APS Float Round Melamine Bowl

The APS Float round melamine bowl is a serving piece for buffet presentation, condiment service and table display. The range takes its name from the raised base, which makes each bowl look as though it is hovering at the table edge, giving buffets a clean, considered look without extra risers. It comes in four sizes, 2in, 5in, 6in and 8in, in white or black.

Melamine resists chipping better than porcelain and the smooth surfaces wipe down quickly between covers. The 2in suits portion-controlled condiments, dips, sauces and garnishes. The 5in and 6in suit small salads, cold starters, bread accompaniments and snack items. The 8in suits larger cold servings on a buffet line.
