It occupies neither, mounting directly to the wall above the work surface.

In practice, wall-mounted fridges of this type earn their place in prep sections, pass-through areas, and galley-style kitchens where a full-height or under-counter unit simply isn't viable. The 136-litre capacity positions this unit in a supporting storage role rather than primary bulk cold-holding — daily mise en place, sauce and condiment storage, or short-term prep backup kept close to the line are all typical uses. It is worth noting that the unit runs at 69 dBA, which is moderate for a refrigeration unit of this type. Placement in quieter front-of-house or customer-facing service areas warrants some thought before installation.

It is not intended as a primary refrigeration unit for high-volume sites.
