APS Hammered Serving Bowl

This APS serving bowl is made from aluminium with a hammered finish, in black or copper and in two sizes. It is a shallow bowl intended for table service, suitable for sharing portions, side dishes, bread, snacks, condiments and accompaniments in casual dining, café and bistro settings.

In service, the hammered texture gives the bowl a tactile, artisan quality that works well with rustic, modern and street-food-inspired presentation styles, and helps disguise minor surface marks over time. The black finish contrasts well against lighter food tones, while the copper finish adds warmth alongside natural materials such as slate, wood and linen. The aluminium construction keeps the bowl lightweight and practical to handle during busy service.

• Hammered texture adds visual depth without requiring elaborate garnishing
• Available in black or copper, in 120 x 155mm and 155 x 230mm
• Stackable design keeps storage tidy and reduces risk of surface damage
• Lightweight aluminium makes it easy to handle during table service
• Consistent sizing supports uniform plating across covers

The bowl is a serving piece for ambient or cold service, not a cooking vessel, and is not designed for oven or hot-hold use. As with most coated aluminium serveware, confirm dishwasher compatibility with your warewashing setup before committing to volume quantities, as high-alkaline detergents can affect coated finishes over time.

It is best suited to independent restaurants, cafés, gastropubs and casual dining operations with sharing-plate or small-plates menus. The 120 x 155mm size suits smaller portions, individual sides and condiments; the 155 x 230mm size suits larger sharing portions. If you are sourcing tableware across multiple formats and want a consistent look across your floor, our team is happy to help you work through the options.
