Numatic Vacuum Cleaners

The Numatic NRV370 is a cylinder vacuum cleaner built for regular commercial use. It carries a 15-litre bin capacity, which reduces how often bags need changing during a cleaning shift, and uses Hepaflo high-filtration dust bags to help contain fine dust particles rather than redistributing them into the air. The machine includes variable airflow control, allowing the operator to adjust suction to suit different surfaces and tasks without switching tools.

In commercial environments, the NRV370 is commonly used for daily and deep cleaning of dining areas, corridors, back-of-house storage, and dry kitchen spaces. The variable performance control makes it practical across different floor types — carpet in front-of-house areas through to hard flooring in service corridors. The bumper guard helps protect skirting boards and furniture during use, which matters in venues where appearance counts.

From an operational standpoint, a few features are worth noting:

• 15-litre capacity reduces bag-change interruptions during longer cleaning runs
• Variable airflow control adapts suction to surface type and debris load
• 12.5-metre power cord with rewind system keeps cable tidy and reduces trip hazards
• Hepaflo filtration bags support cleaner air discharge in occupied or food-adjacent spaces
• A1 accessory kit included, covering a range of common cleaning attachments

The NRV370 is a mains-powered cylinder unit requiring a standard 13A socket. It carries no water connection or wet-pick-up capability, so it is not suited to liquid spills or wet floor situations — a wet-and-dry machine would be needed for those tasks. Weight and footprint are modest, making it easy to move between rooms or store in a cleaning cupboard.

This model is well suited to hotels, restaurants, care homes, offices, and similar venues where a reliable, mid-capacity dry vacuum is needed for daily cleaning duties. Sites with unusually high footfall or particularly large floor areas may find a higher-capacity or more heavy-duty model a better long-term fit.

If you're unsure whether this model matches your cleaning requirements or want to compare it against alternatives, the team is happy to help you work through the options.

The Numatic PSP370-11 is a compact, upright-bodied cylinder vacuum cleaner built for regular commercial use. It pairs a high-efficiency motor with a 15-litre capacity bin and HepaFlo triple-layer filter bags, making it a practical choice for hotels, restaurants, contract caterers, and hospitality venues where reliable, repeated cleaning is part of the daily operation.

In a working commercial environment, durability and ease of use matter as much as suction power. The PSP370 is designed to handle frequent daily use without the maintenance headaches of lesser machines. The HepaFlo filter bag system captures fine particulate effectively and, importantly, allows for clean and straightforward bag changes — a practical advantage when the task falls to different members of staff across shifts.

From an operational standpoint, this machine offers several features that make it sensible for busy settings:

• HepaFlo filtration for hygienic, mess-free bag emptying
• On-board tool and cable storage keeps the machine self-contained
• NuCable system allows straightforward cable replacement without downtime
• Comprehensive AHO accessory kit suits a range of surface types and tasks
• Generous cable length supports larger rooms without frequent repositioning

There are no special installation requirements — the PSP370-11 runs from a standard UK mains socket and requires no fixed connection or specialist setup. It is a standalone unit and is well suited to front- and back-of-house cleaning across a single site. For larger premises, high-traffic venues, or sites requiring multiple machines running simultaneously, a more heavy-duty or higher-capacity model may be worth considering.

This machine is best suited to small-to-medium hospitality businesses — restaurants, cafés, small hotels, and staff-facing back-of-house areas — where a reliable, manageable vacuum is needed day to day without complexity.

If you are unsure whether this model fits your cleaning requirements or site setup, the team is happy to talk it through with you.

The Numatic NQ100 Quick is a cordless vacuum cleaner built specifically for commercial use. Unlike domestic cordless machines pressed into service in professional environments, this unit has been designed and tested to meet the demands of regular, daily cleaning in hospitality, catering, and food service settings. It runs on a pair of detachable 25.2V lithium-ion batteries that can be swapped out and charged independently, so cleaning doesn't stop when one battery needs a rest.

