APS Blush Melamine Serving Tray

The APS Blush melamine serving tray is a gastronorm-sized tray for food presentation and buffet display. Its ribbed surface and soft blush colouring give it a contemporary look that works on buffet counters, sharing tables and display spreads without extra dressing.

Melamine handles the knocks of daily service better than ceramic or porcelain, and the trays are lightweight and easy to reposition during service or when restocking. The GN sizing means they sit neatly alongside standard gastronorm equipment and display risers.

Available in three sizes, chosen from the dropdown: GN 1/1 (530 x 325mm), GN 1/2 (325 x 265mm) and GN 2/4 (530 x 162mm).
