Is this detergent suitable for all Sammic CombiSteam models?

Compatibility can vary depending on the specific CombiSteam model and its cleaning programme. We'd recommend confirming compatibility with our team before ordering to ensure it's the right product for your oven.

How often should detergent be used in a CombiSteam oven?

Cleaning frequency typically depends on how intensively the oven is used. In high-volume kitchens running multiple services daily, a nightly clean is common practice. Your oven's manual will set out the manufacturer's recommended cycle frequency.

Can I use a third-party detergent in my Sammic CombiSteam oven?

Using non-approved cleaning products can affect warranty cover and may damage internal components over time. Using the manufacturer-recommended detergent is the safest approach for protecting your equipment and maintaining cleaning performance.