In practice, the NQ100 suits front-of-house and back-of-house cleaning tasks where trailing cables are inconvenient or impractical — dining areas, corridors, dry storage, and prep spaces. The 1-litre capacity is modest, but the airflow is engineered to compact dust effectively, meaning it performs beyond what the headline figure might suggest. With up to 120 minutes of runtime available across the two batteries, it comfortably covers a full shift's worth of routine cleaning without interruption.

The Pod filter system is one of the more practical features here. Emptying is contained and dust-free, which matters in food environments where hygiene standards are non-negotiable. Key operational advantages include:

• Dust-free, hygienic emptying via the high-efficiency Pod system
• Two swappable batteries for uninterrupted cleaning across longer shifts
• Wall dock with on-board accessory storage keeps the unit tidy and accessible
• Lightweight and ergonomic design reduces fatigue during extended use
• No cables — practical for dining rooms and areas with frequent foot traffic

There are no fixed installation requirements — the wall dock needs a clear, accessible wall space and a nearby mains socket for charging. This is a single-user tool suited to small and medium sites; for larger venues running multiple cleaning rounds simultaneously, a heavier-duty or multi-unit solution may be worth considering.

The NQ100 is well suited to restaurants, cafés, hotels, and contract catering operations looking for a reliable, hygienic cordless option for daily front- and back-of-house cleaning. If you're unsure whether it fits your cleaning routine or site layout, our team is happy to help you work through the options.

The Numatic PRP180 is a compact, barrel-style wet and dry vacuum cleaner designed for professional cleaning use in commercial environments. It is supplied with an accessory kit that includes a multi-surface floor tool, aluminium tube set, and on-board tool storage, making it a ready-to-use option straight from the box. The machine is built around Numatic's established approach to durability and ease of use, and it incorporates a high-efficiency TriTex filtration system to maintain suction performance throughout the working day.

In a commercial kitchen or hospitality environment, day-to-day cleaning needs to be done quickly and without disruption to service preparation. The PRP180 is well suited to that kind of routine use — clearing dry debris from kitchen floors, dining areas, corridors, and back-of-house spaces. The 10-metre cable and long cleaning reach reduce the need to reposition frequently, which helps operators work through an area efficiently. It is a practical choice for smaller sites or as a secondary machine on larger premises.

Practical benefits of the PRP180 include:

• Multi-surface floor tool suitable for hard floors and light carpet
• TriTex filter maintains airflow and suction during prolonged use
• On-board tool storage keeps accessories accessible and tidy
• Long cable reach reduces the need to switch sockets mid-clean
• Built using a proportion of recycled post-industrial plastic, reducing material waste

The PRP180 is a plug-in, 230V domestic-supply machine and requires no specialist installation. It is lightweight and compact enough to store in a cleaning cupboard without difficulty. It is worth noting that this model is designed for dry vacuum use in standard cleaning applications — it is not intended for wet pickup or heavy-duty debris clearance. Sites generating significant volumes of waste, or those requiring industrial-grade filtration, may find a heavier-duty machine better suited to their needs.

The PRP180 is a reliable everyday cleaning machine well suited to smaller catering operations, cafés, hotel rooms, and hospitality back-of-house areas where a practical, no-fuss vacuum is needed. It is not positioned as a heavy industrial unit, but for the right application it performs consistently and holds up to daily use.

If you are unsure whether this model matches your site's cleaning demands, our team is happy to talk through the options with you before you commit.

The Numatic NBV240NX is a cordless upright vacuum cleaner built around Numatic's 36V battery platform and powered by a digital brushless motor. It is designed for commercial cleaning teams who need reliable suction without the constraints of a trailing cable — a genuine practical consideration in any occupied or public-facing environment.

In commercial use, this type of machine is best suited to front-of-house areas: dining rooms, hotel corridors, retail floors, reception areas, and similar spaces where cleaning continues during service hours. The ability to recharge to 80% capacity in approximately an hour means the machine can turn around quickly between shifts or during quieter periods. For sites running extended or continuous cleaning rotations, keeping a second battery in reserve is worth considering from the outset.

