These small salad forks are part of Amefa's Buffet serving range, for buffet counters, salad bars and self-service displays. Each fork is 18/10 stainless steel with a PVD coating in copper or black. Choose your colour from the dropdown. Each pack contains 12 forks.

The PVD finish holds its colour through repeated dishwasher cycles, which matters when utensils turn around several times a service. Copper does not patinate or tarnish like genuine copper, and black fits darker or monochrome presentation schemes.

  • Copper or black PVD finish for a uniform buffet line
  • 18/10 stainless steel body resists corrosion under regular commercial use
  • Dishwasher safe for efficient cleaning between service periods
  • Small salad fork format for buffet portions and sharing plates
  • Pack of 12 supports rotation across several service points

Keep PVD-coated pieces away from abrasive pads and harsh abrasive detergents, which can wear the coating. Standard commercial dishwasher detergents are fine for routine use. Suited to hotels, event caterers, restaurants running buffet services and contract catering. Copper and black are priced separately, so check the price when you change colour.

If you are working out quantities or building a full buffet line, the team is happy to help.

Frequently asked questions

Will the copper finish hold up through regular dishwasher cycles?

Yes — the PVD coating used on these forks is applied specifically to withstand repeated dishwasher use without fading or peeling in the way that plated or lacquered finishes can. It is a more durable process than standard surface coating, which is why it is commonly chosen for hospitality cutlery that sees heavy daily use.

How many packs would I need for a typical buffet service?

This depends on your cover count, how frequently you replenish the buffet line, and whether you are running concurrent sittings. As a general guide, having enough utensils to cover at least one full sitting in service while a second set is being washed is a practical minimum — for larger operations, holding more stock is advisable. If you are unsure, the team can help you work through the numbers based on your service model.

Do these forks match other pieces in the Amefa Buffet range?

The copper PVD finish is applied consistently across the Amefa Buffet range, so other serving utensils in the same line should coordinate well if you are building out a matched set. It is worth confirming with us that the specific pieces you need are available in the copper finish before placing a larger order.
