These cake and pizza servers are part of Amefa's Buffet range, for buffet counters, self-service displays and cake or pizza service. Each server is 18/10 stainless steel with a PVD coating in copper or black. Choose your colour from the dropdown. Each pack contains 12 servers.

The PVD finish holds its colour through repeated dishwasher cycles, which matters when utensils turn around several times a service. Copper does not patinate or tarnish like genuine copper, and black fits darker or monochrome presentation schemes.

  • Copper or black PVD finish for a uniform buffet line
  • 18/10 stainless steel construction resists staining and corrosion
  • Dishwasher safe for efficient cleaning between service periods
  • One server handles both cake slices and pizza portions
  • Pack of 12 gives a practical rotation stock for busy services

Keep PVD-coated pieces away from abrasive cleaners and steel wool, which can damage the coating. Suited to hotels, function venues, event caterers, wedding venues, cafes and bakeries. Both colours are the same price.

If you are putting together a full buffet utensil set or working out quantities, the team is happy to help.

Frequently asked questions

How does the PVD copper finish hold up to regular commercial dishwasher use?

PVD coatings are considerably harder-wearing than paint or electroplating and are designed to withstand repeated commercial dishwasher cycles without fading or peeling. The main thing to avoid is abrasive cleaning — steel wool or harsh scouring agents can scratch the surface over time, so standard detergents and soft cloths are recommended for any hand-cleaning between cycles.

Are these servers suitable for self-service buffet use, or are they better handled by staff?

They're well suited to self-service. The lightweight construction makes them practical for guests to pick up and use without assistance, and the profile works for both cake slices and pizza portions. For high-volume events where servers are in near-constant use, it's worth having a small pool of spares to rotate through washing without gaps on the display.

Does the copper finish coordinate with other Amefa Buffet range items?

Yes — the copper PVD finish is used consistently across the Amefa Buffet range, so these servers can sit alongside other pieces such as tongs, spoons, and ladles in the same finish for a cohesive table presentation. If you're building out a full coordinated set, the team can advise on which items are available in this finish.