From an operational standpoint, removing the cable addresses a genuine safety concern in public-facing spaces. Key practical advantages include:

• No cable reduces trip and slip risk in busy or customer-facing areas
• Consistent suction maintained throughout the battery charge cycle
• Compact design suits restricted storage and back-of-house cupboards
• Supplied complete with battery, charger, and accessory kit — ready to use immediately
• Brushless motor typically requires less ongoing maintenance than brushed alternatives

The 9-litre capacity handles routine daily cleaning tasks well, though on high-footfall sites it will need emptying more frequently. For operations covering very large floor areas or running extended cleaning shifts, a corded machine or a multi-battery setup may be a more practical fit.

The NBV240NX is well suited to hospitality, healthcare, education, and food retail environments where day cleaning in occupied spaces is a regular requirement. It is a capable step up for smaller operations replacing an older corded machine or introducing cordless cleaning for the first time.

If you'd like to talk through whether this model suits your site's cleaning routine, our team is glad to help.

The Numatic RSB150NX is a cordless backpack vacuum cleaner built for professional cleaning in commercial environments. The unit sits on the operator's back via an adjustable, posture-correcting harness with a breathable mesh panel, leaving both hands free for the cleaning task and removing the need to manoeuvre a canister between tables, counters, or service areas. It runs on Numatic's 36V NX300 battery platform with a brushless digital motor, which draws less energy and maintains consistent suction throughout the charge rather than fading as the battery depletes.

In practice, this kind of machine suits environments where cleaning has to happen efficiently around active service — hotel dining rooms, restaurant front-of-house, contract catering operations, and food production corridors. The absence of a trailing cable removes a slip and trip hazard that is otherwise common during post-service clean-down, particularly in tight spaces, stairways, or anywhere staff and customers are moving at the same time. Runtime supports extended cleaning rounds without stopping to recharge mid-route, and the battery returns to 80% charge quickly enough to remain practical between shifts.

Key operational advantages include:

• No trailing cable reduces slip, trip, and fall risk in busy service areas
• Consistent suction from start to finish of each charge cycle
• Hands-free carry reduces operator fatigue across longer cleaning routes
• Integrated tool storage keeps accessories to hand without a separate bag
• Compatible with standard Numatic accessory and tube sets

There are no fixed electrical installation requirements — the unit charges from a standard mains socket via its battery pack. If the machine will rotate across multiple floors or separate buildings, having a spare battery available will help maintain cleaning continuity without waiting on a recharge. The 5-litre capacity handles most routine commercial cleaning tasks comfortably; for particularly debris-heavy environments or very high-volume sites, a larger-capacity cylinder or upright model may be worth considering instead.

This model is well suited to hotels, restaurants, pubs, contract caterers, and facilities teams where floor-level cleaning needs to fit around service periods. It is equally practical for food production sites where managing cables around equipment is a genuine operational concern. If you have specific hygiene zoning requirements or are equipping a team across a large site, it is worth a conversation before ordering to confirm this model fits your workflow — the team is glad to help you work through the options.

The Numatic NVQ570 is a single-motor dry vacuum cleaner built for regular commercial use. With a 23-litre capacity and a Structofoam body — a material chosen for its resistance to the knocks and impacts typical of back-of-house environments — it is designed to handle sustained cleaning duties without the bulk or complexity of larger industrial machines. It runs from a standard mains socket and requires no fixed installation.

In practice, the NVQ570 is most commonly used for dry debris pick-up: loose waste from food preparation areas, general floor cleaning at end of service, and corridor maintenance in hospitality and catering environments. Numatic's TwinFlo two-stage motor arrangement helps maintain consistent suction over longer cleaning runs, and the AirFlo airflow design is intended to sustain performance as the bag fills — which matters when stopping mid-task to change bags is disruptive to a cleaning schedule. The Hepa-Flo bag system helps reduce particulate in the exhaust air, a relevant consideration in any area where food hygiene standards apply.

