Vyair

The Vyair VYR-FC-04 is a replacement filter cartridge designed for use with Lincat FilterFlow automatic water boilers, including the EB3FX, EB4FX, EB6FX, EB6TFX, EB3FX/PB, EB3FX/TT, M5F, and M7F models. It is a straightforward consumable replacement — the correct cartridge to keep a FilterFlow boiler operating as intended.

In busy commercial kitchens, water quality and scale build-up are among the most common causes of reduced boiler performance and premature element failure. A water filter cartridge does the unglamorous but important job of reducing limescale, sediment, and other impurities before they reach the heating element and internal components. Keeping the cartridge on a regular replacement cycle is one of the simplest ways to extend equipment life and maintain consistent water quality for hot beverages and other service requirements.

Practical reasons to keep replacement cartridges in stock:

• Protects the heating element from limescale accumulation over time
• Helps maintain water taste and quality for hot drinks service
• Supports manufacturer maintenance recommendations for FilterFlow models
• Reduces the risk of unplanned downtime caused by scale-related faults
• A low-cost consumable relative to the cost of element or boiler replacement

This cartridge is specifically matched to the Lincat FilterFlow range listed above. It is not a universal filter and should only be used in compatible models. If you are unsure which cartridge your boiler requires, or how frequently it should be replaced based on your water hardness and service volume, the team is happy to advise before you order.
