These 155mm round trays are part of the White Album collection from Rene Ozorio, produced by Steelite. Made from fine china with a clean, bright white finish, they are designed as a neutral base for plated food presentation — particularly where the visual clarity of the dish matters as much as the food itself.

In a service environment, small round trays like these tend to work across a range of covers, from amuse-bouche and pre-starters through to petit fours and small sharing portions. The consistent sizing across the White Album range makes them straightforward to stack, store, and integrate with other pieces from the same collection.

  • Consistent white finish provides a clean backdrop for plated food
  • Fine china construction balances durability with a refined table appearance
  • Sold in a 12-pack, practical for setting up a coordinated cover count
  • Mixes and matches with other White Album pieces for a cohesive table
  • Compact 155mm diameter suits amuse-bouche, petits fours, and small accompaniments

As with all fine china, standard commercial dishwasher use is appropriate, though care during stacking and handling will extend service life. The White Album range is a practical choice for contemporary restaurants, hotel dining, and private dining rooms where a clean, uncluttered table aesthetic is the aim.

If you are building out a full table setting or are unsure which pieces from the White Album range best suit your cover style, the team is happy to advise.

Frequently asked questions

How many trays do I need for a typical restaurant cover count?

That depends on your service style and how frequently they pass through the wash. As a general rule, operators plan for at least one and a half to two times their cover count to maintain a working buffer during a busy service. The 12-pack format makes it straightforward to purchase in practical multiples.

Can these trays be used in a commercial dishwasher?

Yes, fine china of this type is suitable for commercial dishwasher use. As with all fine china, avoiding aggressive stacking during loading and using appropriate rack inserts will help protect the glaze and extend the life of each piece.

Do these trays coordinate with other pieces in the White Album range?

Yes, the White Album collection from Rene Ozorio is designed as a coordinated range, so these round trays will sit consistently alongside plates, bowls, and other serving pieces from the same line. If you are planning a full table setting and want guidance on which pieces work together for your service style, we are happy to help.