• Sustained suction during extended runs, reducing mid-task interruptions
• Hepa-Flo bag system supports cleaner exhaust air in food-preparation areas
• Structofoam body resists impact damage in busy back-of-house environments
• Fully directional castors allow easy manoeuvring around fixed kitchen equipment
• Replaceable power cable reduces maintenance downtime without specialist intervention

There are no water, drainage, or ventilation requirements. As a portable unit, the main practical considerations are storage space when not in use and cable routing during operation. The machine ships with a BA2 dry floor cleaning kit as standard.

The NVQ570 is well suited to smaller commercial kitchens, cafés, hospitality venues, and contract cleaning teams that need a reliable everyday vacuum without a large footprint. It is a dry-only machine — sites with wet pick-up requirements or significantly higher throughput should consider a wet-and-dry or higher-capacity model instead.

If you are weighing this up against other options for your site, the team is happy to help you work out which specification fits your cleaning regime.

The Numatic RSV150 RucSac is a backpack-style vacuum cleaner designed for commercial cleaning environments where a wheeled machine is impractical or slow to manoeuvre. Worn on the back using an adjustable harness, it leaves both hands free and allows the operator to move continuously through tight corridors, around closely packed furniture, or across multi-level spaces without the machine itself becoming an obstacle.

In busy hospitality or facilities settings, the practical advantages become clear during turnaround periods. Operators can cover ground quickly without repositioning a cylinder unit or managing a trailing drum. The 5-litre capacity supports longer uninterrupted runs before emptying is needed, which matters when cleaning time between service periods is limited. The extended cable reduces the need to switch sockets frequently, helping maintain momentum across larger areas.

• Backpack harness keeps both hands free throughout the cleaning shift
• Adjustable, breathable straps reduce operator fatigue during extended use
• Integrated hand control allows suction adjustment on the move
• Combi floor tool switches between carpet and hard floors without changing attachments
• Onboard tool storage keeps accessories accessible without a separate caddy

The RSV150 is a corded dry-vacuum machine. It requires access to a power supply and is not suitable for wet or liquid recovery — sites with regular spill risk should consider a wet-and-dry unit instead. It is supplied with an aluminium tube set and accessory kit, so it is ready to use from the outset with no additional purchase required.

This machine suits contract cleaners, hospitality venues, and facilities teams working across complex or multi-level spaces. Operators covering straightforward open-plan areas may find a standard cylinder machine equally effective at a lower price point, while high-frequency or heavy-duty cleaning operations may warrant a more robust backpack alternative.

If you would like to talk through whether the RSV150 is the right fit for your cleaning operation, our team is happy to help.

The Numatic PPT220 is a commercial-grade upright vacuum cleaner supplied with a dedicated cleaning caddy that attaches directly to the machine. The result is a self-contained mobile cleaning station — cloths, chemicals, and ancillary materials travel with the vacuum rather than being stored separately or fetched from different points across a back-of-house area. It is a straightforward arrangement, but one that makes a noticeable difference to the efficiency of cleaning rounds in working hospitality environments.

In practice, the caddy removes the common frustration of making separate trips for the vacuum and the cleaning kit. For front-of-house turnarounds between services, or end-of-shift cleaning routines in cafés, hotels, and restaurants, having everything in one mobile unit keeps operators moving and reduces the time lost to back-and-forth. The two-speed motor allows suction to be matched to the surface being cleaned — useful when working across different floor types or when noise levels need to be kept down during quieter periods.

Practical points worth noting:

• Integrated caddy keeps cleaning supplies organised and mobile alongside the vacuum
• Two-speed operation provides flexibility across different surfaces and noise environments
• Power cables can be changed without an electrician, keeping maintenance straightforward
• Large rear wheels and front castors handle uneven and tiled flooring reliably

The PPT220 is well suited to restaurants, cafés, hotels, pubs, and similar hospitality operations where organised, efficient cleaning rounds matter. It is not designed for heavy industrial use or high-frequency deep-cleaning on very large sites — for those applications, a more robust machine would be worth considering.

If you would like to talk through whether this unit fits your operation, or whether a different configuration makes more sense, the team is glad to help you think it through.

