APS Element Melamine Buffet Tray

The APS Element tray is a melamine buffet tray finished in a textured concrete-effect grey. It comes in five gastronorm sizes, GN 1/1, 1/2, 1/3, 1/4 and 2/4, so mixed sizes can sit together on a buffet counter or display station in the same finish.

Melamine resists chipping and holds its appearance under repeated handling, and it is lighter than equivalent ceramic or porcelain. The concrete-effect surface gives a neutral, contemporary look that works alongside most existing tableware and display accessories. The GN footprints line up with standard gastronorm buffet furniture and display systems.
