The APS Balance bowl is a sloping-sided black melamine serving bowl for buffet and cold food display. It comes in three sizes, 210mm, 245mm and 300mm diameter, for salads, sides, bread, snacks and cold accompaniments.

Melamine resists the knocks and drops that damage ceramic and is dishwasher, fridge and freezer safe, so bowls can be pre-filled and chilled ahead of service and then cleaned quickly. Non-slip rubber feet keep each bowl steady on buffet tables and display surfaces, and a collar lets bowls stack neatly for storage and transport. They work with APS buffet stands for raised or tiered displays.