The Numatic NRP240 is a compact cylinder vacuum cleaner built for regular commercial cleaning duties in catering and hospitality environments. It uses Numatic's HepaFlo filtration system, which pairs a triple-layer filter bag with a TriTex outer filtration stage to capture fine dust and debris effectively, producing cleaner exhaust air than open-drum collection systems.

In a catering or hospitality setting, this type of machine is typically used between service periods — carpeted dining rooms, dry store rooms, staff areas, and dry kitchen floors where a wet vacuum would be unnecessary. The long cable means operators can cover a reasonable area without constantly moving to a new socket, which makes a practical difference in larger dining rooms or extended corridors.

Day-to-day advantages worth noting:

• Sealed HepaFlo bag removal reduces operator exposure to dust during emptying
• Improved exhaust air quality compared to open-drum alternatives
• Long cable reduces interruption during cleaning runs across larger floor areas
• Stainless steel tube set and accessory kit handle most standard dry cleaning tasks
• Plugged cable rewind system allows cable replacement without returning the unit for service

It is worth being clear that the NRP240 is a dry vacuum only. It is not suitable for liquid pickup or wet kitchen environments. For sites with regular wet spillage, a wet-and-dry model would be the more appropriate choice. This unit is well suited to smaller operations or as a secondary machine alongside a primary wet-and-dry unit.

If you are weighing this up against other options for your site, the team is glad to help you work through what makes practical sense.

The Numatic James JVP180 is a compact, corded dry vacuum cleaner built for everyday commercial cleaning duties. It shares the same dependable construction that has made Numatic machines a familiar sight in commercial premises across the UK, and comes supplied with a full accessory kit so it is ready to use straight away. The 8-litre collection capacity gives it a useful edge over smaller-tank models, meaning staff can cover a reasonable floor area before needing to stop and empty.

In day-to-day commercial use, that extra capacity makes a practical difference during end-of-service cleans or morning preparation routines. The two-stage filtration maintains consistent airflow and captures fine dust effectively even as the bin fills, so suction does not tail off noticeably mid-clean. It handles carpets, hard floors, and general loose debris reliably across a standard cleaning session.

For operators, the key practical advantages are straightforward:

• Larger bin capacity reduces interruptions to empty during a cleaning run
• Two-stage filtration maintains suction and captures fine particles effectively
• A-rated energy efficiency helps keep daily running costs modest
• Long cable gives useful reach across a room without moving sockets
• Compact build stores neatly in a cleaning cupboard or service corridor

No fixed installation is needed — it runs from a standard 13-amp socket. It is designed for dry pick-up only and is not suitable for wet spills, liquids, or heavy construction debris. For those tasks a wet-and-dry or industrial machine would be the appropriate choice.

The James is well suited to small and medium-sized commercial premises — restaurant and pub dining areas, hotel corridors, staff rooms, and light front-of-house cleaning. Sites with larger floor areas or very high footfall may find a machine with greater capacity or a wider cleaning path more efficient for the volume of work involved.

If you are weighing this up against other options for your premises, the team is glad to help you find the right fit.

The Numatic PSP240-B2 is a mains-powered professional vacuum cleaner designed for regular commercial use. It draws on Numatic's established reputation in the professional cleaning sector and is built around the same practical engineering principles found across their commercial range. The machine uses HepaFlo dust bags combined with a triple-layer filtration system, which keeps secondary filters cleaner for longer and ensures collected debris is fully contained for hygienic, straightforward disposal.

In a commercial environment — restaurant dining areas, hotel corridors, back-of-house spaces, or café floors — this type of machine is typically run across multiple sessions daily. The triple filtration approach helps maintain consistent suction performance as filters load up, which matters when cleaning has to happen quickly between service periods and there is no time to deal with a machine that has lost performance.

