Flash Professional Disinfecting Multi-Surface Spray is a ready-to-use cleaning and disinfection product supplied in a pack of six 750ml trigger bottles. It is designed for general surface cleaning across commercial environments, covering stainless steel, glass, worktops, door handles, mirrors, and washroom surfaces without the need for dilution or additional preparation.

In a working kitchen, speed and reliability during service matter as much as product strength. This spray kills 99.99% of bacteria and viruses — including all enveloped viruses, tested to EN14476 — within 15 seconds of contact, which makes it practical for rapid turnovers between covers or at pass-wiping stages during service. It handles both disinfection and general cleaning in a single step, removing greasy marks, fingerprints, and surface residue at the same time.

  • No dilution required — ready to use straight from the bottle
  • Effective on stainless steel without streaking or residue build-up
  • Suitable for glass, mirrors, worktops, door handles, and washroom surfaces
  • 15-second contact time supports quick turnaround between tasks
  • Pack of six reduces the frequency of reordering in busy sites

This product is well suited to front-of-house cleaning, prep area wipe-downs, and washroom maintenance. It is not a heavy-duty degreaser for oven interiors or deep fryer surrounds — for those applications, a dedicated kitchen degreaser would be more appropriate. It is also worth noting that while it performs reliably on stainless steel, heavily soiled surfaces will benefit from a pre-clean before disinfection.

If you are putting together a cleaning programme for a new site or want guidance on which products to pair together across different kitchen zones, the team is happy to help.

Frequently asked questions

Is this spray suitable for use on food contact surfaces?

Flash Professional is designed for general interior surfaces rather than direct food contact areas. For surfaces where food is prepared, you should confirm the product is used in line with your HACCP procedures and that surfaces are wiped or rinsed appropriately after disinfection — if in doubt, your local environmental health guidelines will confirm the correct approach for your site.

Can this replace a dedicated kitchen degreaser for cooking equipment?

This product handles everyday surface cleaning and disinfection well, but it is not formulated as a heavy-duty degreaser for baked-on grease, oven interiors, or fryer surrounds. For those applications a purpose-made kitchen degreaser will be more effective. Many sites use both products alongside each other for different cleaning tasks.

How far does a pack of six go in a commercial kitchen?

Usage will vary depending on the size of the site and how many staff are cleaning across different zones. A busy multi-section kitchen with front-of-house, prep, and washroom areas will typically run through stock more quickly than a smaller single-kitchen operation. Ordering in packs of six helps maintain continuity without relying on frequent individual bottle replacements.
