APS Float Square Melamine Bowl

The APS Float square bowl is a melamine serving bowl for buffet and cold food display. The raised base makes the bowl look as though it is floating above the surface, giving a clean, contemporary look on buffet lines, cold counters and self-service stations without extra risers. It comes in three sizes, 5in, 7in and 10in, in white or black.

Melamine resists chipping and cracking better than ceramic and holds its finish through repeated handling. The smooth surfaces wipe down quickly between services. Grouped together, the raised bases create natural height variation on a flat buffet table. Common uses are cold starters, accompaniments, condiments, antipasti, salads and small dessert or snack portions.