From an operational standpoint, a few features are worth noting:

• HepaFlo bags fully contain dust, reducing airborne particles during bag changes
• Triple-layer filtration extends secondary filter service intervals
• Long power cable allows a wide cleaning range from a single socket
• Nuplug system allows cable replacement on-site without an electrician
• Large rear wheels and front castors aid movement across mixed floor surfaces

The Nuplug cable system deserves particular mention for commercial sites. Cables on machines used daily are vulnerable to wear and accidental damage, and being able to replace the cable without a call-out reduces both downtime and maintenance costs. The machine is supplied complete with the AH1 accessory kit, which covers standard floor and upholstery cleaning tasks without requiring additional purchases.

This model is well suited to small to medium commercial premises — cafés, restaurants, small hotels, and office environments — where a reliable, low-maintenance vacuum is needed for daily front- and back-of-house use. It is not intended for industrial extraction or heavy-duty debris clearance. Sites with larger floor areas, higher footfall, or more intensive cleaning schedules may find a higher-capacity model better suited to the workload.

If you are equipping a new site or reviewing your current cleaning setup and want to make sure you have the right machine for the environment, we are happy to talk it through before you order.

The Numatic Henry NRV240-11 is one of the most widely used vacuum cleaners in commercial cleaning across the UK. It is a straightforward, dependable machine built around a 9-litre capacity bin and a self-sealing dust bag system, intended for regular daily use rather than occasional domestic cleaning. The long cable gives a practical working radius that suits larger floor areas without constant repositioning — a small but useful advantage during daily cleaning routines.

In catering and hospitality environments, reliability and hygiene handling matter more than novelty features. Henry has a well-established track record in kitchens, dining rooms, function spaces, and back-of-house areas. The self-sealing dust bags help contain fine debris and food particles when emptying, which is a genuine hygiene consideration in food-service settings. Two-stage filtration provides an additional layer of dust retention and helps reduce airborne particles during use.

The included accessory kit extends usefulness across different surfaces and spaces, which is practical where a single machine needs to cover hard floors, upholstered seating, and awkward areas around equipment.

• Self-sealing dust bags reduce mess and dust exposure when emptying
• Long cable extends working range before needing to relocate the machine
• Two-stage filtration helps contain fine particles and food debris
• Accessory kit suited to varied surfaces and hard-to-reach areas
• Energy-rated motor balances suction performance with running costs

Henry is well suited to small and medium-sized catering operations — cafés, hotel housekeeping, restaurant front and back of house, and similar environments. For very large sites or high-frequency cleaning demands, a heavier-duty machine may be worth considering.

If you would like to talk through whether this model suits your cleaning regime or site, we are happy to point you in the right direction.

The Numatic PSP180-B2 is a compact, barrel-style dry vacuum cleaner designed for routine cleaning duties in commercial environments. It is supplied with the AH1 accessory kit, which includes a lightweight aluminium tube set, so the machine is ready to use straight from the box. It runs from a standard mains socket with no installation required.

In day-to-day kitchen and food service use, the PSP180-B2 handles dry debris, dust, and food particles from floors, under equipment, and in harder-to-reach corners. The TwinFlo motor maintains consistent suction through a working shift, and the TriTex filtration system helps contain fine particles rather than redistributing them into the air — a practical consideration in food preparation areas. The 10-metre mains cable gives a reasonable working range without repeatedly repositioning the machine.

Practical advantages for busy operations:

• TwinFlo motor delivers consistent suction throughout a cleaning shift
• TriTex filtration keeps fine dust contained during use
• HepaFlo bags change quickly without tools, keeping downtime minimal
• Mains cable is user-replaceable without calling an electrician
• AH1 kit included — no need to source accessories separately

It is worth being clear about what this machine is not intended for. The PSP180-B2 is a dry-only vacuum — it is not suited to wet pick-up or heavy industrial debris. Operators who need wet-and-dry capability should look at a purpose-built machine designed for that duty.

This model is a practical everyday choice for smaller kitchens, café and pub environments, and front-of-house areas where a reliable dry vacuum is needed for regular cleaning. For larger sites or more demanding schedules, a higher-capacity model may be worth considering instead.

If you would like to talk through whether this suits your site and cleaning routine, the team is glad to help.
