Sammic CombiSteam Oven Temperature Probes

Compatibility varies depending on the probe type and connector format. We would recommend confirming your oven model number with our team before ordering to ensure you receive the correct probe for your unit.

Common signs include erratic temperature readings, failure to complete cook cycles correctly, or error codes on the oven display relating to probe detection. If you are experiencing any of these issues, it is worth speaking to our team to diagnose whether a probe replacement is the right course of action.

These are supplied as Sammic accessories intended for use with their CombiSteam range. Using manufacturer-matched probes helps ensure accurate calibration and avoids potential issues with oven diagnostics or warranty cover. If you are unsure, our team can advise on the correct part for your installation.
