounted and organised also means accessories are less likely to be misplaced, which matters in a busy kitchen where cleaning is often carried out between service periods under time pressure.

It is worth noting that the SG 4/4 steam cleaner itself is sold separately — this trolley is an accessory addition for operators who already own or are purchasing that unit. It adds little value unless paired with the correct compatible model.

This trolley is well suited to kitchens where the SG 4/4 is used across multiple zones or on different levels, and where a consistent, organised approach to deep cleaning is part of the kitchen's routine. If you're unsure whether this accessory suits your current cleaning setup, the team is happy to advise.

Frequently asked questions

Is the Kärcher SG 4/4 steam cleaner included with this trolley?

No — the DE4002 trolley is sold as a standalone accessory. The SG 4/4 steam cleaner is available separately. This trolley is designed specifically for use with that model, so it is not a universal fit for other steam cleaners in the Kärcher range.

Is this trolley suitable for daily commercial kitchen use?

Yes. The trolley is designed to support regular use in commercial environments where the steam cleaner needs to move between service areas. It is best suited to kitchens with multiple cleaning zones, where carrying the unit manually would be impractical or time-consuming.

Does the trolley require any assembly or tools to set up?

Product data does not confirm assembly requirements, so we would recommend confirming this with the team before purchase if it affects your deployment plans. In most cases, Kärcher accessory trolleys of this type require minimal assembly out of the box.
